I bought a Lumia 535 device tempted by MOBIKWIK and Microsoft offer of Rs 300 cash back every month for 12 consecutive monthsi october 2015 The promo code was LUM300. I got the cash back for 2 months. Then the code stopped working. When I contacted Mobikwik customer care, they told me to add Rs 300 to mobikwik wallet and they would add the cash back manually. I never got the cash back for that month. The month after that when I contacted Mobikwik over the same issue they asked me to use the code which was given in the previous month in place of LUM300. In reality I was not given any code in the previous month...

    I have purchase an iBall Slide i701 Tablet from Amazon. In and as per offer i should get 200 Paytm coupon code for next 6 months.means get Rs.1, 200 Paytm Cash. I had register for it and provided my invoice copy as well paytm register mobile no and email id. So far i have not got any coupon code and it’s more than a three month now. I called Microsoft customer care and they redirected me to email id [protected]@timeus.net. They accept my request saying that you are eligible for this offer. However i am sure and I did check the terms and condition for this offer and my purchase is very much fit for this offer. I have provided them my invoice copy and all other details but still not received any coupon or cashback and they are not reply on mail . They are just cheating me with fake reason.

      I have contacted them many times but no response from them. So i am here.

      And the very first target delivery date was 31/10/2015. after this date when i went there to receive my battery they said that they had received a other models battery and the give me a new date that is of January and when i call them they said we still not receive the battery from the company,
      I have complain about this via mail to the company first tyme wen i complain they do not respond me and when i again complaint on 23/02/2016 they call me on 24/02/2016 by the no. [protected] and he said that i am transferring your complaint to the higher authorities but again no response till now.
      Now you guys tell me what should i do after all i am a student and i am very upset because i have my phone but of no use without battery.

        Dear sir/mam

        I am Shahid Siddiqui. I have purchased Yureca mobile in March 2015 and after 3 months from July 2015 on words I m facing the problems in Yureca like : Auto Restart, Hang Problem, Battery issue, and the major one is Auto Restart of the phone continuously. I have already complained 5-6 time in last 6 months in customer care and have followed all the troubleshooting (instructions) lead by the customer executive to resolve the issue but it remains same. At last I went micromax service center they took my phone and tried to resolve the issue by software Upgrade & Degrade. But the issue is still remains the same.I am providing you some of the request no among the 6 requests.

        Reference Ticket id is: 1444783, 1578777, 2093607. I m attaching the job sheet given by the service center as well as the bill of my mobile.

        Now I am fad up. My experience is very bad. I request to you please take back my phone and give back my money or replace my device with new one.

        My work is hampering and I am facing the problem in my work as I have to attend the calls of the clients. So please I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter.

        I have been registered in consumer complain court and the complain no. is 659532

        Kindly fix my problem as soon as possible.

          I have been wandering for 2 and half months for refund/Replacement of my new complaint mobile phone(Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual sim) which is under warranty.
          Mobility solutions is a worst service centre I ever seen before. They always say lame excuses, people shout at them most of the day due to irritating services they provide.My Mobile's complaint is that I can't use my mobile's touch properly while charging.They gave me jobsheet which says that my mobile needs touch replacement. They destroyed my mike of my phone and i also shouted and got fixed.But still touch problem is not fixed.
          Mobility solutions always say that the spare part for touchscreen is not received.So I directly Mailed Microsoft Mobile support and technical team through thier official website. Here also after 2 and above weeks i have been waiting. No response from both service centre or Microsoft company.Kindly file a complaint for getting a Full refund/ Replacement of this complaint phone.

              Full Description - On[protected] my Device (Microsoft Lumia 520) was all of sudden got switched off and stopped working.As my device was under warranty and was found that the PCB had stopped working.Though later warranty cover was not provided due to a insignificant scratch on body of device.

              From that time there were lot of communications from my side and Microsoft customer care representatives regarding resolution of problem.
              But almost after a year they have stopped responding to emails and are not providing back my device.I had dropped a latest mail to them on 04th Jan 2016 and i am yet to hear from them

                I was proud when I bought Microsoft Lumia 730 in December 2014. But very soon my happiness changed into depression and stress when I found the phone has a lot of problems that has been never solved by your service centres and customer care support.

                It started to get heated, slow charging, sim errors and a lot more. I took my phone one of your service centres Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir India. They hardly looked at it and then said it is normal and let me go. I called customer support service they recommended me to take it to the service centre. I again took it to the nearby service centres Anantnag. They sent my phone to the company for further repairing as they failed to make it workable. It was in August 2015 under the Job sheet Number[protected]/150728/011. After a month or two I collected my phone from the same service centre and they had broken its back panel when I complained for the same they denied it was done by them. After a huge tiff they took my phone back and it took another month for having its new back panel. After all when I collected it from service centre it was not properly repaired. I again called customer support for the same issue they again told me submit my phone in service centre and I again did and again service centres were not able to workable. Now it became my habit to call customer support all the day. It was a worst experience of my life. I requested them to replace my phone 100 times they promised it to do but that proved hallow. At last they called me by phone in November 2015 that they appointed a regional team to look my phone online. It gives some kind of relief. But unfortunately they reported in February 2016 that my phone is ok and they delivered it me repaired. And told me that my phone is out of warranty now so when I need to repair it I have to pay for it. The irritating thing was that my phone was never repaired and served properly and nor replacement has been given. With this I lost my peace of mind. On the very next day on 02 Feb, 2016 I took my phone again to Service Centre Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir. Unfortunately it was closed, before this I had been visited already there twice on the advice of Customer Support Service and it took 1500 Rs(300 fair, 400 to kill my appetite and 800 salary deduction of a day) to visit srinagar as I am living 75 kms away from Srinagar. A complete day need to be wasted means my day's salary and they told me do not connect my phone to the data cable as charging issue was from beginning.

                Next day on 03 Feb, 2016 I took again my phone to the same service centre and this time they declared it tempered and denied me to submit it as it is irreparable now. I got shocked as regional team reported my phone is ok and service centre declared it tempered. I have no words to explain my worries and sufferings that Microsoft has given me. I am shocked now I need your help since I requested 100 times for replacement during warranty period but nobody is listening. Now it is my polite request to help me to get rid of this depression. I belong to a lower middle class family, I saved 16000Rs from 6 salaries when I bought this phone. I want simply a replacement or refund my money as I suffered a lot instead of serving.                   I Tejaswi singh, had bought a branded phone, nokia x three months before. i have been troubling for three months due to this phones some or the others problems are there in this phone, now the display of this phone is not working, i went to the company two-three times for this issue but they are not ready to trust on the fact that this phone itself already contains many promblem and says that this is a physical damage done by me . The promblem in the phone they are telling me is liquid log, but i know that this is not the promlem in the phone . To get the phone alright they are demanding a sum of rupee 3200 . Since the phone is in warranty period but they say no warranty for physical damage, which is not the promblem. Please look through my complain and solve my promblem as soon as it is possible.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one Microsoft lumia 540 Mobile phone at chennai in november 2015, with Mobikwik cash back offer of Rs.3, 600 scheme for 12 months.I got the benefit from mobikwik on november 2015 only.After that at Dec 2015 i have remitted Rs.300 through my bank and i used my Promo code to get my cash back. But the app says your promo code is invalid. Till this minute i have not yet received my cash back from mobikwik.I have made complaints by phone to the microsoft customer care officials More than 20 times.Whenever i talk with them they tell me the same answer, please wait you will get the cash back within few days.Now they are giving a contact number of Mobikwik customer care and telling me to get answer for this problem from them.I have purchased the mobile phone from Microsoft company only, not from Mobikwik.So i am lodging this complaint to get a good solution for this problem.                           I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 in the moth of September 2015, as per promotional offer I was to get 300 Rupees cashback for 12 months that is 3600 Rupees cashback in total if i add 300 rupees every month into my Mobikwik wallet . This offer is also clearly given in Microsoft official website. This is the link showing that offer in Microsoft official site : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/campaign-mobikwik-cashback/ I got the cashback only for three months that is it worked for September, October and November. From fourth month that is December when I give the code "LUM300" it says invalid coupon. I have tried number of times but same issue. All contact numbers given as Mobikwik's customer care numbers i tried, No person talks, only a recorded voice always says customer care executives are busy. No response even from the team if i submit this issue from the mobile application of Mobikwik. This is a fraud promotion by both Microsoft and MobiKwik to sell their stupid phones. I request the authorities to take action and settle the amounts for the same from the the fraud companies.

                            Dear sir I am genuine customer of Microsoft and and brand loyal. But recently My Nokia Lumia 520 unexpectadly shut down. now the only reaction i reiceve from it is a black screen which says Error: Unable to find bootable option. Press any key to shut down. Then I come to nokia support discussion regarding my problem and they have said u can solve this prob by Windows recovery tool n update ur operating systems so I go to Microsoft care but they said its hardware prob and u hv to change entire circuit of mobile which coast around 2500. My mobile is switching on and showing error so its not hardware problem. It will show nokia logo also. If there is any hardware problem how can my mobile got switched on n showing logo of Nokia and error. Its clearly shows that its software problem. But Microsoft care is only want more money that's why he is saying u hv to change entire machinery of mobile. If ther is any hardware problem you have to change particular parts not whole circuit. I spend 9000 Rs on Microsoft and now I am getting this type of service? Please solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will never suggest Microsoft to anyone or never buy any Microsoft products n if someone ask for Microsoft I will give a poor review. And i[censored] will not help me I will go consumer court for this topic cause changing entire machinery is not helpful cause it costs alot. Thnks. Nitin mishra

                              Respected sir/madam I bought a new Microsoft lumia 535 from the store on 11th November 2015 for about 10-12 days my product function well but after that it started to show false charging and battery drained quickly, I went to the service centre with my problem they kept my phone for 3 hours and then returned me back but the problem was not solved and again I had to go to the centre. They then took my phone and told us that they will return it within the same day but they kept it for 46 days. On 7th January when my patience was beyond control I went and asked to give back my product they gave me back after few hours, but still after so many days the problem was not solved, I had to again go on the very next day to get my phone function normally.. they once again kept my phone and not yet returned.. and there is no proper response from the company. Sir/madam I am finally frustrated with the product and want compensation for it as the company is not taking any initiative for solving my problem.

                                I have purchase one microsoft Lumia 640 XL mobile dated on 12-12-15 in Jaipur. In month of Jan 16 i found that it is not getting charge by charger . I shown that mobile to Microsoft care . They are telling that you have damage the point of charging and it will not come under the warranty. it will cost 2000 Rs for repair How it is possible if i am using same microsoft charger . And also when i went to customer care at new sanagner road Sodala Jaipur the customer care officer (name Rohit) his behavior was very bad . talking very nonsense to the customer. Please help me out regarding that. I am help less

                                  From the date 19th Mr Jeevidhan saying everyday he will arrange the Replacement device but till not got replacement and not responding properly from the Microsoft mobiles. submitted date was 29 Dec 2015 now its 04 Feb 2016 they said within 15 working days they will return the device with complete solution. none of the person is taking responsibility for my complaint. My work affecting because of this device issue. So someone higher authorized person contact me and solve the issue.
                                  Microsoft service is the Worst service i seen ever...
                                  Never ever buy any product which is linked with MICROSOFT.

I am attaching my jobsheet with this, for a proof to you that how many time I have received the problem and how many time I have submitted my phone for 15 days as well as 1 month. My phone is under warrenty and I have just completed 4 month and I am facing so much problem. What should i do so that my problem will be solved?
