Hii u m sandeep rana, my phone was unbalance so u gave on care center in kashipur (uttarakhand) and as they said it wil go to company as its motherboard was not working properly on dated 30 april 2016 it was send to company and the member told us to collect the phone on 30 may 2016 bt as u see today is 16 june but yet we didn't received it i have visited several time to care center but they say the same thing every time the phone has not come yet . I h very tried of hearing this every time micromax care in kashipur have very bad service please tel me when i m going to get my phone model no. Micromax canvas speak Q380. Please help me out

    Before 3 months i was repair my micromax 106. Micromax ceter fitted orignal new touch screen on my mobile phone. I was pay for 1150 rupees. After 1 week its again has same problem. My phone screen not working. I got to the micromax center and they will take 200 rupees more to me they said some problem in soldring. After 1 month again the same problem. My phone screen not working its dark. Now yesterday[protected] i again go to the micromax service station they said phone has motherboard problem expense is 2200 rs more. Are yar phone ki jitni resale value nahi usse jayada me aapko pay kar chuka hu. Micromax service station par customar kyo aata he. Or kyo itne pese deta he aapko. Kyoki usko trust hota he. Ye log logo ko lutne bethe he. Or vaha ka staff to jese upkar kar raha ho aise behave karta he. Mere itne pese kharch karne ke bavjud mera mobile same position me aa gaya he. Fir se screen not working. Phone chalu he. Ring bhi aati he. Lekin ye micromax center vale koi na koi takniki khami rakh dete he or public se pese lut rahe he. Khas kar mere. Muje micromax se ye umid bilkul nahi thi. Aaj ki tarikh me mera phone chalu he lekin screen pe kuch dikhai nahi deta. Mircomax ne mere se 1150 rupees. Already le liye he nayi screen ke liye. Ab to muje lagta he meri screen purani vali bhi chalu thi. Becase same problem thi. My self : bharat chavda my cell no. : [protected], micromax uinte 2 106 model number he. Aap chahe to micromax rajkot service center pe pata kare. Kyoki agar yahi haalat rahi to micromax mobile par se logo ka vishwas bahot jaldi uth jayega.

    Office Staff & Their Mobile Engineer behaviour is rude. i am not satisfied. and his service is very bad. is se to achha ta me Road pe kisi unknown mobile repair vale se apna phone repair karva leta. Me Apne saher Wankaner se Rajkot Aane jane ki 3 hour traveling karke vaha gaya. mere pese bhi dube or mera mobile same positon pe aa gaya. Sale bol dete to Bhikh me de deta pese.

      सबसे घटिया सर्विस सेंटर मिक्रोमक्स का है आप जब भी मिक्रोमक्स का फ़ोन या कुछ भी ले सबसे पहले कमेंट जरूर पढ़ ले यह कोई भी फ़ोन बनाने मे एक महीना ले लेते है नहीं बिश्वास है तो जिस किसी नै मिक्रोमक्स का फ़ोन लिया है उस से पूछ ले सबसे घटया फ़ोन मिक्रोमक्स का है और सर्विस सेंटर भी सबसे घटया है कस्टमर केयर वाले तो फ़ोन तक नहीं उठते है और अगर कभी उठा भी लिया तो बोलेंगे की २० से २५ दिन लगता है बनने मैं अब आप लोग बताऊ की कोई भी १ महीना रह सकता है बिना फ़ोन का भूल से भी मिक्रोमक्स का प्रोडक्ट मत लेना नहीं तो पछताओगे जैसे मै पछताया हु लाइफ मैं कभी भी मिक्रोमक्स का प्रोडक्ट नहीं लूंगा !

        Sub: Reminder-III regarding the repair/replace of the Micromax Canvas mobile purchased on 31/12/2015

        Dear Sir,

        I purchased Micromax canvas from your esteemed company on Dec 31, 2016 (copy enclosed). Since that day it is not working properly, mainly its touch part. Recently when its memory was almost full I purchased a memory card of 16GB (copy enclosed) but I came to know that the slot for external memory is damaged and hence not working. I visited your service centre but they are saying that it does not come in warranty. Not only this service centre refused to take it and advised me to send the complaint to your goodself. As a result I wrote to your goodself on 16/5/2016 (Copy enclosed). In lack of response from your company uploaded first Reminder-I on 20/5/2016 (Copy enclosed) and Reminder-II on 27/5/2016 (Copy enclosed).
        After that I got a call from your good office (Ms. Smiriti) of Gurgaon on 21/5/216 at 3.36pm (No: +[protected]Voice Recording enclosed). Unfortunately Ms Smiriti was reluctant to resolve my problem and advised me to visit D1, Ranjit Plaza, Adjoining Jeevan Plaza, Bhupindra Road Patiala.
        I have already informed your goodself in Reminder II (Letter dated 27/5/2016) that I visited the same Centre where I was asked to pay Rs 600/- for that repair. When warranty issue was discussed they immediately returned the mobile and asked to talk to your good office.
        Almost one month has passed waiting for the service required on your part but the company did not even bothered to contact me telephonically or through email? This has caused a great distress towards Micromax Company and I really feel harassed and humiliated. It seems that I have committed a mistake by purchasing a mobile from Micromax. My residence is almost 10 Km from the Service Centre, Bhupindra Road, Patiala (Scanned Copy of advt. pamphlet enclosed). I have visited twice but this Service Centre is not at all taking care of warranty.
        If the kind of service you are providing after purchasing Mobile continues, I have no other option except going to competent authority to listen to my grievances.

          I (Amit bhargava) had purchased mi canvas 5 model no e481 on 7th may 2016.Initially i am getting so many difficulties while operating however now m little bit satisfied with system.

          2 days back power button of my mobile automatically removed and misplaced. Yesterday i had visited your service center at mp nagar bhopal, they asked me to leave your mobile with us for 15-20 days, which is not possible for me bcz i don't have standby phone with me. Nevertheless i can't expected such kind of services from your service center.

          I would request you to replace my handset since during one month usages i am facing so many issues. I m ready to purchase higher version with paying by additional cost against replacement of my current handset.

            Mobile is purchased on 04 may 2016 through snapdeal.Invoice no. Is s34626/22503. Mobile was getting warm while browsing internet. Even though i was using it but suddenly before few days back my mobile got hanged and i tried unlocking it but could not do till date. It was then taken to service center in panjim (Shop. No. G 15, opp. Tato hotel,
            Gerra building, ground floor, patto plaza, panaji, goa. Mob:[protected] / [protected] where they told me that software is to be updated & it will be charged. I agreed that mobile got locked by my mistake but it was getting warm during browsing & i was suppose to reach the service center, but by mistake it got locked. My concern is that since this is on warranty you should update the software free of cost because it was having heating problem frominitial stage itself and for that anyhow it was to be updated. So, i request you that considering that my cell is having heating problem from beginning your authorised service centre should update it free of cost.
            Hope you will help me in this matter and guide your service persons accordingly

              Unfortunately i purchased the phone in december and since than i have not been able to use the phone . Very bad quality and worse service three times it has been sent for repair and after 25 days each time comes back with same problem . They even changed the devise initially for speaker problem but after that it has been charging problem and it does not charge

              They should be banned from sell ing this product.
              I had to purchase lava phone which is very good quality cheaper and better features. If had an option will throw the phone on their faces.

                My name is Devendra Patel Mo. [protected].I gave my Micromax Canvas HD for repairing in Micromax Care Morbi for charge of Rs.1200. After 2 days of repairing again mobile didn't work & automatically switch off. So I send mobile agian in Micromax Care, but When I visit there to take mobile, authorised person told that it is not to be repaired, so I asked to give back my Money Rs.1200 But he is refuse to give by saying that it is not refundable. pls. help me to give back my money...

                  I purchase mobile through online site after 15 days os purchesing it has problem in display then i give it to service center after 10 days when i went to take it back i saw my mobile back cover is changed to a old mobile and tuch is broken i told care executives for this they replied its company fault they said we again send req to company for that. This is on date[protected] now after 25 days they said part is non provide by compant and take more time for this what is the solution please provide me quick responce.

                    I have purchase micromax canvas spark q308 in nov-15, only till 7 months happens. in this mobile so much problems.mobile is hang at the time of opening folders/reviving calls /and while opening images /cannot generate thumbnail / sound is not coming properly / camera is not clearty this problem is showing on screen /plz do needful and take action and give a reply

                      Respected sir/mam,

                      As i have register many complains to micromax company in there website http://micare. Micromaxinfo.com/ and email [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and there generated ticket ids-

                      Which shows how poor service they are maintaining and manufacture such product which are not repairable in there authorised service center and also in there head office where these poor quality product manufacture as they have cheated me first time when i have submit my handset for rectifying fauld to the service center which is further forwarded to company, and when the handset is forwarded back to service center and after looking it i found the product scrathed and no repair done on the handset.

                      As after submiting complain 2nd time to consumer forum the executive call back to me with number at first time and second mentioned below at 9/06/16 in morning and asked that we have get a complain from consumer forum and we will make a contact today at afternoon that what decesion will granted by company.

                      After that the executive made contact in after noon and told me that your handset cannot be repair and we will provide you replacement of the handset but one thing i want to tell you that we will be able to provide which colour we don't know as available in warehouse and also she told me that we will provide you the left warranty left of your previous handset and changed imei.

                      Sir how they can do like this i have purchased grey colur by paying 500rs extra and wait 10 days for availability, so why should i take any other colour also in my bill of the handset and box there is printed that handset is of grey colour and the respective imei number, if i want to sell my handset what explaination will i provide to other buyer.

                      Sir i am very dissapointed as i am cheated and rob by the micromax company.

                      As i have purchased very premium model and found the handset faulty in 5 months so what is the guarrante that if the handset provided by the company cover left warranty of the old phone can work properly as the warranty of battery is only 6 month, these service i have get as phone is found defective and i am very mentally frustated as service given by company.

                      Sir help me to get whole handset replaced will bill box and all accesseries otherwise my money back.

                        R/sir,
                        I had purchased a micromax yu5010 mobile handset with imei/esn no. [protected]/[protected] on june 7, 2015. I am facing some problems in the product which are as follows:-

                        1) audio problem with audio adjustment
                        2) app suddenly stops working and returns to home screen
                        3) device gets switched off on its own being fully charged.

                        I submitted the device for repair within warranty on february 8, 2016. I received it after replacement on march 5, 2016. After a month, the previous problem of device of getting switched off on its own was still there. When i asked the customer care about it they told me to get it flashed and get its hardware checked and get its software reinstalled and get it refreshed again and again. I have done each and every thing that they have asked me to do. When the problem persisted i complaint them then they asked me to reboot my device to safe mode. I have to do it after every 10 days to get my phone working which results to wastage of my time and loss in my business. And now when i call them they do not take my call and when they do they don't talk to me properly.

                        I am fed up of all this and i request you to take the device back and refund me my money which i had paid for it. Or else do the needful so that i can do my work without any further loss or problem in work.

                        I want to take the needful step.
                        I am also attaching the scan of repair receipt and bill of my device with the mail.

                          I purchased micromax mobile x551 for rs.1150 at praveen electronics belgaum. On19/052016. After purchasing my mobile i went home and i inserted my bsnl sim card but on the display it showed insert sim. I went to the praveen electronics shop. He told me that some problem is there with sim cabin. I will send it to micromax service station. He told me to come after two days. After two days i called praveen electronics belgaum to get my mobile back. The proprietor told me the company has told me to collect money from the customer to repair the cabin. I asked the prop, that is new one why you are charginge the amount? He told me the company people have told me to collect money from the customer. Then i went to the shop where i purchased the mobile. Then went to micromax service station at belgaum. They told me that you have damaged the sim cabin pay rs 450 we will repair it. You come after eight days. The behaviour of customer care service man was not good. For all the querries he had negative answer. I have not used the mobile even for one call. The service centre has rejected my request to repair it but the service centre didn't show any intrest in repairing my mobile. Now the mobile is of no use. Please help me

                            Dear team, i bought canvas express 2, 7 months ago. It had lagging problems. Few days back it hanged. I spent 2500 and got the display problem corrected. But then the speaker was not working. When i went again to service center they r saying the motherboard needs to changed. Do i need to spend 6000 on a phone for service when i bought it for less than it and it is just 7 months old. Went ahead and bought this phone leaving behind other psamsung and chinese phines but highly disappointed. With micromax.

                              Hello,

                              I bought micromax canvas pulse 4g(E451) last december, 2015. Initially it was slow, mobile was heating too much, network search slow. But I was fine with all these and managing with this mobile. But suddenly I noticed display touch also stopped working, power button also stopped working. Then I submitted my mobile set to marathahalli-Bangaluru service station. They said that my mobile set has multiple problems and they can not correct it. I requested them to replace with new mobile set as it had many big issues, instead of replacing/repairing many parts and later may not work properly . But they disagree to provide new set, hence they sent to head office, (Delhi -as per service center).After 4 WEEKS, they called to collect my hand set.But while collecting, I fould that there were still some display issues and disagreed to receive the hand set. Delivery person said that it is not a problem.But after I asked to check with their technician, they check and confirmed the problem. Again I was asking same to replace the set as they are ending to provide set with problem.They still disagreed and created new job sheet and closed old job sheet. Then I asked them to extend warranty.But that too they denied saying old job sheet done in 4 WEEKS and less than 30 days.So I have to give my set again and same time I complained micromax online via their complain number on last saturday 4th june.The customer care representative said, one of the senior will call in 24 hours.On monday I got call from micromax and confirmed that they will replace with new set after discussion. But on last friday 10th june, I got call from service station that my set is ready to collect and same old set. I am totally upset with this and even no extended warranty. All I suffered a lot without my set and on top, micromax very bad service. I NEED HELP on this. I STILL DID NOT COLLECT MY HAND SET.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I have provided my phone Yuphoria 5010A to Micromax Service Centre, Mansarovar Complex, Bhopal for a software issue.
                                They kept my phone for a complete day and when I reached their to pickup my phone kept me saying wait for 5 minutes and this happened for 1½ hour and after that also they returned my phone as it was given to them unaltered. They had done nothing with my phone they didn't resolved the issue. And the head (Akansha ) of service centre was also making fool by giving uneven excuses that the phone is mixed with others etc.

                                Micromax you make good phones but these peoples of your service centre at Mansarovar Complex, Bhopal are irritating the customer by not responding to them in proper way.

                                I think these peoples are fed with sufficient money by other mobile manufacturers for detoriating the image of the company.

                                Sir, I humbly request you to please do something of these peoples because the unsatisfied customers from this service centre thinks that its the company's flaw.
                                And due to this they will never buy Micromax of YU products anymore.

                                I myself own 6 YU Phones are this type of customer service will make me think about buying Micromax products further in my life.

                                  Myself rakesh tiwary from jamshedpur jharkhand, want to convey some of the essential issue to your notice, that i have brought new mobile of your company micromax model nos:nitro 4g e455 in january month 2016 bearing iemi nos [protected]/[protected]
                                  And now its about all around 7 months i got a problem with this micromax model i.. E some network issue, we had complained to your micromax cared center based sakchi jamshedpur, and the person we have met of micromax cared center who have taken the sole responsibility of my mobile replied to us that they will going to return my mobile after one months.

                                  As i am the business man, i have to engage 8 hours a days for my business purpose through mobile, how would i manage one months without mobile phone.
                                  I think this is the drawback and the negative point of your company and you should improve this for having good feedback from your client.


                                  Hope you take this matter with more concern.
                                  Get replace my mobile as soon as possible.

                                    I bought a lapbook from micromax. I called to the customer care department thrice the agent argued and disconnected the call thrice without even listening to the issue
                                    There is an intermittent issue with the lap book some time it gets booted and sometime it doesn't.

                                    When i purchased the product the it was mention that it has an onsite warranty
                                    And now i am calling in the manufacturer say that they have stopped those services
                                    I was attracted towards the product for the same because i cannot spend time going to the service center
                                    O the commitment which the company si providing is completely false.

                                      Bought a brand new phone model no q392 / imei [protected]/[protected], however within 5 days o[censored]sing the phone, the phone stopped working. Gave it to micromax service centre swastik telecom (Malad west, mumbai) on june 4, 2016. Swastik telecom has refused to replace the phone and has told that they will repair the phone and give it back after 15 days. They have not even given a spare phone. I want my phone to be replaced or money returned. Have attached bill and reciept from swastik telecom

                                        Iam thangaraj from coimbatore (Tamilnadu) i bought doodle 4 q391on
                                        9-8-15, in poorvika mobiles
                                        Within in 9 months this battery was bulged
                                        And the battery pack up gets very low
                                        The back panels are broken due to bulge,
                                        Iam one of the fan of micro max
                                        This is 3rd mobile of micro max last 3 years
                                        This mobile only damaged and bulged,
                                        Plz don't manufacture such a failure models,
                                        Really iam very sad to use this mobile,
                                        My led tv also micro max
                                        Warranty also not claimed in service centre
                                        And no stock of inbuilt battery of my mobile,
                                        Plz take any step of my mobile
