I have purchase a Micromax Doodle 4 mobile from a local distributor on 25 Jul 15. since the time of purchase 4th time my mobile went to service center for repairing. every time they take 5-7 days to repair but this time it 22 days still replied it is under repair. i am so fade up with the service of micromax. can u justify to time taking for repair of a mobile more than 22 days and still under repair,

    श्रीमान निवेदन है कि मेरा micromax फोन जो कि मैने 27/03/2016 को फिरेाजावाद से सोहिल कम्यूनिकेशन से खरीदा था।जिसका मोडल नं E313 है एक सप्ताह वाद ही खराव हो गया मैने मोवाइल सर्विस सेन्टर04/04/2016को डाल दिया उन्होने मुझसे 45 दिन का समय मॉगा लेकिन मोवाइल 45 दिन के वाद ी नही आया वहुत कहने पर मोवाइल 60 दिन के वाद मुझे मिला जव मैेन मोवाइल चलाया तो उसकी वैटरी वदल दी गई थी और साथ ही मोवाइल हैन्ग हाे रहा था दूसरे दिन मैने जाकर कहा तो उन्होने कहा कि इस पर सोफटवेयर चडेगा और आपको दूसरी वैटरी मिलेगी और उन्होने मुझे 06/06/2016 को आने को कहा मै जव 6 तारीख को पहुॅचा तो उन्होने फिर मुझसे कहा कि 4-6दिन वाद आना इस तरीखे से आज मुझे 2 महीने से उपर हो चुके है मै 1 दिन भी मोवाइल भी नही चला सका क्योकि मोवाइलो में चतुर्थ श्रेणी के उपकरणो का प्रयोग हाे रहा है। शीघ्र ही समाधान करेंं।।

      I am Arpana Dutta have purchased a micromax A106 handset... which have a battery problem in april this year. when i submit my phone to micromax service centre they told me that the phone have a problem with motherboard... unfortunately service centre required more than 45 days to returned the phone plus i recieved the phone in worst condition as compared to i submit the phone. i am thinking to file a complaint in consumer forum.

        i have submitted my device (micromax q339) in micromax service centre at gurgaon named shree sai telecom shop no 1 devi palace opp to raj cinema, old delhi road gurgaon. IMEI no [protected]. after 45 days i got a call that my device is replaced but when i got the device then i came to know that they replaced my device with micromax q 394 which was already in misreable condition no out going audio was there. Then i again submitted the device same day and got new job sheet no .n[protected] on 16/04/2016
        they told that i will get my device within 15 days but still today i didnot got any thing only a new job sheet no again n[protected].
        Twice i have complained in micromax costumer care under complaint no MMX[protected], MMX[protected] but still today no action is taken.
        so plzz i kindly help me and take any stern action on company management and provide my device as soon as it possible.

        On 10th June I got call From [protected], [protected] a lady was on the call and she told me that my device is dispatched from the company and I would get it in 4-5 days but still today the service centre is saying the same thing it will take time to deliver ur device ..
        So plz look into the situation and provide me my device.

          I have purchased micromax juice2 aq5001. phone on 25/9/16 from Bapi Telecom in chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal.
          in feb. 2016 I found the ph.is malfunctioning so I visited the service center named Solution Point Bally Hooghly.they just loaded the soft ware and returned.
          again after 15 days I found the problem is still there.
          Again I visited the same Service Center AND AGAIN THE SOFT WARE WAS LOADED and returned.
          But soon after I discovered PROBLEM remains same.
          so this time I took the phone to another service center ON11/5/16.called MICROMAX CARE 630 G.T ROAD KHADINAMORE CHINSURAH HOOGHLY. ph[protected]
          The representative his name may be as he was called ASHISH told me there is PROBLEM with the TOUCH and the MOTHER BOARD HAS TO BE CHANGED, IT HAS TO BE SEND TO THE HEAD OFFICE .JOB NO.[protected].
          After 15 days they told me the PHONE IS LYING WITH THEM THEY WILL REPAIR THEMSELVES AND RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS.
          After 7days the REP. TOLD ME THEY FAILED TO REPAIR IT IF I WANT I CAN TAKE BACK THE PHONE .

          I agreed BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE RECEIVE COPY WHICH IS THE PROOF THAT I PRESENTED THE PHONE.
          Finding no other way i left the phone with them and came back 4/6/16.
          I called the Micromax customer care when they asked me the job no. I told them but he told me the job no given to me is wrong so i have to depend on the service center.
          Situation now force me to think that the policy of this company what ever damaged gadgets are sold within warrenty period if it comes to any SERVICE CENTER TILL THE WARRENTY PERIOD ANY HOW THEY WILL MANAGE LIKE LOADING SOFT WARE AND WASTE TIME AND AS SOON AS 1 YEAR IS PASSED THE GADGET WILL BE READY BUT AFTER CHARGING A HEAVY AMOUNT is it not?
          if not why the solution point the serv. center i met twice only loaded the soft ware ?
          Why the Micromax Care lied me saying the set {new} has to be send to the H.O though the phone was lying with them?
          The phone was given on 11/5/2016 near about 1 month the phone is not returned though i visited yesterday i found the ph.lying on the table.
          Again as they told me the problem was with touch and replacement of MOTHER BOARD and it has to be send to H.O. nothing was done SO HOW IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE READY THE SET WITHIN 3/4 DAYS ? AS THEY TOLD ME.
          Now i believe they will again load the soft ware and return me pretending the ph.is repaired. I have to believe them but what then when again the phone start mal functioning again how many times i have to visit the serv. center? or till 1year from the date of purchase i will have to knock them and FINALLY after 1YEAR I WILL BE CHARGED A HEAVY AMOUNT & THE PH. WILL BE OK. is it not?
          Why the MICROMAX Co don't change the ph when it is found damaged ?
          HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET REPLACEMENT?
          PLEASE HELP ME BY GIVING A REPLY.

            I mohd belal alam i have purchase micromax model no aq4501 from amozon site. O n date 19/jul/2015 it could not be switch on so i didn’t waste time and get the handset to the micromax authorized service center as name al-raja mobile gallery karachi gali sadar nagpur 13 on[protected] they take the handset and checked and says the handset is in warrantee and you will get in 30days after 30 days i called them but they didn’t receive it so i need to visit and when i meet them they says with in twenty days you will get your mobile repaired and after twenty days they says the mobile will not come from delhi so come again within 3 daybut till date they don't have me my mobile back pleas help i need my mobile repaired back. Please help me.

              Last July I have purchased this phone it is my 2 ND phone form same brand.now it occurs problem of low notification sound.i can not hear it's ring tone n sometimes I missed some important calls n messages...today I visited at Micromax cere but I m not satisfied because my phone is performing like before.

                Non rec mobile submitter to service center on 02.04.2016 and not received reply instrd of call to service provider and company micromax not getting reply. I purchased mobile in Jan 2016 and battery was infected in April 2016. Inside 4 months I paid money rs 850/- for battery also request company to pay mobile payment battery payment along with interest 14% for 80 days

                  I purchased micromax d 320 mobile on dated[protected] from ganpati mobiles goluwala dist hanumangarh rajasthan. The mobile phone's display screen went blurry in 5 months. I took the phone to micromax service station sriganganagar rajasthan on dated 4-5-2016. They told me the phone will get repaired in one week. They gave me job sheet no w[protected]. On dated 11-5-16 i calledthem on no.[protected] & told them about my phone and job sheet no. The person who picked the phone told me that my phone has got repaired & you can take it. I went ganganagar from my village ganeshgarh which is 25 km away to took my phone. And after going there they checked my jobsheet on computer and told me that my phone has not been repaired, then they started talking between them about who picked my phone. Then they told me it will take 7 more days. Then on 18-5-15 when i reachedvthere they told me that my phone has not been repaired. It will take 7 more days. Then on 3-6-16 i called them about my phone. The person who picked the phone told me that my phone has repaired. When i reached there after checking the jobsheet they told me that my phone has not been repaired. It has been sent to the company and when the material will be available you will get it.
                  I am flabbegasted to seeing such kind of inhumane and unprofessional attitude. I want my phone back as soon as possible whether repaired or without repaired.

                    I wish to complain about micromax mobile model e471 with imei no. [protected] and [protected], that i purchased on 24 september 2015 vide invoice no. Jc/15-16/2335 from cell mobiles, bangalore. On 03 december 2015, i have reported to micromax customer support that my mobile gps is not functioning. My phone was exchanged with an old repaired mobile with imei no. [protected], [protected] which, i was not aware during exchange.

                    I am complaining because my mobile is now unserviceable due to imei invalid (As told by micromax service centre m/s planet cell, pune). I have submitted my mobile for repair to m/s planet cell, pune on 25 april 2016 under job sheet no. W[protected]. Till date my mobile is not repaired. To resolve this problem i would like you to refund my full amount or replace my mobile with new mobile of same model.

                    When i first learned of this problem, i contacted micromax customer care support website of micare 25 may 2016 at 17:14 reference no. Ser[protected].

                    Also, on 04 jun 16 at around 13:00 hrs i again visited service centre and i came to know that my mobile is returned from micromax company without repair and also they are not able to tell me the reason for the same. My
                    Unserviceable mobile is still with them.

                    I believe that this response is unfair because the product is still under warranty.

                      Myself abdul hamid shaikh - [protected], i had been to micromax service center malad sv road to repair my micromax a029 handset which was under warranty period for battery related problem, but from last 6 months they are asking me to come now and then but not able to solve my problem, last month when i shouted to them they told me they are giving me a replacement with the new phone but that phone also had the same problem and it was not showing sim signal also so next day i again went to the service center and again they told me to keep the phone to check the problem this time i lost my mind and shouted them that after 5 months they had given me faulty phone telling me its new and after telling them that this time you call me after you think my phone is properly ready for delivery but after waiting for a month that they will call i went myself again to enquire this time again they ask me to come 3 days after so again after 10 days i went to take my phone yesterday 3-5-16 but this time again they ask me to come on wednesday this time i totally lost my head and tore the slip and left the service center, now you help me for getting my phone back and please take appropriate action against the service center staff.

After using some months or start giving me trouble i submitted my mobile q372 to authorised service center in samastipur (Maa kalika complex, bhola talkies chowk, samastipur, bihar contact number:- [protected]) with jobsheet number (E[protected]) this is the 3rd time i submittef mobile for same problem.                             I have given my micromax knight2 for servicing on 13/05/2016 with job sheet no: w[protected] and on 24/05/2016 i got a call from the service center that the mobile is ready but they have not handover my mobile telling still it is getting the same google play store error

                            Econd job sheet has been raised: w[protected] on 25/05/2016
                            I did not get any update on my mobile untill i call the service center. I need my mobile as quick as possible and the way the micromax service center in pune (M/s tech telecome, shop no b 209/210, 1st floor, above cosmos bank, megacenter, sloapur road, hadapsar) handling is not acceptable.

                            Please have a look and take it as priority.

They forward my phone Micromax xpress 2 E313 to company for repair & time given me to max 20 days . But now already 1 month is taken & no repair soon my phone. I want my phone back soon either repair or not as already it takes a very long times in repair . I call micromax executive but they give time of 20 dayd & that happen many times but my phone not repair.                                 I purchased micromax canvas hue 2 A316 in April. Within two weeks it developed some complications and I gave it to aditi Infocom, PATEL nagar(micromax service centre). Earlier they told that I will get back my mobile within 7 days. Bt now it has been 33 days and I am yet to receive my mobile from micromax service centre.please resolve the issue as quickly as possible as I have not been able to use my mobile.

                                  I had purchased the se t one year back . The set is wth the customer service centre sine last one year . In the last one year the phone is with me only 1 month . I have given 100 of msgs spoken to customer care centre 100 times .No any person from micromax tried to resolve my problem sine last one year. They are only cheating .All person seating on the customer desk are fraud chalbaz, tout, cheater and after all not utilising sense . Kindly foll up the case //Thank you

                                    i am here to register complain regarding my handset (micromax canvas 5 e481) which i have purchased at 19/11/15.the handset material quality is very poor, the handset body was not packed properly since the dust particles get enter into the camera lens and display.the back panel body was not made good, the back panel at the upper side there is a gap from which dust get enter into the internal of the handset since there is manufacturing defect, also it takes charging time at the time of purchase 4 hour which is changed to 7 hour and while charging and using the handset the battery of the phone is going to decrease in descending order and handset get over heat.

                                    at all the service of micromax was also not good, the service center kept my handset and told that this model was not repairable in service center.

                                    First time i have have submitted my handset at 18/05/16 at micromax service center situated as name R and J enterptise platinum plaza bhopal after that, i have recieved call from service center today at 02/06/16.then i visit service center, i have checked my handset and found that the dust was not removed and also the body of the handset was not changed.

                                    I have not taken the handset and asked the service center representative, that why they have not changed body or remove dust from camera lens, representative told me that you have to send your handset to the company once more to rectify this problem.


                                    Sir help me to get new handset by micromax or otherwise they return my money.the company how can make such product which is not repairable at their authorised service center, also i have sent my handset to the company as before and they have done nothing in my handset.

                                    i have submit complain in national consumer forum amd counting days who can resolve my issue first

                                    Also I have submit many complain to company but they didnt reply.or the company have not any tollfree contact number, they have premium number which is 2rs/min chargeable.

                                    i am very dissappointed, this brand is not good as it is indian product (made in india), there is also a problem o[censored]navailability of accessories of this brand in market since i have not get cover and screen guard from 5 month.

                                    i will aware my all friends and relatives to not buy this brand.

                                      I purchased new mobile dt4/3/16-- bill attached, after the two months I faced problem during call like mike or audio problem then I went to service center and repaired mobile against job sheet no.N[protected], after repair I am facing same problem I am getting mentally disturb after use this mobile so please resolve my problem I don't want to repair again if you dont take any action I will be go to court so I request you to please replace my mobile with same new Micromax q461 mobile,
                                      I purchased new mobile with pay full cost then why I will face this problem of mobile please replace my mobile with same new one urgent anotherwise I will have to go the court.

                                        I am purchase new Micromax Mobile E481 from Jodhpur in Dec 2015. My new Mobile is heating issue and network then i am complaint book in March 2016 then micromax company sent online New micromax Mobile E481 IMEI No. is [protected] and S_IMEI [protected]. 2nd mobile same issue in mobile so i am complaint book in micromax mobile service center but say to me not issue resolve. If any problem in mobile then responsibility micromax company. So please resolve my complaint ASAP.
