[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — micromax a311, not repairing under warranty phone | |||
Sir/mam/ few days ago i gave my phone in micromax service center for repairing boot ic under warrenty, on 7-09-17. But after 26 days thay don't give my phone... When i call them. They don't pick the phone and when i visit in center they told me that my phone will repaired in evening.. Every day i go in service center but they are make me fool... And they don't give my phone.. Please sir/mam.. Solve my this problem... Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved micromax solved my problem they gived my phone ..thanx consumer forum...if consumer forum did't help thay not give my phone...thanx consumer forum... Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I have inform to you My mobile phone had been submitted 30 over days in Micromax service center . and Our job sheet bar code no[protected]-30498486 dated 27.10.2017 and my phone model no Q465 has not been received to me till date 25.11.2017. I have been call to micromax customer care service on continue sly dated 03.11.2017, 06.11.2017, 08.11.2017, 11.11.2017, 14.11.2017, 16.11.2017, 20.11.2017, 22.11.2017 but no provide any information and call regards my phone.
My work disturbed without my phone and I am mentality disturbed without my mobile phone and same.
Please help me and do needful action please.
