I would like to bring to your kind notice that yesterday that is on 20/03/2022, I have purchased the MS Office for home purpose amounting to 9199(lifetime package) and the transaction was successful on the first attempt. Unfortunately after an hour the same amount abovementioned was deducted again from my bank once again. I have tried reaching out to the customer care team but it was of no help. Thus I am addressing my grievance for the same in the expectation of refund of the extra charged amount.
I have attached a copy of my bank statement, highlighting the double deduction of funds for your kind perusal.
Please look into the gravity of the matter and refund the twice charged amount.

Hi! I have been dealing with this issue since the game (Forza horizon 5) released in november.
The game randomly crashes when using my wheel. Gave 100€ for the game and i still can´t play it fully with my wheel without crashing. Furthermore, sometimes it also crashes on my controller, when painting a rim of a car, etc. It´s unacceptable, 100€ and it´s been 4 months, still can´t play it without my mind reminding me it will crash. So, i think is more than reasonable a refund, since i can´t play it.

At 20:00 pm on 8th March, I Preeti Rashmi opened my Teams app, but it wasn't loading. Tried six times, but it didn't load at all. Even my Mobile app of Teams isn't working.

I have seen so many people using Microsoft bin to purchase games using fake CREDit card but they got like 60 dollar games free for Lifetime, what does that mean that we purchases games are waste your Microsoft xbox is broken and still not fixed

I have dell inspiron 15R 5520 laptop, and I have licence of windows 7, now as per your website I am eligible for an upgrade to windows 8.1 . since this laptop cannot be upgraded to windows 10 due to non availability of drivers, may I request you to please share the way forward to upgrade to windows 8.1.

Bought Microsoft Office Home and Office 2021 online using credit card.
Date of purchase: 02 Feb 2022.
Amount Rs. 9199=00 got deducted twice.
Request for returning the second amount.

I am complaining this of a Microsoft customer care
as I contact a microsoft chat support but they waited me for more then 20 minutes but due to net connection my I just got late for 3 minutes they disconnect and close the support and meanly they pushed my request in 169th number its like insulting me

I purchased above product from Flipkart. When I tried using the product with by Macbook, it did not work. I got the message 'This product is not licensed to this e Mail ID'. The e mail ID was the one with which I had registered the product.
I tried contacting Flipkart but they refuse to entertain my complaint. I am looking for a working product or a refund of my money.

I have purchased a windows 10 Pro bearing product name: win-pro-10 32-bit/64-bit eng intl usb RS . PICTURE ATTACHED. Pen drive not working, hence I am unable to load windows in PC. Pl get fresh pendrive for installing windows in PC.

When i start my laptop, its taking so much to start..i have updated many times. the window is genuine and laptop is quite new..i always update when updates are available.

I have reset my lenovo laptop, post that its asking for product key to access any microsoft office app - excel, word, ppt etc. i have contacted lenovo customer care, they have recommended to contact microsoft to help with the product key for the device issued. Tried contacting microsoft customer care multiple times on the number available over the web. but its calling it invalid.

I got my TATA Safari Dicor serviced at TATA MOTORS location (Sangrama, District Baramulla, State Jammu and Kashmir). I paid an amount of 23000/plus.Honestly nothing is working expected.
1. Alignment is zero
2.Mirror glasses not coming up or down/unexpected mirror button response. I start car mirrors come open/down.
3. Leakage from the base.
4.Door locks not working.

Moreover, I visited the service centre three time after servicing and get things fixed, But disappointed. I am wasting fuel of 1600/Rs each trip/visit.I humbly request to esteemed body, Kindly have a look at my concern and raise the same for my betterment.I am so delightful for TATA so far except this service.I shall be a close partner of you guys in future as-well.

I Have purchased new laptop of HP.I a, m trying to contact customer care of microsft for activation of my office. Nobody is responding and waiting call for 2 hours. Need immediate resolution

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I was using the microsoft edge browser and th chatbot pop up in the screen from the right bottom side. And the microsoft chatbot asked me i am married. I mean what kind of chatbot ask someone if they are married ? and told me maybe he is a human interacting as a chatbot. He was bluffing and when i told him i will file a compliant against him... he told me to do so. I did not ask for the executive representative to chat with me.
Isn't this an invasion of my privacy? Isn't it wrong for a real person to imposter as an AI chatbot and ask me if i am married? I feel violated.
Kindly please consider my complaint.
