I purchased acer computer in aug 2015, which came with pre-loaded with windows 8.1. Of late a message 'your license will expire soon' started appearing on the screen after more than three years o[censored]se with no change in the hardware or software environment of computer. Date of expiry in message happens to be today.

I contacted windows support a number of times for activation team in last few days. Mostly with great difficulty they could be contacted. Once contacted and provided with product key, their attempt to activate windows failed. One executive intimated it was a volume license and technical support team would resolve the issue.

It was followed by your customer service executive trying to connect me to the technical support team, but repeated attempts have never succeeded.

The entire exercise over a period of so many days has been frustrating. One never expected such a lackadaisical customer support from a company like microsoft, wherein one has so far kept holding the line and at the end being intimated that office hours had closed and to contact on next day.

I hope their is some method in providing genuine customer support and would look forward to the same being extended to me.

Why should i have to purchase office a third time? Years ago, my dell computer crashed and i had to purchase a new office basic 2003 cd. After a few years, i started having problem with that version of office, and when i called microsoft, and the tech in a different country told me my version of office was out of date and he told me, i would have to purchase new copy of office, i complained, but it didn’t help, so i was forced to spend my own money on a 2nd version of office 2013 home, now microsoft is trying to force me into purchasing a 3rd copy. I felt like microsoft ripped me off the 2nd time, because i had already paid for office once and had the cd to prove it, but under protest, i had to purchased office 2013 the 2nd time. Now microsoft is trying to force me into purchasing their same product the 3rd time to use on my tablet, office 365 came out a couple month after i purchased 2013, if i knew 365 would do more, i would have waited, that is so wrong!!! And now they fix it, so you cannot even complain about it. When i buy a new computer again, i will be purchasing an apple and i will refuse to purchase anything that has microsoft on it, and that is not right, somebody from microsoft should care, but they don’t and that a shame.

I had called up dot cabs on feb 10th evening to book a cab service pickup for feb 11th at 8:30 am. At 8:25 am, i get a call from dot cabs saying they are delayed and can send a cab only after half an hour. Neither did they bother to offer alternate services or options. I was to go to office and basically i was stuck. They gave me a complaint number but did not follow through to a resolution. I always thought dot cabs was professional but this was the most unprofessional service. It is not that i had called to book just an hour earlier, i booked the previous evening and they had confirmed the pick up service then! Please note, if we are delayed by even five minutes and keep the driver waiting when they come to pick us up, they charge us extra. And this is what they do. Please ensure that this complaint is taken seriously and dealt with.

I'm unable to make a purchase in game and on store.
We cannot buy an app in the store, or buy merchandise in game/app.
Please look into it and provide an update for it.
There has been no resolve issue or it has been resolved, no update provided by the company.
Whenever i try to purchase, it says something went on our side, and sends an error code, and that, error code has not been resolved.

Recently i received a message from this sms

I purchased a surface laptop 1st gen on 19th december from croma store phoenix market city, bangalore. From the day 2 it had the over heating issue and which went upto 70c, i did all the option available under the support session to resolve it, but finally microsoft support team asked me to replace the laptop through the retailer, i dropped my laptop at croma and they have communicated with the microsoft for replacement, but to my surprise microsoft denied that and asked me to visit the service centre for a replacement. It is just a 4 days old lap and i need to visit service centre for replacement, even after that i contacted the service centre but they asked me to visit the retailer and contact the microsoft support. I again contacted and they told me the same thing again. Now my laptop is at croma and they are telling me they can't do anything unless microsoft approves the replacement. Microsoft support ks acting weird, they are keep on saying the same thing but no progress so ever, i spent 82, 000 rs for this laptop and now no one is taking care about my issue and it's resolution.

1. Please ref: order number [protected] dated november 30, 2018 for purchase of product r-wb30 the medium to long-range, wide-body jet airliner in extreme landings from microsoft store.

Few days back I got a SMS which was addressed from Microsoft company which contain the information that I was the winner of the lottery draw .So u just responded to it and mailed my address. Today I got a mail back from them in which it states that they are from Microsoft corporation in uk .The email states that I have to pay10500INR. But I think its scam . I don't know what is the truth.

I have purchased ms office professional plus 2016 via hup. I got product key post purchase but when i'm entering product key it's not activating.

When i contacted microsoft support team they are not accepting the issue and not even ready log support ticket. They are asking for partner id/support id. I purchased this product online and in order details there is no such id available.

Support team is saying go to local registered vendor and get the support id.

If i purchase the product online then they should give support without any such details.

I purchased a microsoft surface pro 4. One day the product stopped working. I complained about the product to the company and they replaced the product the reference number is srx[protected]id. The surface pro 4 contained my personal and study data in it and which i was not able to restore as the product was stopped working. I requested several times to microsoft to return my data by extracting it from the old laptop. They told me that they can not return the data but promised me to compensate for the same but after replacement, they refused to give me compensation too. The whole process gave me mental agony. The data included my whole study material which i was made during my degree and which would help me in getting the job, now i am unemployed as the data is with the microsoft and they do not want to return it.

I bought excel 2010 but i wanted to try excel 365 so i bought both i used 365 for a year and you stopped it on me without an notice so i uninstalled only 365 i bought and paid for 2010 and you also took that away without my authorization you know every place i go and everything i do on line and your trying to tell you did not know the difference from office 365 and 2010 unless i am adding it to my computer please put it back with all my info that you took without my authorization thank you rc breaux
