Dear Sir, I have bought MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO A310 in September-2014. Since last fifteen days the above mentioned problem started. When the phone is in sleep mode it goes dead and do not start by pressing start button. For starting the phone again battery has to be removed and refitted. I contacted Micromax Service Center in LalBagh, Lucknow, they depostted it and handed over to me after two days saying that the problem has been rectified and the set is now ok. The phone worked properly for one day only after that the old problem started again and in addition it started rebooting automatically now and then. As the phone goes dead while in sleep mode it has become very unreliable, I am planning to revisit the micromax service center tomorrow (i.e. 15.12.14) but it is a big problem for me because I have to travel out station frequently. I purchased a Micromax product because I am pro "made in india" campaign. But if after spending such a hefty sum of Rs. 12990/- one gets such a problematic set the made in India campaign is going to fail completely. I request your intervention, either you get my set repaired in one go or get it replaced with any reliable product of same denomination because I do not have time to visit your service center again and again.       hi my name is asim i have purchased micro max Mobil A300 phone on 15 oct 2014 very net day i have notice that the battery is get low in few mints after some days Mobil getting switched off itself i have seen that time battery was full after one or two days it will start automatically that it show batter is full, i m in sales when i realized the problem that time i m in official tour for 25 day once i back home and i went micro max service center they haven't replaced or repaired they said that some problem in software same day they update the software return to me i ask him i need acknowledgment they said u will get sms i haven't received any sms still the problem continue the Mobil goes itself and start itself i don't want to repaired this i want my money back if required i will go to consumer court i will not allow this and i will right update all social network . i have paid 20500 its not a jock, service center is worst jay nagar

        my cell phone gc222 was repaired on 7th nov. 2014 at malviya nagar, new delhi (service centre of micromax) which was sold on the month of march 2014. the LCD of the phone is changed in 290 Rs. and the service tax is 150 Rs. if it was in warranty how could the company take service charge? and if it do so what its meant by warranty of 1 year?pls explain to us. or refund our amount paid as service tax soon.

          My phone model no is Micromax canvas l a108. Screen touch not working properly I had gone to Micromax service center but manager said me that there are no part of your phone. She said me deposit your phone for 10 day but after that call she said your phone part not available so wait for another 10 Day. After that I was take my phone without repair. Another service center said me deposit your phone for 2month. So what I can do.

            I have Micromax p580, bought on april, 2014.There appears a red cross mark at the centre of my screen, on turning on my device .The entire screen behind it gets locked.What is the problem?or is any app reason for this?will this problem go on resetting my device ?or is this any of the software problems?

                I have to file complaint against Micromax service center. Mobile was given to service center two month ago to fix side button which is used for display on or off. Still, they are giving excuses and they told us they are not getting part from the company. I want quick reply what I have to do for this behavior.                   Dear sir I have given my mobile micromax model no GC333 for repair to micromax service centre M/S exclusive care in kochi on 28 Aug 14. I visited there centre six times buy they have not repair my mobile. There response is also very poor I have to waste one hour in every visit.thankyou

                    i purchased micromax tablet from reliance digital wave mall lucknow on 02/07/2013. i submitted my tab at reliance resq mahanagar for i found sm problem with sound, display and battery backup on 12/11/2014. they sent my tablet to micromax service centre, ahluwalia building, opp. bhopal house, labagh, lucknow on 18/11/2014. till date i have not received my tablet despite of my continuously calling up service incharge mr krishna.he talked me once bt after that he is not picking up my phone. each time i call to the centre they tell me to wait for for another ten days for they are not getting the required parts . its whole one month that i am forced to live without my tab as it is a calling tab i have no other way bt to purchase a mobile to be connected with my family and friends. i am feeling very helpless and thoroughly dissappointed .

                      I have purchase a micromax canvas 2 colours a 120 mobile june 2014, now touch screen not working in my mobile then we reported to authorised service center aryan mobile guna m.P. 473001, dated 30-11-14 .You says after that 7 days you will be get your mobile repaired, but my mobile set is not repaired. When be asked then he reply touch screen not providing by company center .Due to avobe we are suffering more problems.Please take necessary action immediately and provide my mobile set recently.

                        I am very disappointed by the service provided by Micromax.Recently I purchased Micromax AE90 from our near by vendor. Following are the details:Date of purchase : 18/10/2014M-MEID : [protected]S-IMEI : [protected]EAN No :[protected]SN : V[protected]Date of hand over to customer service : 29/11/2014Job Sheet No : W[protected]Vendor details : Name : Shri Chamunda mobile collectioncontact no: [protected]Add :shop no 30, plot no A-35, Moreshwar apt, opposite nerul railway station sec -20 Nerul Navi Mumbai.Bill Sr no : 786Within a month, I started getting issues with the device and when I reported this to the vendor, he informed me in a very rude manner that it's not their responsibility and I should only contact Micromax customer service and I did.The customer service of Micromax (near vashi, Navi mumabi railway station) took some time to analyze and asked me to wait for 2 hrs to determine the issue, then informed me that there is something wrong with the motherboard of the device.How come there is problem with motherboard in such short period !!!I felt cheated by Micromax. Before handing over my device to customer service they inform it will take 7-10 days time to get things done. So I requested a handset for temporary usage but they replied "Sir hume company khud handset nahi deti to hum apko kaha se de".After taking the follow up on the same, customer service is now replying very rudely that "sir itane jaldi nahi hoga wo part Delhi se ayega so it will take time and all... apko jinko mail dalna hai daldo"

N[protected] i purchased mircomax android one mobile through amazon online shopping. but in this mobile file manger & gallary software missing and hands free was not working. i took this mobile to micromax care on 18 nov 14 at M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI) B-36 GURU NANK PURA OPP.V3S MALL, NEAR MAHARAJA BENQUET HALL LAXMI NAGR DELHI - 110092. they said to deposit the mobile it will take time about 25 days and for which problem i wanted to deposit my mobile, they were not listening the problem and mentioned different problem in customer proforma. when i opposed this they said mentioned the problem in writing we looked this. there behavior with all customers was horrible and pathetic. after 25 days whenever i call them they all make some excuse that some time server down or it will take time. i request u kindly take this matter at the earliest. yours faith fully rakesh pandey

So come to the nearest service center he ask me call recording is not elligible for this model . So i call to the toll free no. He also asked me call recording is not elligble.                               i bought micromax a94... after 1 month it get damaged ... service center take my mobile from me... its about 2 month but service center did not respond... now what i have to is 1st i am commenting on all ecommerce sites about the dumb dumb service... 2nd-i go to my youtube channel running in corporation with new boston and upload a video about the dumb dumb service.. 3rd - you dont know me but i let you know that if my mobile is not in my hand till 15 december i will. make your company fall down by viraling videos about your dumb service my mobile is in diya electronics kota rajasthan

                                Dear, Sir I purchases micromax A092 . it purchase on 16/11/2014 in which different problem like battery, charging problem and other more problem i went micro max authorized center and submitted the handset on 24/11/2014 for repairing .give me mobile in evening.i face same problem, after submitted the handset on 25/11/2014 for repairing .they give me samsong jobsheet .9/12/14 i don'n received mobile because mobile is bad condition.9/12/14. give me new jobsheet no-E[protected]. 12/12/14 Micromax service give me SMS mobile was repaired under jobsheet no- E[protected]. but now a date my handset never repair .I send u jobsheet copy plz. see the problem.

                                    i have micromax mad a-94 mobile phone. there was a problem in camera so i contact micromax service center in my city shahjahanpur named shree ji communication. they submitted my mobile phone and after 2 months there is no response from service cennter. my job sheet number is N[protected].

                                      I went to Micromax customer service centre of Ambala Cantt office located in Rai Market Road and let them know my whole issue. I just buy micromax canvas knight cameo a290 phone on 20 august 2014 and today it is 12 december 2014...my phone is in 1 year guarantee.I am facing a lot of problem in getting my phone charged, it is showing red light that it is getting charged but it is actually not.It just lost its connectivity not damaged or broken still customer service center told me that it is being broken. please resolve the issue..I really love the micromax mobile phones, my whole family is using only micromax but after having conversation with the same center i am really feeling bad that they just ruining our money. the girl sitting there said the charger slot will b replaced of 650 rupees but i dont think in guarantee we have to pay this much. please help me and solve the issue asap..

                                        sir i have purchased micromax unite 2 on 13 november 2014 but after 9 days the power button does not working, so i went to micromax service centre, then the at service centre they told to me there is PCB problem in your mobile, and they said this mobile will reparing in 1 month so i give my mobile. and after 15 days they said to me your mobile will repairing after 2 months and abusing to me... sir i want my mobile. please help me... yogesh mewada [protected]
