    I've purchased micromax q380 mobile before a year ago and got issues in display. My mobile was in warranty and submitted to authorized micromax support center for repair. I've raised my request on 3rd may 2016. My jobsheet number is w[protected]. Till date i'm getting no response from support team. I visited center almost 10 times in a month and got same reply that your display is yet not available with us we have ordered from micromax company.

    Kindly please help me as its almost above a month i don't have mobile.

      Dear concern

      As it was a big mistake i have bought micromax mobile costing 10000/- approx on[protected] and within 8 days the mobile is fully dead i gave that yo there setvice center on[protected] and still there is no sure feedback that they will repair of provide me the new one earlier they said they will deliever it within 21days now they are refusing to give back kindly help me in getting the same back

      Very bad service never expected from the company like micromax talking about indian product but on service it is very poor i feel like througing the handset
      I will never suggest my circle to buy any product from micromax

        This is in reference to the Micromax tablet that I had handed over for repair at the repair center (Job sheet no.N[protected]) on 28th April. Since then the only information available and given to me is that it will take another 21 days to repair. I am not sure what kind of repair it is that is taking such a long time and no one has any clue about it. I have tried calling the service center in Chandigarh (Sector 35) and also on [protected] but they did to have any information.
        It’s been six weeks since the repair process started.

          I my here to inform u that i gave my mobile to service center
          of your company for changing my phone' s digitaliser only.
          But they return totally different phone of same model.
          My phone imei no. is totally different from that mobile.
          And this mobile have extra problem like
          charging issue,
          touch is not working properly,
          having lots of scratches on digitaliser,
          sound of speaker is not working properly etc.
          But my mobile has no such problem.
          And when i went to service center again
          they said they have no other mobile of this model.

          So i am giving some details of my mobile and other one

          I bought a micromax canvas express4g 4 month before but mobile was WiFi not connecting so I reach authorised Micromax service center so he say 21 day after u take your mobile but my mobile 45 after mobile not serviced so please service my mobile for few day or gave me mobile cost any one action don't take I call consumer court another one pls call Tamil caller

              Dear Sir,
              I submited my LT666 LAPTAB LAST 14/04/16 at barabanki GOLDI ENTERPRISES micromax service center, but till now i hav'nt received my device from GOLDI ENTERPRISES micromax service center.Mr. Yusuf service incharge told me many times that, early and early i will repaired your Device LT666 LAPTAB ( Price 14, 000 Rs ),
              last few days Mr Yusuf send a new computerized JOB SHEET NO[protected]-[protected] AND told me that after 21 days you will received your DEVICE, but till date total 2.5 months( 75 Days ) hold my device in service center, But i can not wait for this, because its totaly fraud or fake company,
              please see attachment (hand writen JobSheet)
              so please sir do some action against this company.

                Frustating service
                Hi,

                I am charandeep singh and i have purchased micromax a350 phone. From day 1am suffering from this phone at first time my phone heat up frequently for this i submitted my mobile on service centre, (Just after 15 days of purchasing). Micromax service centre committed me to return my phone with in 20 days max but i received my phone after 2 months (60 days) and with having same problems they returned my handset and when they returned my handset i found its backside broken. With same problem i continued to using for 3 months, but after that my phone completely stopped working as it autamatically gets switched off and never start while i kept switching on my phone. After that i submitted my phone again to service center on 30 sept, 2015 but till now i have not got my handset back. I am attaching copy of service sheet with this complaint. Please give back my phone in well working condition or replace my set by giving me new handset.

                  My name is shivakumar from dodballapura. I had purchased one 42 inches led tv in october month and got the problem of tv blank on[protected]. Then i have raised the complaint on[protected]Ktr[protected] and they told its far from bangalore so they were not came. For above complaint my suggestion is if it was too far means why they are giving (Selling) the tv's at dodballapura. Then i have raised another complaint on[protected]Ktr[protected]. For this complaint technician came to home and checked the issue, and told needs to replace the board. After this problem that technician only came and replaced the board on[protected]. But that time also the problem not solved. And one more thing here that technician don't know how to be keep the board. And then he checked with that old board and told that it will not resolve here, we need to take this to service center. And he has taken amount from my side (Wow! How worst service is this from micro max). And then that technician told car will come for taking the tv and this is confirmed by that service center manager (Praveen - [protected]) also. But now these peoples are telling that you only come to service center.. (Wow! What a worst service...).

                  Please do the needful for this compliant.

                    Purchased a Micromax Tablet online - charging socket loose contact after 3 months usage - took it to Authorised service centre at Kannur - They did some repair without replacement of any part - the tablet giving same problem after 2 days -took it another Authorized service centre at Mangalore - Here hey say the tablet will be sent to Delhi to get repaired and will be given back to me in 21 days time as they dont have the spare part - such a small spare part and that too a spare part which gets worn out faster if material not of quality because 2-3 times the tab needs recharging on some days

                      I have purchased a micromax canvas 5 mobile phone, [protected], on 16 non 2015. It is promised to have one year warranty from the Micromax World Kochi from where the same is purchased. The mobile lost its start button. I wanted the mobile urgently repaired/replaced.
                      I have taken the mobile to Micromax care Kochi, where they have not entertained the warranty. And was advising me to avail out of warranty service for a hefty charge of over 1000 rs.

                      I am concerned with this response from Micromax.
                      Looking forward for support.

                        Respected sir/mam,

                        I am here to register a complain regarding bad manufacturing and quality of product manufactured by micromax company and not giving service according to specified problem by company.

                        I have purchased micromax canvas 5 e481 premium handset launched by company on 19-11-15.

                        After 2-3 days of purchase there are some problem arises on the handset such as heating problem and charging time taken by the product changed from 4 hours to 7hours.

                        I have visited service center regarding the issue the representative of service center told me that this type pf problem occurs on new handset you have not to worry about that, this problem will be solved after sometime after using handset.

                        But the issue isn't resolved after bu many days.

                        After 2-3 month i have found that the dust and foreign material get enter into internal of the handset and camera lens.

                        How a company can use such poor quality material on any premium handset.

                        I have submitted by handset on service center at 18/05/16 on service center to rectify the problem.

                        the representative of service venter told me that this model is premium model so company not allow us to repair it in service center and it will be repairable only in headoffice of company And told that it will take 30-40 days.

                        After so many days i have recieved a call from service center that you can collect your handset which is repaired.

                        I have visited service center and after looking my handset i have seen that the company had done nothing on the handset and at all the dust was also not removed from the cera lens.

                        I have asked the service center representative that why they have done nothing on my handset, he told me that you have to submit your phone again to rectify this issue and they submit my handset again for 30-40 days, and also they make scrathes on the body of my new showroom condition handset.

                        sir please help me to get my handset replaced or otherwise my money back.

                        How any company can make any product which is not servicable on its authorised service center.

                        They have to mention on the box of the product that this item is only repairable on service center and forwarded to company if any problem occur.

                        I have registed many complains in customer support of the micromax website but they didn't resolve my issue and didn't respond to the mail.

                        Also the company has not any toll free contact anf have premium contact number which is 2rs/min chargeable and they have no higher executive conatct details provided on the website.

As after submiting complain 2nd time to consumer forum the executive call back to me with number at first time and second mentioned below at 9/06/16 in morning and asked that we have get a complain from consumer forum and we will make a contact today at afternoon that what decesion will granted by company. After that the executive made contact in after noon and told me that your handset cannot be repair and we will provide you replacement of the handset but one thing i want to tell you that we will be able to provide which colour we don't know as available in warehouse and also she told me that we will provide you the left warranty left of your previous handset and changed IMEI. Sir how they can do like this i have purchased grey colur by paying 500Rs extra, so why should i take any other colour also in my bill of the handset and box there is printed that handset is of grey colour and the respective IMEI number, if i want to sell my handset what explaination will i provide to other buyer. Sir i am very dissapointed as i am cheated and rob by the micromax company. As i have purchased very premium model and found the handset faulty in 5 months so what is the guarrante that if the handset provided by the company cover left warranty of the old phone can work properly as the warranty of battery is only 6 month, these service i have get as phone is found defective and i am very mentally frustated as service given by company.                           Pse follow up my complain . A mobile of 27000/- is nothing a matter for the company but it is a great matter for me . Where all the staff of micromax sleeping .Are they eager to solve my problem. Nothing to worry . Now they have taken only 1 and 1/2 (one and half ) years to solve a problem. I shall see hoe long they are taking to handle a problem .All the rep calling to me and giving me consolation.but mere consolation is not the solvation of my problem All working in maicromax are cheaters . The company is cheater then hoe can be their staff ? still the option is open and lastly there is one way only .

                            For some reason my mobile not working condition, so i have send to micromax gallery (Andheri-e, mumbai) office to repair, i got jobsheet copy & confirmation near 21 days my mobile will be repair, so i was happy bcs my mobile still under guarantee, then i handover my phone to servie center on 01-apr-2016.

                            After several coversation with customer care, service center & email but still my mobile not repaire, ticket id - 334141

Embarrassing Experience After few days later I went to service center to know My Mobile repairing process, When i ask to staff about my mobile service they said "sir your Mircromax handset display not available in stock, when we get this stock same will repair", So i called to micromax customer care about my complain. 1) My conversation with Jeeshant on call dated 26-Apr'16, Jeeshant said your Jobsheet under process it showing 21 days it will take time to resolve.So I told jeeshant your service center staff saying stock not available, that's reason they unable to Process, i request to jeeshant pls resolved asap so i can used my mobile, complain raised by cc. 2) My conversation with SAMEER on call dated 26-Apr'16, After few time i called to Customer care but same i got replay by cc. 3) My conversation with Amiya on call dated 9-May'16, Second time i visit to service center but still not any movement happened, my phone not repair due to stock not available. Again i called to customer care & conversation with Amiya, I informed same to her about my problem, but OLD verbiage "Jobsheet under process, will resolved 21 days" I also informed to CC about stock not available but she's answering like robot verbiage, raising complain ...etc, but i am not still happy .. 4) My conversation with Reeshab on call dated 18-May'16, I visit again Service center about my phone but still in process due to stock not available again, then I called customer care, but same old pakaaoo Verbiage "Jobsheet under process, will resolved 21 days" Micromax Service Center staff is not professional behavior & they rude with me & said we unable to repair due to stock not available you can go with mobile & repair outside. What the...? In valid guarantee, my mobile why should I go outside, just because Micromax Customer care & Andheri east service center staff is misbehavior & unprofessional, unable to resolved Customer quires, that realy not good sound, we bought phone on trust Micromax but after this experience i suggest to Management pls look in this matter & highlight this staff beacuse they don't know how to Speak with Customer care & how to resolved quires.                                 I am using Micromax Unite 2 for past 10 months. From a few days i am facing this problem of green dotted lines on the screen boundary and unresponsive touch. I have to click twice or thrice to open the menu icon, swipe on screen and the dotted line appears over every icon in the menu.
                                Strange touch sound comes from the speaker.

                                  This product of micromax is not working properly as it suddenly stops working and does not detect network on system and sometimes it itself is not detectable by my pc. I tried to use it on other systems but still it does not respond. I have returned this product many a time to company for service but again and again the same problem is coming. I am tired of this process as i am not able even use this product. Currently i am having a job card of the same and this time also i am not expecting a properly working device. Company provided me with another device but i am not satisfied with the product as it does not work properly. I request company to kindly check for the same and help me get refund my money.

                                    I have submitted my micromax canvas spark 3 q385 smartphone in ahmedabad service centre and was told to get my problem solved within 10 days. I have submitted my mobile phone since 19/4/2016 but till date i have not got any proper response from their side and everytime they are just telling me to wait for a week. I have tried to solve my problem upto my best efforts but still they are not giving me any proper reply and each and every time they just tell me to wait for a week or for 2 to 3 days and now its been about 2 months but still i am waiting to get my problem solved. I have evn made lots of calls and emails to their head service centre (Delhi) but they also give me the same response i. E. To wait for a week. So i warmly request you to help me.

                                      My mobile model is micromax canvas A104. The problem is that it is automatically downloading unwanted apps regularly (every minute). Even after all the settings and rebooting the problem is getting worst day by day. Everytime i used to uninstall about 20-25 unwanted (auto downloaded) apps per day. Handset is connected to wifi 24 hrs. Please look into such matter as early as possible and help to overcome this problem in my handset.

                                        My complaint against micromax Mobile company are not provide good & timely service.
                                        they all are provided very bad service and poor technicians.I was given my mobile on dated - 12/05/2016 with having a job card no. N[protected] to short out the speaker problem. Mobile given to nearest service center at sector-35A, 1st floor, chandigarh. My cell phone is under warranty. So service center given me 10 to 15 days work. I agree and given my cell phone their.
                                        My mobile issue is not solved yet. I was visit after 10 days at service center & they people ask your cell phone repair under process in micromax office & they also given me a customer support center number is [protected].
                                        I do many calls to this number & response is same dispatch after few days. Then result is that my cell yet not dispatch by the company. Today 25 days is complete, but micromax company does't repair my cell phone. Customer care convey to their customer's wrong commitments.

                                        Hence i request you to please ban all micromax products in india.

                                        2 Time they are said give some time.

                                        So I Request you to please ban all micromax Products they use old used, cheap and second hand scraped material parts in all products.

                                        please take a action as early as possible on Micromax company

                                        they are cheating, energy, mobile and patient.
                                        MY humble request is please ban micromax company
