I bought a microsoft 540 handset on 10-Nov-2015 from the authorized dealer of Microsoft at Kasaragod, Kerala. At the time they offer a pay back of Rs. 3600. For getting that offer they asked me to install the application 'Mobikwik' and transfer an amount of Rs.300. I did it, but yet I did not get any cash back. I made a complaint against this. But they are not taking any steps to solve my issue. Then I registered a complaint on Mobikwik site, but status of that complaint is still pending.

Now Mobikwik replied me that I am not eligible for getting that offer. They gave me a list of possibilities when a customer become ineligible for the cash back. But I am not coming under any of those categories. I informed them about this. But they didn't give any reply.

        Dear Sir, I am quite fed-up with the services of Microsoft Company since the purchase of Nokia Lumia 540/IMEI No. [protected] as there was technical defect in the mobile from the day one and it remained in service center for about one month and thereafter again due to technical fault in phone I gave my phone at Chandigarh Care Center on 18.11.2015 and after passing of one month, no response from Nokia Care Center till date. It is very sorry state of affair on the part of company as I purchased the phone in view of good reputation of the company but unfortunately the services are very poor. Regards

        They are charging for the windows upgrade and they first say yes it can be dine and then they are not sure whether that cab be dine or not.
        No control on what they say. They bring disgrace to the customer service. Which notification asks them to charge money from the customer if the set is in warranty.?

          I submitted my Lumia 930 phone on Microsoft Device Care, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The job card no.[protected]/151128/002 At the time of submission they assured it will be repaired in 10-15 days, but even after 20 days it is still in some head office with status part not available. Since the company is not able to repair the device they should offer me a new device. I contacted the service center and the Microsoft customer care and registered complaint [protected] on 18-dec-15 but still they don't have any answer. This is a failure of the company that they are not able to repair the phone in the given time but they are not able to accept it. I want my fully functional device back or a new device.

            I want to register complaint against MICROSOFT. I had submitted my mobile NOKIA X2-DS in Microsoft service centre on 28-Sep-2015 but till now i didn't got my mobile. I also registered a complaint in MICROSOFT but they are not responding in proper way . Instead of Nokia X2-DS they are providing me Microsoft Lumia 630 but because of its low specification i don't want to have it . I called Microsoft customer care so many times...even i have mail to them regarding this but i think they are ignoring my issue . My job sheet no[protected]/150928/010 and IMEI is [protected] . it is almost 2 and half month passed so i want a quick solution. it is my worst customer service experience now i am so embarrassed because of Microsoft customer service .

                Good evening, I had sold a mobile to the Nokia priority centre in Pune Camp mg road with the name "Sara mobile shopee" . i wanted to purchase their new phone however it was not available and they told me to give a booking amount of Rs.1000. Nowhere was it mentioned that this amount isn't refundable not even on the receipt . however after their new phone is launched i was not at all impressed with the quality of the mobile handset, they said we will "think of the refund amount" after following up for two days they tell me they can't refund the same and they can only exchange or buy any accessories which i was willing to do . A few minutes later they tell me that we can't give you any accessories and you have to buy another handset only . this is highly outrageous as they are forcing me to buy their handset when i am not impressed with the same . i hope you can take some corrective action against this company .

                  I purchased my mobile microsoft lumia 540 on 27 october 2015, i was facing heating problem so submitted mobile on 5 november 2015 sincethen i did not get the phone it is already 35 days up..today my mobile came now also i am facing same problem they agreed it was their fault telling me to wait for nother 10 days and telling that they will not give new phone ...i lost trust in them since i have already given 35 days time they are not able to provide service properly...they wasted my time, my money, i visted care for 10 days all my travell alloweences are wasted ... i want refund of my money

                    I bought a Nokia X2 dual sim on 26-May-2015. In Oct-15 I was start getting issues like charging, screen flicking etc.. On 27-Oct-2015, submitted the handset to the Microsoft service center, NRI Communication, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 24 and get an delivery date of 16-Nov-15. On 16th Nov I got an call from service center that please collect Nokia Lumia 630 as Nokia X2 is non repairable without getting consent from me. As Lumia 630 was a lower handset according to X2 hence i declined to accept. After many follow ups with Service center and call center finally they offer me the Lumia 535 which I accepted. From Last 10 days every time I am calling them they told me that it is in process and will update you once get the update. neither service center nor call center have the answer. I am so harassed and tired to make more follow ups and need your intervention to close this chapter.                         I will definitely complaint this to Consumer forums and sue a case in court if possible on Microsoft... it is nonsense as I Upgraded to Windows 10 and I lost all my data including windows 10 operating system is not working it is blank screen and can't go back to windows 8.1... After so much long waited near by 20 hours my windows 8.1 upgraded to windows 10 and incidentally it is not working and showing blank screen... when I search in google about this so many customers also facing the same issue and most of them are not able to resolve it. My copy of the windows is genuine and I even lost my windows 8.1 also. And in Microsoft website they simply told this should be fix by windows updated... this is really bull how can any body will update with blank screen (http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/vistadefault.aspx?ln=en-US) this is really badddddddddddd from Microsoft...

I have purchased headphones (Product code: WH-308) from Mania, an authorized Nokia Care Center on 20/007/2015 vide bill no. 7659. (copy of the invoice, I have submitted to Electro Micro Technology Pvt. Ltd., an authorized service center at Vadodara, Gujarat while submitted the product for replacement. 2. The warranty period for the product is 12 months as mentioned on product package. Moreover I have submitted the product for replacement well within the warranty period. 3. Proper sound is not coming out of the left side of the headphones. 4. I have submitted the product for replacement at local Microsoft customer care, Electro Micro Technology Pvt. Ltd., an authorized service center at Vadodara, Gujarat on 16/10/2015 vide job sheet no.[protected]/151016/023. They promised that I would receive the product within 10-15 days. After the given time, I approached the center to receive the product but they informed me that the product hasn’t arrived yet. Then after I repeatedly approached the center by visiting personally and by contacting over telephone but the answer is the same, NO. They told me raised a complaint with Microsoft support team. I contacted Microsoft support team on twitter @MicrosoftIndia 18/11/2015 where they told me to submit details and I submitted. They promised me to escalate my issue. However I didn’t get any solution even after a week so I raised complaint on Microsoft Support Team at (https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/en-in/contact/menu) on 24/11/2015. The complaint numbers are [protected] & [protected]. On 25/11/2015, I got calls from Microsoft Support Team (phone number is [protected]) promising me that I will get solution very soon. Solution yet to receive. I visited local center at Vadodara to know whether the product has arrived or not on 30/11/2015 but the answer was in negative. However they showed me their internal conversation mails which mentioned that Microsoft head office has received my product for replacement on 25/10/2015 itself. Additionally in mails it is also mentioned that Microsoft head office has no stock of new product (i.e. of WH-38) for replacement. However I noticed that stock of the product (WH-308) is available with local center. I asked to issue the same product out of their stock which they refused to do so. I again contacted Microsoft Support Team via chat on above mentioned link on 30/11/2015 to know the status of my two online complaints. With my surprise, I was told that both complaints were closed with providing solution. How can they close complaints without solution? However a new complaint is raised with complaint no. [protected]. 5. I request you to release the product as soon as possible; else I will have no other option but to file a complaint with the consumer forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. 6. It is also to be noticed that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.                             I buy lumia 540 on 22nd august2015 on pay tm at cost of Rs9, 300. On 2nd nov.2015 i used it to play songs on musc system via an audio jack and suddenly it get switched off.Then on 6th nov i went to the care center and they told me that there is short-circuit arise from liqiud, so it is out warranty and for repair you have to pay Rs 4000+taxes. I deny for repair, may be on 15th nov i call to cuustomer care tell them the whole prblem. after that my issue is hadle by the head of backend team mr.tarun/tanuj who on 26nov tell me that you have to go again to th care ccenter and they will accept the device within warranty. But this no an end of my problem when i went to care on the next day they have no notice about my issue it means mr. didnt tell them about my concern so again I have to tell them the whole conversation between me and mr.tarun/tanuj. And after having a disscussion of 40to 50 minutes between Mr. tarun/tanuj and a senoir memeber of care center they deny me for accepting the device inside the warranty. I want to know where is my fault .It is what to trust on microsoft as I do on nokia Or buying on online. Right time I don't have any images but soon I'll get that.

                              I own a lumia 610. On/OFF button was giving problem. after submitting to Nokia authorised service centre they returned it "dead". and shook their hands off saying they cant do anything about it. Is this the kind of service that is expected of such big names? My demand from the company is to return my phone "as is condition". service centres are expected to solve problems not aggravate them. I am now robbed off all the data and any chances of giving the phone under exchange.

                                My gadget is nt working properly.it is hang fr several tym.n didn't functioning well.it always get reboot n all my phone stuff are deleted.it gets directly switched off even battery is full it shows battery low.plz i request u to replace my gadget .i hope u will solve my problem

                                  Hi,

                                  i had submitted my Microsoft Lumia Mobile phone on 10th October to your service centre Name as the Cell point ( sahara mall gurgaon). My phone model is LUMIA 535, I am chasing them for the past one one Month and no body is bothered to even told me that where my mobile phone is. I called them on daily basis and there is no response from the service centre.

                                    I purchased Nokia x2 dual sim before 5 months and i m facing some uncommon hanging issues from 2 months.when I visit the service center they replied me you will pay 100rs for software update, even my phone in warranty . And their customer care executive saying that Microsoft doesn't give the warranty of software even it's not written in their info. book like this. This is totally wrong and against the warranty rule, so please tell me what can i do in this matter. This not matter for 100Rs. It's for the reality of branded company.

                                      I have purchase on 6 oct 2015 and i had found some issue i.e. call drop, sometime calling is not possible, and touch issue on 11 oct 2015 then i complaint in progressive service centre at jayendra ganj..but they had denying to give job sheet no.. so i had not submit my mobile on them...then i had contact to customer care microsoft all such a problm..then they told they will discuss to service center for providing job sheet no..then on 25 oct they called me and told to me for submiit the mobile on it...then on monday 26/27 oct service center had provided the job sheet no...but from that dat till now i have not recive any information about my handset...just they told always top wait their response...i have spent rs. 6500 on my set ...but company is not providing proper service...sir i have near 6-7 complaint no. regarding my handset issue...sir pls now help me, what i will do...i had never face such a bad response from any company...my contact no [protected] nad my job sheet no. is[protected]/151026/002

                                      Still i have not recieved my mobile...Now i have no more patience ..Now i m complaining and doing fir against company...I never expect for such a poor service from microsoft...

                                        Dear sir i purchase a mobile set microsoft lumia 640, online by flipkart on date 19/07/2015, inoice nodel[protected], imei/serial no [protected], but on dated 10/09/2015, set stop and not start, so call microsoft costomer care no [protected], and as per advice of microsoft costomer care, i deposit my set care solutoins jaipur job sheet no 442/433527/1755, mobile no[protected], dated 12/09/2015, after 3 day on date, he send set on microsoft service centre/factory, after waiting, i call microsoft at [protected], he say, set is not repairable so new set is sent on date 13 /10/2015 at care centre jaipur, but sir upto till date /3/11/2015, i not receive mobile, and after calling again and again there is no satisfactory solution provided by microsoft
                                        Microsoft customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
