Sir, My name is Rajendra Rajpurohit, R/o Wardha.
Sir, I purchased the your company made cell just before 3 months, but it started crashing its applicationsand other problems before week.I submit the said cell along with bill with your service center at Wardha by name M/S NAWAZ MOBILES, MAHADEOPURA, WARHDA, Cell No. [protected] on[protected].
My cell model code is SERMOB0461 and IMEI No. is [protected] my cell no. is [protected].
The service center boy told that this mobile is repaired but when i handled it again malfunctioning, as soon as i reported with the service center he refused to take complaint and told that this handset is not repaired. We told him that please see it or give us in writing as i am businessman and having huge trouble without cell. Please to the need full on urgent basis, i herewith attached job card of my cell.
Please tell me what i do.
