I had purchased micromax nitro a311 canvas mobile previous year. But the phone display had some problem therefore i had given it for repair at sector-16, faridabad service centre of micromax on 4th february 2016. My job sheet number is n[protected].
Today is 1st april and i have still not received my phone. It's already been 60 days.
I am really surprised and shocked that your company has so inefficient employees that you guys are not able to resolve a problem in the product which has been manufactured by your company.
From past 60 days i am without phone and i am following up with you guys.
The service centre guys are not supportive as they are not reachable on calls either the numbers are switched off or engaged all the time. Being a working person it's not possible for me to go there to inquire the status of the phone everytime. I hope you guys understand this atleast.
Your customer care centre only listens to the problem and buys the time and only action they take against my complain is to apoligize to me but they have told me that it is the process and this the normal time taken for resolving of the product. And this makes me wonder that really the people in your company are so inefficient.
This is not the first time i have purchased a phone and i have given it for repair but seriously this is my first experience in which i have seen a company taking two months to resolve a problem and still not able to rectify it.
The people are still not sure whether i will receive it sooner or the issue will be resolved or not.
I don't know about guys but i am sure that this is my first, worst and last experience with micromax.
I assure you guys that i will not recommend it to anyone.
Now, i just want you guys to refund my money...As now i don't want your phone.
Honestly, after so many days already passed i have lost my patience with you guys.
So, i just want a refund for my phone. I have followed up with you guys a lot.
Now i am tired of listening to your excuses and am in no mood to wait for response from you guys.
Just process my refund as soon as possible. If i have to take another way then let me know i will take that as well.
Please don't try to buy time now as i am going to escalate this matter further if you guys are also unable to give me a proper response and timely response. I have made so many complaints online also on your website but i didn't get any response from you guys.
I don't know what your strategy is to retain your customers but honestly this is the worst one which you guys are following. You guys just listen and forget to act on it.
So now, i am hoping an early response of this mail.
But if i don't get it i am definitely going to escalate it further and trust me i won't take such a long time which you guys have taken.
When i have mailed you two days back on another id and you guys reached out to me today...I thought you guys have resolved my query but after all this you guys are so shameless that you people are asking 21 days more for action.
I have seen your inefficiency in past 60 days i am in no mood to see it any further.
Now i want a refund just keep your phone with you...Thanks
