My phone's camera was not working properly so i submitted it at micromax service centre (Ms galore service noida sector 22) on 13/03/2016 . My phone was under warranty but they expired it by keeping my phone with them for more than fifteen days. They returned my phone on 31/03/2016. My phone's warranty expired on 20/03/2016 so they enjoyed its warranty period.No issue with that i submitted my phone with camera issue only but when i got it back its touch screen is inactive on some places. I went to get it repaired again now they say my phone is out of warranty. I think mistake i made is buying a micromax phone

    I have a micromax a096 set within warranty. And its battery is not getting charged, so i went to customer care service centre situated in marathahalli, bangalore. I reported this some 4 weeks ago. They told me to order for a new battery and then they will see what is the problem with my phone. And till date every week they are saying that the battery is yet to arrive. Now its already been 4 weeks. I guess they are waiting for me to shift to some other more reliable cell phone brand. This is the no. Of service centre : [protected].

      1- I bougt canvaas 5 on march 2016 n aftr two days it shows new update avaialable den i went service centre for updation they took my phne mre den 1 hour n aftr dat they give me when i connect my phne to internet again it shows update available den i again told mr. Ashish he said ho gya h ab kuch ni ho skta isme...
      2- At the same day my micromax canvaas knight 350 damage in accidnt den i jst ask mr ashish dat how much cost will take to repair my phne he imeediately took my canvaas knight n handed over repairing boy aftr 10 min i asked wat happen he said khul rha h phne btate h maine kaha mjhe bs rough idea chahiye kitne lagege isme he said ab to khul gya n he frced k ap jao ek ghnte baad aao pack kra de rhe i said mai ruka hu abi dijiye n mai le gya n aj mai other shop or bnwane gya to wha mere phne ki battery change jo maine last mnth hi chnge karaayi thi netwrk wire gayab n koi bdi baat ni motherboard hi change tha...         I have brought E481 canvas 5.After one week when i intered new sim it demanded privacy protection code.I submitted it to the customer care centre and they asked rs150 for resolving this issue. During the resolving process motherboard became dead then they called me demanded rs6200 for further processing.
        The phone was 9 days old and under replacement warranty. This is totally customer care centre's fault and i am not responsible for this.I am being cheated by them. Please take immediate action on this issue.

          I am writing this to show my dissatisfaction towards the customer care centre and the company micromax as i have faced lots of trouble due to the poor service. I am a loyal customer of micromax having 4 mobile sets including mine in the family. However, the way i have been treated with the representative in the customer care center is outrageous. One of my phone was was not working properly as it was getting hang again and again. I went to a center in ghaziabad to get this resolved as my phone is in warranty. It was a shock to hear that the representative said if you want this to be resolved you need to pay rs. 2000 and it will be done in an hour or else it will take a month and there is not guarantee for it to be fixed. In short he was asking money for something which is suppose to be fixed for free. This is fraud and cheating. I have already lost faith in the company and their centers and i will never ever recommended or suggest any one to purchase any product from this company if my issue is not been resolved.

          Kindly get in touch with me i[censored] don't want to loose a loyal customer.

              I bought a micromax canvas juice 2 aq 5001 mobie phone on november 25th i used this mobile 3 months after 3 months on february 29th 2016 mobile was giving a problem display is blank and i produced to service on service center in chennai (Egmore) by warranty. The service men was take mobile for service and told me wait for 30 days to service after 30 days mobile is serviced and service men calls to take my mobile in service center and i gone to take mobile. I am checked my mobile all items are working properly. And also yes mobile working properly on that time and i take a mobile after 3 hours the same problem of display is blank occured and return to prompt a mobile to service men he tried to clear problem but mobile is not clear and i wait for this problem solving case in service center 3 hours.

              Service men is calls me the mobile is not ready and he told we take to service and call you back and he told you wait for more one month to this service.
              Bull i am asking to micromax company service centre what are you servicing mobile phones.
              Your customers are me mad you thinking bull

              How many days i am waitting for your service to got my phone i also wait for 30 days. What are looking for customers are mad
              I am not satisfied with micromax phone and micromax services bull
              I am very angry with micromax service i wanna go to consumer court and give him complaint to micromax service centres for bad services

              And i also refer to my friends, relatives don't buy a micromax products

              And i also refer in your services and your mobile problems to tell in social medias to tell don't buy micromax mobile phones bull micromax is cheating

              And i make a suggestion in all websites to new customer who want to buy new mobile i tell don't buy micromax products

              Thief company micromax.

              Motherboards good parts and batteries are stolen in my phone in the service centres

                Submitted micromax tab for repair as part of the warranty on 25th jan 2016. This is the second time i have given the tab for repair.

                I have submitted the device on 25th jan 2016 and till date its not repaired.

                Do not understand how long you keep it with you. Unfortunately its a recurring behavior with your products.

                I regret on the purchase and post events. I do not have further patience. Request to refund the money i paid for the product, if not i shall approach consumers forum or take legal action as applicable.

                  I have given micromax d321(Blue) cell phone at hubli service centre (M/s sri raghavandra enterprises hubli)on date:22/02/2016 still i am not getting any response every time when i visit service center there is a same answer that it will be ready by another 4 to 5 days.
                  As your company tells "nothing like anything" is very good suitable for your company.
                  As i am suffering on purchase of micromax handset.In future i will not purchase any product of this company.

                        I had purchased micromax nitro a311 canvas mobile previous year. But the phone display had some problem therefore i had given it for repair at sector-16, faridabad service centre of micromax on 4th february 2016. My job sheet number is n[protected].
                        Today is 1st april and i have still not received my phone. It's already been 60 days.
                        I am really surprised and shocked that your company has so inefficient employees that you guys are not able to resolve a problem in the product which has been manufactured by your company.
                        From past 60 days i am without phone and i am following up with you guys.
                        The service centre guys are not supportive as they are not reachable on calls either the numbers are switched off or engaged all the time. Being a working person it's not possible for me to go there to inquire the status of the phone everytime. I hope you guys understand this atleast.
                        Your customer care centre only listens to the problem and buys the time and only action they take against my complain is to apoligize to me but they have told me that it is the process and this the normal time taken for resolving of the product. And this makes me wonder that really the people in your company are so inefficient.
                        This is not the first time i have purchased a phone and i have given it for repair but seriously this is my first experience in which i have seen a company taking two months to resolve a problem and still not able to rectify it.
                        The people are still not sure whether i will receive it sooner or the issue will be resolved or not.
                        I don't know about guys but i am sure that this is my first, worst and last experience with micromax.
                        I assure you guys that i will not recommend it to anyone.
                        Now, i just want you guys to refund my money...As now i don't want your phone.
                        Honestly, after so many days already passed i have lost my patience with you guys.
                        So, i just want a refund for my phone. I have followed up with you guys a lot.
                        Now i am tired of listening to your excuses and am in no mood to wait for response from you guys.
                        Just process my refund as soon as possible. If i have to take another way then let me know i will take that as well.
                        Please don't try to buy time now as i am going to escalate this matter further if you guys are also unable to give me a proper response and timely response. I have made so many complaints online also on your website but i didn't get any response from you guys.
                        I don't know what your strategy is to retain your customers but honestly this is the worst one which you guys are following. You guys just listen and forget to act on it.
                        So now, i am hoping an early response of this mail.
                        But if i don't get it i am definitely going to escalate it further and trust me i won't take such a long time which you guys have taken.
                        When i have mailed you two days back on another id and you guys reached out to me today...I thought you guys have resolved my query but after all this you guys are so shameless that you people are asking 21 days more for action.
                        I have seen your inefficiency in past 60 days i am in no mood to see it any further.
                        Now i want a refund just keep your phone with you...Thanks

                          Dear sir, I have purchased Q335 bolt micromax phone after using 2 months it has two problems so i deposited my phone to sonipat micromax customer care they forward my phone to company & give me time of repair the phone of max 25 days.But they take lots of time infact more than 2 months than they replac my phone after calling so many times to executive & by visiting customer care. But the phone given me exists same problem regarding voice no outgoing no incoming. So i again visit company next day & they take my phone & give time of 2 days to again repair but now again 1 week, so i want my phone back either repair or not. bad service i hav face in my life.                             I gave my micromax for service 3 months before, still they are telling its not got repaired they gave me time frame of 20 days while giving for repair, i really got frustrated and hurted by services center people in chennai velacherry, i am going to raise a police complaint agist this and also going to file a case againt " Rahul Sharma Vikas Jain Sumeet Arora Rajesh Agarwal" need a claim of Rs 10 lakhs as compensation hence my father is a lawer and i am working in media SUN TV going to also make it as a public issue in media also going to update in all social media if i am not getting my repaired mobile or new mobile with in 3 days .

                                    I had produced my Micromax Android 1 mobile at the service center (Patton, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala) on 08/10/2015 due to the display related problems and that I have been obtained a secondhand mobile in lieu of my mobile on 29/01/2016 as the complaint occurred during the warranty period. That too obtained after raising of frequent complaints.
                                    Unfortunately the obtained mobile is not functioning well. The main problem is that the battery lacks sufficient backup. The Mobil is turns off itself while functioning even though the battery shows 50% backup. I doubt that the Mobil is substandard.
                                    So I request to give me a new Mobil as the fault has happened during the warranty period.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I purchased a micromax mobile model no-Q332 on dt27.02.16.after 7 day the mob got problem on sound.I have submitted the same in Sambalpur, Odisha Micromax care on Dt.16.03.2016.after 13days when I got a msg that my mob is ready, I call the service station and the ask to come for receive my mob.when I reached the service station they ask me to wait for an hour.after one hour the told me that the mobile is need more repairing & need 20days. I was taking with the customer care executive for more then 4 time but not get any satisfactory answer .you please guide me what can i do?

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Your mobile service center is very bad (Infinity, sane apartment, narayan peth, pune. Landline[protected]. Cell no.-[protected]). I have 1 canvas spark & 1 canvas tab both are not working properly so i give to your service center mention above date : 25/01/2016 they told me it will take max 45 days now it's already over 60 days. Whenever i call them they did not respond. They are pathetic. I am mentally abused, i had also call your customer care no. Too it's [protected] for registering complaint about service center they took my complaint but yet nothing any respond kindly just change the mobile and handover me the new piece or refund me the money.
