I have purchased Micromax A350 Canvas knight model last year.A few days ago, I kept my phone on charging at night and slept.When i woke up in the morning and took out the charger i noticed that the touch screen of the phone was not functioning properly. Keypad buttons are getting pressed by themselves and apps are opening and closing by themselves. So, since the product is still under warranty, i took the device to the nearest service center(Swastika Telecom-Malad West).I have been using the touchscreen cellphones from last 7-8 years, and I know very well that The touch has gone bad because of the power fluctuations.Its not that big problem honestly.Before taking it to the service center I even took some consultations from people who had also suffered with the same technical problem.Everyone I consulted told me the same thing that it has happened because of the power fluctuations and it can be solved.Since the product is still under warranty I took it to the service center where i was told that I have somehow dropped the phone and that is why its touch has been broken.Added..that "The whole touch panel etc has to be replaced and I have to pay Rs 10, 000/- for it since the phone has been physically damaged by me" I don't know from where they have come with this idea.Maybe they were completely out of clue as to what to do so they decided to blame everything on me.They took out the "proofs" over the device and started to show me that I am the one who did it.They told me that i have somehow dropped the phone and that is the reason behind it.Like I am a fool or what.My god, Even a local mobile shop owner, within seconds holding my cellphone, told me that it is an internal problem with the device that has happened because of the power fluctuations.He was laughing over the service center staff and told me that this is what you people always do. I do not know how you people are recruiting these people as your staff but they do not know anything at all.Instead of solving the issue the manager their started a fight and told me to take it to another service center as She is not going to do it.If even within warranty you people are so useless, i am wondering what you are going to do when its warranty is expired. Please help me, I have paid too much for the device and i am not going to pay even a single penny on it since its something i have not created. Its a common problem and if your service centers are unable to do anything then instead of fooling the people you better shut them down.I am sick of you people and i am done with argumentation.If you people have even a little bit of decency then help solving the issue instead of giving stupid excuses to avoid the trouble.I am eagerly waiting for your response.Lets see what you have to say.
