Dear sir,

My mobile phone micromax xprees 2 has given to micromax service center Dehradun for repair of mother bord on 28.4.2016.
Job sheet no. E[protected]
My mobile has forward to delhi on 3rd may. But not return from delhi. After 1 month i have call to Micromax H.O then the answer me that the mobile will be return to me in 21 days. But my mobile still not return. Today i call again about it but again same answer that 21 days waiting.

Kindly solve my problem

    I[censored] r not going to anything why u take complain. useless service ever seen.
    My job sheet no is E[protected] and my service centre detail is B.M. Trading shop no. 19 kumar tower, boring canal road patna 800001 mob no [protected]. Jobsheet date 19/05/2016. Sir it is my 23complaint to you within a week . I got conformation 6 june that my mob is repaired and collect it with service centre . But when I reached . They asked some more time this thing happens 6 times then I registered complain to your site. They said me your device is ready please collect it .and the people of service centre said it is not ready yet. I am not happy with the action taken by you so far. Plz take some action

      || Very Urgent || Within 6 months my device q450 got dead second time.. this is the second time i have submitted my device to Shree Sai Telecom Gurgaon.
      Near Bus stand Gurgaon..

      I got repaired it two months back with no charges since its in warranty . and now when same problem came again care is asking for payment of 2896 . My device was physically damanged this time. For that i was ok, but they epaired without my go ahead while problem was same which was there before damage

      /-.At time of registering complaint they said they will call for the cost and if i'll be ok with that they will go for repair.. and now they have repaired without my go ahead..

      is this your way to make money from users ?
      Problem is same then why cost this time ????..Also Sai telecom represtative don't have the sense how to talk to their customers...
      person attending customes is saying i am the evrthing for this center. I am the manager and i am everything for this.. tell me is this the right way to deal
      with customers..

      Also the main thing now ---- I Paid 2896 /- and collected my device back and now after 7 days my device is again dead and problem is same... They took 2896 /- from me while this problem is still occuring..

      Take this on higher priority...

      - Q450 purchased in August 2015


      - First time Repaired free by Sai Service center Gurgaon.

      - Second time i paid amount 2896 /- and get it rapaired from Sai Sevice center.

      - Now again problem is same.. worked only 7 days.

      First thinf my device still in warranty but yes physically damaged slightly.. but what if issue is same which was there before damage and now after i made payment 2896 problem is still same...

      I need amount back or rapair it now free.. got repaired 10 days back only and issue is again there..

        My Handset under warranty period and i m facing battery problem so i go give my phone battery to serivce center on 02/ 05/2016 and your representitve said your battery come with in 7 to 10 days and after 7 days i get a message from company your device delivered with in 7 working days but after 48 days i m not getting my battery.

          Micromax Nitro-4G, purchased on[protected].Stopped working end April 2015. Given for repair to Care Point Richmond Circle company service centre- on[protected]
          JOB no[protected] T
          old that it would take 1 month.After 1 month we were called to service centre that phone is repaired and ready.On reaching there (I am 82 years old) I was told that it wasn't working and had to be sent back to Delhi for repairs.Another 15 days.
          2nd time Job no[protected] dated 16-06-16
          What rubbish is this?
          I want my phone back in 2 days or they should please replace the phone.No other company has ever taken so long.I will be writing to Consumer cells all over if I don't get my mobile back.I am an old Army officer.This is no way to make me suffer. I had saved to buy this phone and now I am suffering.
          I am old and have nobody to scan any papers etc.I am a senior citizen, a Doctor and a retired Army officer.Yet I am made to run about like this

            Hi my name is bipin from bangalore today i had been to micromax service center jayanagar bangalore i have micromax canvas selfie which i purchased last year april 2015 suddenly my phone was hanged and got switched off i tried to switch on but was not getting on. So i decided to go for service center. I took a token and sat for sometime and after my turn has come i i gave phone to lady who called me. I said the purchase datr and told the phone is out of warranty and she gave the phone to technician to check the problem and after checking technician said it is on now and the problem was happened due to talk back and asked my permission whether he can reset the phone i told please try without reset because all data was saved in internal memory. Technician told ok let me try to it but without knowing me he changed the switch on/off button and asked me to pay 950 rupees for it. I said without knowing me you have changed the button and charged me which was in a good stage until yesterday. The person who was sitting in a service center started tallking with me violently without reason i asked him why are shouting again his temper was very high and started speaking like take this as my bhiksha and all all people who were at service center got pissed i dont have proof of video or would have really asked them to close the service center or a warning letter. Request you to give them a standard training on bahaving with customers and keep a cameras which records voice of customers as well as the service agents or people will stop using micromax phones if this is the case in all service centers thanks bipin

                I purchased a set e471 from jhajjar but after its purchase, i am facing problems in the set like low battery and heating of set. my complaints have been given. after 5 months of its purchase, the set has been remained in care upto total 3 months but all is vein. the behaviour of care boys is worst. the set has same problems. you are requested either to change my set with brand new other peice with same mdel or other model with same or higher specifications or to pay back my billed amount with interest within one week otherwise, i shall file a case against micromax company and dealer in the court of law. my latest complaint was *[protected]* dated 31.5.16. This mail be treated as my legal notice to you.

                  The above mentioned mobile phone i am by this last one year back rs. 18000/- but it will come repair again and again when i will face this types of problems visited the micro max service center but nobody take care of costumer problems and they not give any warranty and guaranty. But last one year i am spending 3500 for servicing purpose the chennai micro max service center not responding correct manner also. Now this display not working. I am request the all customer kindly don't bay the micro max product only reason i am bay this product this india make but i now telling u no bay bay this product.

                    I have bought a canvas 6 on 6/06/2016 but today when i switch on it, its display is not working or not clear. Its been 11 days since i bought it. If its display gone within these days how am i supposed to use this in the future. I have already given it to the nearest micromax centre but i really want a new piece rather than replacing its display. Please look it in to this issue. Hoping your favourable response.

                      I bought a micromax product (A120 (W) of

                      On 21st february, 2015. Its warrenty end on 21 st february, 2016.
                      I gave the phone on 18 th february, 2016 at the micromax service center

                      Add: m/s cell tech
                      Shop no. 8, cision complex, first floor, montieth road egmore, chennai, tamil nadu, pin no - 600008.

                      And after 1 month, they gave another mobile of
                      Model (A255 (W) with
                      Imei no: [protected]/[protected] and said that micromax company has changed the phone.
                      But they cheated me in two things.

                      1. They given the phone with a model (A255) with
                      Imei no: [protected]
                      But the micromax company given imei no: [protected].
                      They exchanged the mobile which was understood by change of the imei no:.

                      2. The company given the model (A255 (Blue) but service center given the model (A255 (W).

                      A case is given by me in the nearest police station about the exchange of phone.
                      From the customer side, i am informing you regarding this replacement..

                      I am requesting you to replace this model which was given by micromax and please give a new mobile of same model with blue colour and with another imei no:.

                      Please see this message and reply me immediately...

                      I have purchased MICROMAX Canvas Xpress 2 E313 on 14/06/2016, it was a wrost experience within 15days the mobile was getting operated automatically. I have visited to showroom from i have purchased but they said to update the software.I agreed and updated the software from service centre, but same day after upadting software mobile audio was not working, music player, FM etc there was no volume.Within 15-20 days this all issue are occured.What is the use of buying a new mobile.? Its a worst experience with MICROMAX.

                          This is regarding a phon​e model number a069, ​which i bought on date 2nd july, 2015 from the dealer 'rahul telecom', jagraon.

                          My mobile faced some problem and i went to a nearby micromax service centre

                          Shop no-1, 1st floor, veervati palace, near vinayak hospital, sector -27, noida, noida (Delhi/ncr), delhi/ncr

                          On discussion with the person for the problem during the warranty period, he said the date of purchase in their system is showing as may, 2015. Thus the warranty period is over. On telling that, i have a duly signed bill for the same, he said we will not go with the bill. He said you had purchased a used phone and the warranty period is over.

                          I told him that i had purchased a sealed packet of the same and opened the seal in-front of the shopkeeper on purchase date. Your person said "seal ka kya hai sir, koi bhi laga sakta hai, koi bhi nikaal sakta hai, ​ hum kuch nai jaante​, ​ ​hum apne system se chalenge".

                          He also refused to talk to me further and said "gate pe costumer care ka number hai aap unse baat karlo".

                          I suffered a loss in purchasing your company's mobile as within 9 months of purchase had to face lots of problems with it and on prior intimation about the warranty period, none of your employee was responsible enough to even keep this matter in-front of the seniors rather they said it is not our responsibility and we cannot do anything.

                            They are avoided to giving mobile, every time they tell call back after 1 week, the part is not available we are order it, and after 1 week i called they answer the problem is going on after part changing, and they are given me old handset as lowest model and said company send this handset instead of your handset.

                              I have purchased micromax tablet from Poorvika mobile Kengeri setallite town Near shirke appartment Bangalore karnataka india after 2 days from purchase of tab charge redusing 2 to 3 % on every 5 minits . as advised poorvika mobliles ihave givrn it for repair in micromax service center namelysun Technologies chandra layout main road bangalore, three times they have reapair the same and once they changed battery and also Iam facing the same problem angain I givrn for repair for suntechnology they have send the tab to delhi two times but now also iam facing same problem.iam not using the tab even single day in service centre they told that replacement is not possible give me the solution

                                I had purchased online micromax canvas nitro 4 g. Model no. E455 & found many problem in this mobile.

                                Major problem is network issues 3-4 times i had visit in service center. 3 times they keep phone with them & each time they're taken 21-25 days but my problem is not yet resolve by service center.

                                Being totally dissatisfied with the defective product, i spoke 4 times with the executives at your customer care centre[protected] from my personal number [protected]) to get the phone issues resolved, now i clearly asked for replacement but nobody is listening so finally i thought about the legal procedure.

                                Last executive in fact disconnected my call pretending being unable to hear my voice on phone while i could hear him very clearly. This combination of defective product and flawed service actually meets your punch line ‘nothing like anything’.

                                While i wanted to support an indian company in line with the approach of present government to promote ‘make in india/ indian products’ and meet international standards but you have disappointed me, as a customer who believed you.

                                You are requested to kindly acknowledge this letter and replace this product please or else i will be constrained to take it up to consumer forum (As per consumer protection act 1860) and on other social media.

                                Trust you will understand my concern and take an immediate action in the matter.

                                  I had bought a mobile in Jan, 15from micromax.in Dec, 2015 it got screen problems, so I had submitted it to micromax service center at pearl palace ludhiana.Then after 3 months they replaced my mobile with a faulty A102 model, because they said me that my own headset is not repairable.Then I refuse to take it.Then on 4 may they gave me a juice2 mobile.But only after one month I got heating problem, hanging problem, software problems and this headset not have any option to move application from phone to SD card memory.

                                  Then I visited to service center and reported them about this.First they refused to carry it but after they agree.But they are wasting my time from last 6 months.Kindly solve my issue.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  i had submitted my mobile as on 17/12/2015 vide job sheet number n[protected] but after replacement you provided me a faulty mobile handset.


                                  After that you had generated a new job sheet vide job sheet no n09**************39 & i had received a message regarding delivery of my mobile within 2 days, but you are failed to do it.

                                  Then you had delivered juice 2 mobile to me on 4-may 2016.But only after 1 month i had faced problems like hanging, battery overheating, black screen with boxes, touch problems, software problems also.So i visited service center and tried to submit my phone then at first they refused to submit it, but then they agree to submit it.That is submitted against vide job sheet no :- n09***************83.

                                  Later i received a call from micromax regarding acceptance of juice 2, but i refused to get this headset back.Then he told me to visit service center & to generate a new job sheet regarding submission of headset.Then again new job sheet no. N09*****************7 generated as on[protected].

                                  You all making me fool from last 7 months.But now i got tired from all of your service.I want my money back from you.


                                  Now that is my last notice to you to refund my amount of 8000/- as purchasing amount of my mobile.

                                  There is bank account details for refund :-


                                  as that is my last notice so you have time to resolve my issue till 17/07/16 11:59:59 pm after that i have to file a case against your company to claim my mobile purchasing cost+travel expenses of 7 months+my losses because of your bad service with interest.

                                    When i go to service center he misbehave with me. And not solving my problem and also he didnt understand my problem. He told me very rudly call the compny. Please take some action on thise service center because he is very rudly with all peoples and there executive and manager also rudly and he also show me dummy manager please take serious and best action with him

                                      Have purchased your tv micromax led 39c2000hd in date 14th of sept 2014, your dealer in vadodara vijay sales, race course, vadodara.
                                      Then suddenly my tv go to stand by mode when we watching tv on 25/5/16
                                      O i have register complaint on micromax customer care dept. After 2-3 days an engineer came to my home and was taking my tv with them. Some days the they could not answering any thing of my tv complaint when i called him then he answered me that the tv was unimpaired condition if i repaired its expance is high else this expanced i have purchased a new tv. So i am very satisfy services. If i have purchase your tv if it will be corrupted then i have purchased your new tv. Micromax service center's answer is very very poorly. We get very careless answer by your service center and that is 15 days back while i get asking status of tv.

                                        I have already given 03 complaints but no action has yet been taken.
                                        The phone is laying with company since last 1 year. I s there any solution.
                                        I have given 100s oa mails and spoken to customer care 100 times. No reply or solution given by the company. Pse connect the previous msgs and give a solution or i shall go to consumer court pse suggest//
