Sir I have visited the service center three times every time they said they does not have the spare to deposit the phone for one week and this time on 02 mar I submitted the phone and they did not get it repaired and asked my permission to send it to company and on10 march I allowed them to do so. Still by 17 march no progress is made.the company is teasing the customer

    Hello friends, wanted to update about micromax company service.It is the worst service ever i faced.On 09th march 2016 i submitted my micromax 1100q phone at dr telecom service centre located in borivali west.The issue was bluetooth and wifi was not working, so they took a time of half an hour of inspection to check what was problem which they didn't turned after one hour also, that's fine.But after the inspection they found that bluetooth and wifi ic is not working so need to change and said it would cost you rs.1, 650/-, i said them to proceed with the repair.I got the device on 11th march 2016 with the above repair done.When i reached home and inserted the sim then it was not working nor the sim management option was visible for clicking.So i thought to get back to the service centre to ask why this happened, so i visited the service centre on 16th march 2016, they said that your sim ic is not working you need to get it repair, it will cost you rs.850/-.I said to them that how come this not working after getting the work done from of other problem, because my phone was working before submitting the device for bluetooth and wifi repair.They say that we don't know that all in a bad manner, and the executive says that you got your device on 11th march 2016 and you are coming now to show this, i said to them i stay 2hours far from the service centre and i need to take the permission from my office to go to service centre, executive says that's not our fault and she didn't gave the solution.And the executive was not at all helpful and behaved very bad, not in uniform, not groomed at all, i felt like cheap place to visit like mavali or tapori type people.Let me tell you micromax team, business is because of customer, if no customer then no business.If service is worst then no customer will visit or purchase your product.You have a good product but worst service, i request micromax team to concentrate and work on service centre in mumbai.I just need to know will my problem solved by you or not as i am in plan for a media complaint and if possible then at higher level complaint too.I hope for positive reply.Awaiting for your reply.

      I have given my android 1 phone for repairing at micromax care in ahmedabad. Its been already more than 9 months but i have not received my mobile. I was calling care executive for the update but he given me false dates & now he is not even picking up my call.

      It's really frustrating, its been 9 months till date & i am raising this my fourth complaint & still complain not resolved. Please help me to solve my problem.

        I have a problem in my mobilie for software uIgrading up have gone to service centre for software upgrade on 9th March 2016 they recived it but didn't gave me any receiving invoice and requested to come on next day i have gone to service center again on 11th March 2016 they replied me that your mobile pcb has dead you have to change the pcb i asked how much they told me 3800 i ordered them to do it they requested me to come on 17 th march when i gone to service Centre then they replied your mobile pcb has not chnged then i requested them to give my mobile and they gave me and said that your mobile is ok again i m facing heating problem and i found that my pcb has been changed and there is a worst pcb motherboard in my mobile and they have charged me for new pcb price i have again complaints about that they r not lesstening anything saying that we havent changed your pcb and they alwyas do these type of works to change the pcb of new mobile to other mobile phone and charging the both customers and also giving a fake promise that they will give them warranty

          I deposit my hand set micromax A102 in micromax care on 26.1.2016 for repair they software. they gave me time of 10 days. but after 10 days they again take 10 more days, then they ask it will come 10.2.2016. but on 10 feb they again said it will take time or u will call to [protected].and said it will take 21 days. they are harassing me too much.

            Gave my phone(Within warranty period) to service center for battery drain, camera app issues. Its been 2 months. Still they are always asking us to "wait for some time". How long should we wait without the phone?? Months and months of waiting. Really got frustrated.So came up with below decisions.

            1. Never buy this phone in your life again and for your next generations also. Grow your children teaching them to never buy micromax in their life too.

            2.Never recommend it to anyone even for the your worst enemy.

            Share it in every social site, forums and complaint boards and review sites. We should ban this fraudulent company.

              i am buy Micromax canvas xpress -2 on line on dated 27/11/2015 but now in feb2016 the camera of this handset is not working properly, so i am going to
              Micro max service center then they says that camera is not available, coming after 8-10 days, After15 days i am going to centre then they tell that there is not supply of parts from company.So i have to request you to please available the camera of my handset E313.

                I bought a micromax phone model a311 from flipkarat(Rs-9999).After few month mobile started problems.I went micromax service centre(Habra global net)on 21/12/2015 and they took my mobile phone with one copy on invoice for repair and ask me to come 10 days.(Job sheet number[protected].After 10days i went 4times .But no reply from service centre.At last 09/03/2016 after long time they replace my phone and gave me low budged phone micromax a316(Rs-7449 on flipkart)...This phone's battery & front camera is very poor.I do not want this phone .I want get my money back.
                It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and i will get my money back.

                  Sir, i have submitted my phone in care because some problem regarding charging & microphone exists, my phone forward to company for repair. it takes very long time to repair, when i call customer executive they give time of 20 days but after given this time my phone is not repair then i again call again give me 20 days.Sir i[censored] not able to repair than my handset give me back as already it takes lot of time . my job sheet no. is N[protected] & MY PHONE NO IS [protected] .Sir please repair soon otherwise give me back.

                    I have been using micromax canvas juice -a177 but some how my handset got started malfunctioning due to which i can't use my handset & for further query i contacted nearest authorised service centre of micromax in my city named as digital equipment centre which is in city centre, sector -iv, bokaro steel city jharkhand where i came to know that my handset was having severe problem & after that they asked me to submit my hand set to the service centre on-04.02.2016 having job card no[protected] but still i haven't received my hand set & more over the above said service centre has been closed.More over after receiving a cofirmation mail from micromax care that i will get a call having reference to my complaint ticket id- 281195 but still nothing happened so.Its been a one & half months i haven't received neither a call nor i am able to trace my hand set.

                        This is to inform you that i bought a micromax canvas 5 phone. I found that it had some manufacturing display defect. I consulted the matter with the customer care centre here in purulia and was asked to inform the matter to the co. Through online. After doing so, i submitted my phone to the customer care, purulia. Afterwards i did not get any response. I lodged a complaint at consumer forum through online. One day some mr. Srivastava contacted me from delhi customer care, micromax (As he informed me by phone no.[protected] and told me to submit my bank details and address for getting back the price of the phone i.E. Rs. 11, 600/- and someone would come and collect the phone.
                        Doing so, i found i have been cheated and a sum of rs. 16, 000/- (Approx.) has already been transferred from my account to the a/c of some vikash garg, a/c no. [protected] and transaction card no. [protected].
                        Therefore, i like to lodge a complaint and request to take necessary action from your end so that i can get my money back i.E. 27, 600/- (Approx. / including the price of the phone.

                            I would like to inform that I have submitted my Android Phone dated

Problem was mic, led was bliking, micro Sd was not sported and audio jack is not supporting it was the my problem. Thay have created more my camera was not working proper and touch was in bad condition.
                            Till now I have not received my cell phone.

                              I had purchased a Micromax Yu Yureka Handset online from Amazon.in on dated 09.04.2015 bearing Invoice Number: HR-DEL[protected]. My Handset camera and flashlight had malfunctioned. I had e-mailed about the same at [protected]@yuplaygod.com on dated 18.01.2016 describing the defects of the handset and had given all the details sought through return email. My Reference Ticket Id for the complaint made is 1989147. I was asked to courier the handset without battery and back cover to: Return Centre, YU Televentures Pvt. Ltd. B-82, MAYAPURI INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-1 NEW DELHI-110064 I had sent my Yureka handset without battery and back cover to the address mentioned above on dated 03.02.16 through Indian Speed Post No. EH[protected]IN. Then I again e-mailed at the address provided and was again given a new Reference ID- 2077818. And after a few days on my approach against my handset under warranty I was given a new Reference ID: 2187758 asking Proof of Delivery. I sent the Proof of Delivery through return mail when sought by the company on dated 04.02.16. On receiving the Proof of delivery I was once again given a new Reference ID: 2191640. But my problem was not solved. I am yet to receive my Yureka Handset under replacement warranty. I have emailed many times to expedite the replacement procedure, but no reply has been received so far. I am very much harassed by the service. Kindly help me out on this matter.

                                I was submited my mobile to service center on date of 01.02.2016.
                                after that he had told me after 15 days you have got your cell phone but still date i have not recived my phone.
                                At lest 6 or 7 times i will talk with custemare care exucative, but every time he told me after 21 days you will got your cell phone.
                                but still date (16.03.2016) I have not recived my phone.
                                so what i do...?????
                                how can I trust on your service & your commitment.

                                  I bought micromax canvas selfie lens q345(Gray) mobile in month of december, 2015. Within 3 months, i face the problem of display in said phone that not clearly working. I have complain in my nearest service centre at 1st floor, sri ram towers, hazratganj, lucknow, lucknow, uttar pradesh and drop my phone in service center on 6th february 2016 with complain 4904 display black lines(Model code. [protected])(Job sheet no. N[protected]). They told me to handover my phone for next 10 to 15 days to after solve the said problem. Even after lapse of one and half months they were unable to deliver the mobile after repair. Now when i goes to service center they says that the phone had forwarded to head office for repair and no any status received till date. Every time they give me approximate date for delivery. I could not understand that how a company likes you irresponsible with their consumers. . Neither, i get my mobile back till date nor the service center give me satisfactory response in this regard. It is, therefore, request you to please help me immediately in this regard

                                    Every day my 1.5 rs amount is getting deducted from my sim cards and it shows a dialog box on my mobile screen showing thanks for purchasing the micromax handset and press continue to register your phone for warranty service.
                                    Please note I am not interested in this warranty service so pls let me know how can I inactive this, so I am charged any amount directly.

                                      I had given my above mobile to your service centre at m/s sri sai phone care center, no.869, 2nd stage b sector, yelahanka new town, bangalore, karnataka, pin- 560064 on 2nd november 2015 with complain 4909 display flickering, display touch screen not working. Even after lapse of three nad half months they were unable to deliver the mobile after repair. Every time they give one or other reason like software problem, hand set sent to their level 3 workshop, parts ordered to delhi, so many flimsy reason. I could not understand a company like you requires three and half months to rectify the error. Even now also they are taking time like next week, three days. When i call they rudely answer. I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and resolve issue. Or else i decided to make a complaint consumer form.

                                        Still i have not received my cell model no micromax canvas express 2 (E3130) as per your commitment you are saying that my phone will come 4 to 5 days but still i have not response from your side i have been given you one month and 15 days to your company your services is not good i will complain to your CEO mr. Veent Teneja also regarding this issue, My job Sheet no is W[protected] noboady is resopnse on timely and when i have talk your services center employee MR Sagar he is not respond and your customer Care Executive is also not give the the proper answer now pl z suggest
