Hi

I had a Microsoft Surface 2 that was overheating and had issues. As a part of the troubleshooting, the executive over the phone wiped off all system applications. The issue did not resolve.
As a result, I had to go and buy a new laptop due to the extended amount of time taken by Microsoft to fix the issue.
As I have a new laptop now, I have been requesting Microsoft to install the MS Office Professional version...

The wifi toggle on taskbar is nowhere to be seen. Also any file saved on desktop is not visible. Only after refreshing desktop the file appears. The problem arose after an automatic update on Windows 11....

Hi! I have been dealing with this issue since the game (Forza horizon 5) released in november.
The game randomly crashes when using my wheel. Gave 100€ for the game and i still can´t play it fully with my wheel without crashing. I am complaining this of a Microsoft customer care
as I contact a microsoft chat support but they waited me for more then 20 minutes but due to net connection my I just got late for 3 minutes they disconnect and close the support and meanly they pushed my request in 169th number its like insulting me...

I purchased above product from Flipkart. When I tried using the product with by Macbook, it did not work. I got the message 'This product is not licensed to this e Mail ID'. The e mail ID was the one with which I had registered the product.
