Hi,

i had submitted my Microsoft Lumia Mobile phone on 10th October to your service centre Name as the Cell point ( sahara mall gurgaon). My phone model is LUMIA 535, I am chasing them for the past one one Month and no body is bothered to even told me that where my mobile phone is. I called them on daily basis and there is no response from the service centre.

attached is the image of the service job sheet . Kindly check with them and do let us know by when it will be delivered.

    I purchased Nokia x2 dual sim before 5 months and i m facing some uncommon hanging issues from 2 months.when I visit the service center they replied me you will pay 100rs for software update, even my phone in warranty . And their customer care executive saying that Microsoft doesn't give the warranty of software even it's not written in their info. book like this. This is totally wrong and against the warranty rule, so please tell me what can i do in this matter. This not matter for 100Rs. It's for the reality of branded company.

    Yesterdtay i complained about Microsoft but I didn't get any response from them till now.
    I want to clear that again, company is saying that he doesn't give the warranty of it's own software but it's not written anywhere their info book. so it is like fraud with the customer's.
    I rqst you plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

      I have purchase on 6 oct 2015 and i had found some issue i.e. call drop, sometime calling is not possible, and touch issue on 11 oct 2015 then i complaint in progressive service centre at jayendra ganj..but they had denying to give job sheet no.. so i had not submit my mobile on them...then i had contact to customer care microsoft all such a problm..then they told they will discuss to service center for providing job sheet no..then on 25 oct they called me and told to me for submiit the mobile on it...then on monday 26/27 oct service center had provided the job sheet no...but from that dat till now i have not recive any information about my handset...just they told always top wait their response...i have spent rs. 6500 on my set ...but company is not providing proper service...sir i have near 6-7 complaint no. regarding my handset issue...sir pls now help me, what i will do...i had never face such a bad response from any company...my contact no [protected] nad my job sheet no. is[protected]/151026/002

        Dear sir i purchase a mobile set microsoft lumia 640, online by flipkart on date 19/07/2015, inoice nodel[protected], imei/serial no [protected], but on dated 10/09/2015, set stop and not start, so call microsoft costomer care no [protected], and as per advice of microsoft costomer care, i deposit my set care solutoins jaipur job sheet no 442/433527/1755, mobile no[protected], dated 12/09/2015, after 3 day on date, he send set on microsoft service centre/factory, after waiting, i call microsoft at [protected], he say, set is not repairable so new set is sent on date 13 /10/2015 at care centre jaipur, but sir upto till date /3/11/2015, i not receive mobile, and after calling again and again there is no satisfactory solution provided by microsoft

          Dear Friend,
          Good Afternoon. My issue number is [protected] raised on 20/10/2015.
          Till now not yet received any acceptable solution from Microsoft side.
          It is really not treatable experience with Microsoft / nokia. I had so much depression.

          I was very happy when I brought new windows phone (Lumia 540) from Microsoft / nokia brand.

          For environment concern and professional use, I choose Nokia / Microsoft phone, But that happiness not at all stands more than one day.

          I purchased Microsoft Lumia 540 on 14/10/2015. Next day I just enabled 3G data and used, after completion of 15 to 20 min's phone was getting heat in top side. Immediate next day visited to Microsoft / Nokia care [Rocky Agency - Chennai, Tamilnadu]. I submitted my mobile to service department, after 40 min's I got my mobile from engineer. He said that, this is normal issue. I told, I am not able to tolerate the heat when I am speaking. He is not yet accepting and not concerns my queries then I came out from nokia / Microsoft care. If it is acceptable heat, why should I take my mobile to Microsoft / nokia care on second day itself?

          After two days again I faced same issue and I contact Microsoft customer care through mobile phone. As per the customer care instruction, I went to same service centre [Rocky Agency - Chennai, Tamilnadu] and I submitted my mobile and I received JOB sheet. The Job sheet number is[protected]/151022/007. After received I had so many conversation to Microsoft / nokia customer care peoples. From Microsoft customer care also not yet provided proper solution. From 22/10/2015 onwards daily I am calling to microsoft customer care till now I didn’t receive any call or solution from microsoft care side except on 23/10/ 2015. Here with i have enclosed conversation details for your reference.

          I spent ten thousand rupees to purchase the Microsoft mobile Lumia 540. This is one third of my salary. For spending this amount I have to work 10 days. Why should I spend my money for repaired mobile? I need replacement or de-os certificate. I am not at all used more than one day, so I need right justice. If provided de-os certificate, the dealer told me they will provide a new Microsoft Lumia 540 mobile. Because of Microsoft activities I had very much depression. I am not able to concentrate my work and my daily activities.

          In a position, unable to provide a replacement or satisfied solution from Microsoft side, I will return my mobile to Microsoft at free of cost. I spent 11 days for getting solution, till now not yet received any proper solution. Kindly provide a solution by today itself.

            Dear sir, This is to inform you that I Mr.Dattaprasad Khanolkar have purchased a microsoft 535 dual sim mobile phone on 14th october 2015 in sawantwadi which within 2 days of purchase started to heat a lot within 5 mins of its use.I took this phone in exchange offer by exchanging my old lumia 630.Then i showed it to the shopkeeper where he told that it a software problem and has to be shown to the nokia care in mapusa to L-2 level for software.After 4 days on 31st oct I received my phone from nokia care. Even after showing it to Nokia care again the same problem is arising.Again its starts heating a lot within few minutes of its use.There is a 1 year warranty for the hand set.But within such a short period how can the hand set be so problematic.I just want the Microsft to exchange my phone and look into this matter seriously. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

              I had purchased LUMINA 535 on 31.12.14 thro' PAYTM its invoice No 22489/[protected]. Since from the first week it was giving a frequent rebooting problem on use (approx. 50 times a day), phone does not switch on and hanging too. In the past almost 6-7 times I had taken to their Authorised service station for the same problem in Chennai at Kumanan Chavadi & Ambattur (Job Sheet No 133 dt 14.09.15). They had said there was a switch problem, chip problem & mother board (for this they had taken Rs 2400/- from me) problem. Since this was continuing, I had called customer care after giving the set for checking at Kolkatta (where I am at present)– Salt Lake Sector V service station ((Job Sheet No[protected]/150922/019 dt 22.09.15 & Customer care complaint No [protected] dt 03.10.15). I was promised that the problem will not repeat and everything is set right by both service station & customer care. Again the problem started within a week & hence contacted customer care again by 08.10.15 and they had advised me to submit the set to their service centre & provide them the Job card ref number for taking up the issue with their higher committee for replacement which I demanded. Accordingly it was submitted on 09.10.15 (Customer care complaint No [protected] dt 09.10.15, Job Sheet No.[protected]/ 151009/004 dt 09.10.15) & details were provided to them on that day itself. Even after two weeks they didn't provide the status & decision. On contacting I was cornered for taking back the set from service station which they are saying repaired again. I had asked them what went wrong with the set & what is done for that. They are not replying and repeatedly cornering me for taking the set back. I had asked for transferring my call or asking their higher officials for a call back for which they are denying and not providing their contact numbers also. Since I had already spent Rs 5000/- towards this set repairing & on cost of transport for submitting the set at their service station & collecting back (Set cost at time of purchase was Rs 8599/-), apart from it had consumed my precious time, I demanded for replacement.                 I submitted my under warranty mobile - nokia lumia 1020 on 16th Sep 2015, and and it was due to be delivered on 07/10/2015, its been about 50 days and there is no proper response I am getting from them, they are talking nonsense and doing false commitment. Please look into the matter and take action asap.

                I purchased this mobile for more than 20, 000, and this company is not serious about the customer complaint.

                  I called Nokia care in my district to ask the address so that I reach there but she told me the wrong address, however after reaching there I enquired that who received the call and why did she told me wrong address then she started talking rudely and also little abused me.

                    I am a Windows Phone Developer from Ahmedabad My Lumia 630 Single Sim damaged on 20 sept, 2015 i had given my phone to the microsoft service center in bapunagar Ahmedabad. they kept my phone for one week in under their service and after that they return me phone and said you have to give phone to the another service center nr. ellisebridge in ahmedabad. thats why after i had given phone to the Mircosoft Service Center Ellisibridge Ahmedabad. their Care Center Code is 649_504867. and said me that they have to send my phone to the company and given me jobsheet. and jobsheet no. is[protected]/150928/009. and given me delivery date 16-Oct-2015. but till now they are not answering me properly. and due to my phone i am facing so many problems and also i lost almost 10, 000 rupees due to i am windows phone developer but they are not helping me. and also not communicating with me properly.

Contact the Microsoft company.They number given me & I register the complaint no.[protected] 16/10/15.They reply me next day without solution & said me your case is given to technical team. I was waiting but no call received . I again called & checked that today evening our side call will arranging. No call came to me .24/10/15 I call again & found that person is on leave who is handling the case.26/10/15 I. I again call .they told me we will arrange the call. Evening I got the call without any solution & waiting for the technical team. You have to wait . how long I can wait now?

                              Hi, This is to inform you that I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual Sim mobile phone in last week of May’15 from a Nokia store located in, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Opp. Hira Sweet New Delhi. But unfortunately after 2 Months in Aug, the mobile phone display went off and the device could not be switched on. I went to the Nokia Service Center located at Shakarpur, New Delhi and asked them to get the phone repaired after explaining them the problem, they told to submit my mobile on 12th Sept with the Service Job Sheet, 2135. The maximum date for time out according to sheet was 12th Oct. I called them several times, on the given number on sheet, without getting any response. Then I contacted the head of service center and was informed that it will take 10 more days. Almost 1 month over. On 14th Oct, I had called again on the number [protected] provided my service job sheet & got the call back saying for 5 days more. Today after calling 6 times I had conversation with Mr. Amit, service centre no. [protected] & mobile number [protected] given on job sheet is not available. Now [protected] is also not responding and switched off. Mr. Amit told me yesterday, we can't help & would take time. Yesterday, I had send a mail to the CEO of Microsoft. I want to ask, almost 2 month is over. I am dismayed that there has been no response from the office. Is this the way a professional organization functions. It is highly regretable that a multinational company is not at all concerned about its reputation and good will in the market. The kind of customer satisfaction and after sales service expected is seriously lacking. You cannot imagine the kind of inconvenience and loss of time as well as money I have undergone just due to negligence and incompetency of your service center at Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Delhi. I fail to understand the quality and service of your employees at that center. In-spite of my repeated requests they have failed to respond to my grievance. I am so fed up with the whole episode that I want my money back or else a replacement for my mobile asap.                                 I exchanged my mouse 2 times...Now again & again different Problems are coming. 1st Problem - Scrolling problem 2nd Problem - Auto double click 3rd Problem - Auto double click...But now ...I cant exchange ..as it's out of Warranty... Now ...Buying other brands Mouse.

                                  Respected sir, i have been to microsoft centre for sevice of my mobile Lumia 720 IMEI: [protected] Windows Phone 8 (8.10.14219) the issue was regarding my phone got sitched off suddenly and result it got completely dead . i decide to go to service center and when i show them my cell for repair in indore service center (m.p.) they said ithe problem in my cell is charging socket, we have to replace it but i already replaced it earlier from them for 2 times again i m having a same issue then they said that my touch pad is also not working asking me rs 7000 for repair and rs 1000 for charging usb socket . the problem is my phone was in a perfect condition before blackout means before getting dead it was completely working . they use fake parts in my phone earlier and i m completelty not satisfied with thier service and claim that my phone touchpad is not working bcoz of some technical issue as before it was working fine . kindly contact me on my phone for support [protected]

                                    Hi sir, This is Govardhan, From Andhra Pradesh (Gutnur D.T.), i was bought a microsoft lumia 640Xl mobile 3 months back in BIG-C mobile centre at Guntur.Recently i got a with my mobile "screen shades and speaker noise". i went to service centre at Arundelpet 5/2, Nokia care centre, Guntur and submit my moile on 26/8/2015 at 5.00pm.They told it will take 20 days time.I said ok and submit.but still Today date i didn't get any response from them, yesterday i call and ask them how many day's it will take, they told me again one weak time to repair.you people tell me is this is the right way to treat the warranty product.Nokia also done the same thing.it bought the company. i think Microsoft has no market present days, so they treat the service like nokia this also sell the company diffnately.Becareful details sri surya mobiles 5/2 Arundelpeta, Guntur -522004 Andhra Pradesh.                                       I had purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 from E-Zone, Viviana Mall, Thane in October 2014. From the past 3 months I have been facing problem regarding mobile touch screen. While pressing touch screen automatically another application starts. Also not able to type due to touchscreen issue and problem face during unlocking the phone. The phone was given to Microsoft Lumia service center in September still facing same issue.                                         1st Oct, 2015 Re: Microsoft Lumia 535 phone under warranty NEEDS REPLACEMENT OF LUMIA 540 OR ABOVE OR MONEY BACK. Lumia 535 mobile does not charge, gets switched off, gets hanged repeatedly, camera lens clarity doesn't exist, many times internet doesnt work on wifi / mobile network. The mobile's phone socket is exceptionally weak. One has to hold on for hours in a steady position so the charging happens so as to use it for few hours but suddenly the phone charging goes back to dead position. It is extremely frustrating and irritating and it merely can't even suffice to using it in a basic mode. Inspite of our effort to take it to the care centre in malad and borivali (Mumbai), we are very casually told that the part is not available and won't be available back till 10 more days. They didn't even hand over a spare phone as this phone doesn't work at all. When i could not use the phone as it has several problems and is a defective piece, i demanded of a replacement for which the manager lady at borivali "care" centre bluntly responded that there is no replacement policy and we can't help it if you got a defective piece. Now that's the most lame answer you can ever get for a phone under warranty. Care centres are a pathetic experience to be at. Malad centre was shutting down in a week's time so they have already returned back all existing parts they have to the H.O. WHEN ASKED FOR A SERVICE REQUEST NO. I WAS PLAINLY REJECTED BY SAYING THAT IT IS ONLY SUBMITTED FOR OPEN CASES AND NOT OTHERWISE. I am extremely terrified and feel pathetic to have bought this phone at first place. I demand my money back of my invoice value or return me a new phone on urgent basis of model no. 540 and above. Lumia 535 must be recalled by Microsoft.
