I am Mar Lar Maung Maung. I received sms message showed an emaill address and I won MICROSOFT prize£80000. So asked to that email. They reply me a letter by Dr Alex. in the letter they said if I can not come to UK and collect the fund, they suggest me to hire a Chamber Mr.Hon .BARR. They asked me details, acc number and so on. Now he said nearly finish all procedure., so I need to pay service, released order totally $650 before release my fund. I am nearly ready to pay. Is it true.What should I d0? I am hesitating . please reply as soon as. If important you can also reply to [protected]@gmail.com. Some time Email of Micro can not see answer.

My Hotmail account is blocked. I want to get it active again but cant seem to get any help from microsoft. It does not matter what I do my account stays blocked.
I am travelling from Holland to Germany alot and maybe thats the problem.
I already filled up the form like a 100 times to get it unblocked again and they need 24 hours for it and then they reject it.
I called this customer number that they have but a computer is helping you that does not help at all and at the end just hangs up on you.
Please please please how can I get it active again?

It is to bring into your notice that, I had updated my window earlier in May which causes problem and due to which I was unable to access my live classes and after contacting support team it was uninstalled.
Now again on 22nd June when I install update I was facing the same issue and after contacting Microsoft support team multiple times, different agents run different troubleshoot and on 27th June one of the agent directed to reset the PC, I have done whatever was directed by him and He didn’t inform nor he warn me that after resetting all the office applications will be override. Yesterday when I came to know about it I had contacted to the support team regarding the issues I am facing:
1. About unable to open Camera ( the person whom I got contacted window +X Device manager Camera right click uninstall device and directed to reset the PC)
2. The second person to whom I got contacted listen to the problems regarding office application lost and directed me to purchase a product key) when I asked him why should I have to bear the cost for none of my fault he didn’t respond) all the conversation is attached with the mail. I had waited for more than 3 hours.
3. In the evening when I got contacted, The person really helped me and assist me as far as possible as it was taking time and due to exertion I schedule my issue for today 10 AM IST.
I requested you to please look into the matter so that I issue can be resolved as soon as possible. I need my system all the time as I have been working on it from more than 2 years and it causes a huge loss to me of my studies.

I had paid the above amount to attend PL-300
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst English. It was going good. I was at 44 question and suddenly the power cut happen and i lost the router connection. i tried connecting via mobile data but could not connected finally the exam window was closed. after that i tried contacting pearson many times there is no proper response from it. I never thought the Microsoft is such down company to deal with such hopeless companies. Now i am totally confused by exam result as wel as amount which i paid.

Received faulty charging case for the ear buds with no support all

Hi

I had a Microsoft Surface 2 that was overheating and had issues. As a part of the troubleshooting, the executive over the phone wiped off all system applications. The issue did not resolve.
As a result, I had to go and buy a new laptop due to the extended amount of time taken by Microsoft to fix the issue.
As I have a new laptop now, I have been requesting Microsoft to install the MS Office Professional version for that that I had on my Surface 2 which was wiped off by Microsoft.
Microsoft is now forcing me to 'buy' a new MS Office license which i'm not very comfortable with.
As the system and the applications were wiped off my Microsoft, it should be re-installed by Microsoft.
I, therefore, request you kindly close this complaint asap.
I've contacted the technical team on several occasions and the team members keep on disconnecting the calls. No one responds to the email that I have been sending.
This has been impacting my work a lot and I have advised this to Microsoft on several occasions.
This has caused be an inconvenience and mental stress.

The wifi toggle on taskbar is nowhere to be seen. Also any file saved on desktop is not visible. Only after refreshing desktop the file appears. The problem arose after an automatic update on Windows 11.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that yesterday that is on 20/03/2022, I have purchased the MS Office for home purpose amounting to 9199(lifetime package) and the transaction was successful on the first attempt. Hi! I have been dealing with this issue since the game (Forza horizon 5) released in november.
The game randomly crashes when using my wheel. Gave 100€ for the game and i still can´t play it fully with my wheel without crashing. Furthermore, sometimes it also crashes on my controller, when painting a rim of a car, etc. It´s unacceptable, 100€ and it´s been 4 months, still can´t play it without my mind reminding me it will crash. So, i think is more than reasonable a refund, since i can´t play it.
