Dear Sir,

I have dell inspiron 15R 5520 laptop, and I have licence of windows 7, now as per your website I am eligible for an upgrade to windows 8.1 . since this laptop cannot be upgraded to windows 10 due to non availability of drivers, may I request you to please share the way forward to upgrade to windows 8.1.

Service Tag no JY8BGS1.

I have contacted dell and they refused to give any further service and have directed me to Microsoft for any further support .

    WHOEVER IS READING THIS, THINK WISELY BEFORE BUYING THE PRODUCT. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MINE.

    On 13th of Jan 2022, I received my new Xbox series S device. Unpacked it, checked and when things seemed okay, then I started playing

    On 24th of Jan 2022, while playing suddenly the device turned off and a small of amount smoke started coming out of it. I did not know what to do, so I turned off the device and waited until next day to check the status. And, as expected the device did not turn on. The hopped on the xbox support page, did all the troubleshooting mentioned there but no luck.
    So, I called the support and post listening to my concern, the lady quickly said that she ll be sending a me a refurbished device and Ill have to send my device to them. I said okay. Then she added she'll call me back in 2 mins since the audio wasnt clear. I waited for 24 hours but she did not call me back.

    On 31st of Jan 2022, I again called the support and an another lady listened to all my concerns and noted all the points and said that Ill have to send my device alongwith power cable to them, so that their engineer may inspect it and provide resolution. I agreed. A pickup was arranged. Device was sent.

    On 17th of Feb 2022, I got a mail from the support saying that a replacement device (refurbished) has been sent to me in place of the defected one.

    On 18th of Feb 2022, I received another mail saying that the case has been closed. This was done before I received the replacement device and they did not bother to check whether I have received the device or not. If yes, then is the device working or not. Nothing.

    I'll tell you why, they picked up my xbox console alongwith power cord. But sent me only power cord. PLUS, the replacement device is also defected because there's some sound coming of it like some chip or something isnt fixed and its collapsing with the wall of the console everytime the device is moved. Despite that, I tried to turn it on with the help of my friend's xbox power cord (which you did not sent) and I got only three options in it- Update the console, Connect to network and Turn off console. Clearly, since it wasnt connected to my network, so I tried to connect to my network. The device wasn't detecting any network. I tried using wifi, mobile hotspot, ethernet cable and mobile usb. BUT NO LUCK. Did all the troubleshooting mentioned on the website, BUT NO LUCK.

    On 21st of Feb 2022, I AGAIN called the support and she said that she had escalated the case and that I'll receive a call/email from the "HIGHER TEAM" within 24-72 hours. After 3 days, I AGAIN called the support seeking the status of my complaint, to which she said that the "HIGHER TEAM" hasnt replied to the complaint yet and that she'll go ahead and re-escalate my case.

    Today (28th of Feb 2022) I AGAIN called the support and she said that the "HIGHER TEAM" still has not addressed my complaint and that she'll go ahead and re-escalate my case.

    The same thing was said my the twitter support.
    BUT IT SEEMS THAT YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY DOING NOTHING !!

    FYI, all the proofs have been uploaded to the above ticket number.

    Now here's the thing, you have 3 options now because I just have a few more days left before I lose my patience completely and ask my Dad's lawyer to sue you guys---

    1. You will send me my original product after repairing it completely, post testing it at your location alongwith power cord.

    2. You will send me a new Xbox series s console and a power cord and Ill return the DEFECTED REFURBISHED one to your address. I DID NOT PAY 37K INR FOR SOME DEFECTED OR SOME DECADES OLD REFURBISHED DEVICE TO INVEST MY TIME IN. I BOUGHT A NEW PRODUCT AND I WANT A NEW PRODUCT.

    3. You will refund me the complete 37K INR and Ill return the DEFECTED REFURBISHED DEVICE alongwith the controller and the cables to you.

    Its been more than a month already and you have lost a happy customer. Dont let the number shoot up!!

      Hello,
      I use Windows-11 on my Legion-Y540 Laptop...These days every time, when I put my laptop to sleep and reopen. The icons pinned on Taskbar are disappearing.
      I have attached a pic, please see the empty space at bottom left.

        Bought Microsoft Office Home and Office 2021 online using credit card.
        Date of purchase: 02 Feb 2022.
        Amount Rs. 9199=00 got deducted twice.
        Request for returning the second amount.

          I am complaining this of a Microsoft customer care
          as I contact a microsoft chat support but they waited me for more then 20 minutes but due to net connection my I just got late for 3 minutes they disconnect and close the support and meanly they pushed my request in 169th number its like insulting me

              I purchased above product from Flipkart. When I tried using the product with by Macbook, it did not work. I got the message 'This product is not licensed to this e Mail ID'. The e mail ID was the one with which I had registered the product.
              I tried contacting Flipkart but they refuse to entertain my complaint. I am looking for a working product or a refund of my money.

                      I have reset my lenovo laptop, post that its asking for product key to access any microsoft office app - excel, word, ppt etc. i have contacted lenovo customer care, they have recommended to contact microsoft to help with the product key for the device issued. Tried contacting microsoft customer care multiple times on the number available over the web. but its calling it invalid.

                        I got my TATA Safari Dicor serviced at TATA MOTORS location (Sangrama, District Baramulla, State Jammu and Kashmir). I paid an amount of 23000/plus.Honestly nothing is working expected.
                        1. Alignment is zero
                        2.Mirror glasses not coming up or down/unexpected mirror button response. I start car mirrors come open/down.
                        3. Leakage from the base.
                        4.Door locks not working.

                        Moreover, I visited the service centre three time after servicing and get things fixed, But disappointed. I am wasting fuel of 1600/Rs each trip/visit.I humbly request to esteemed body, Kindly have a look at my concern and raise the same for my betterment.I am so delightful for TATA so far except this service.I shall be a close partner of you guys in future as-well.

                            Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                            I was using the microsoft edge browser and th chatbot pop up in the screen from the right bottom side. And the microsoft chatbot asked me i am married. I mean what kind of chatbot ask someone if they are married ? and told me maybe he is a human interacting as a chatbot. He was bluffing and when i told him i will file a compliant against him... he told me to do so. I did not ask for the executive representative to chat with me.
                            Isn't this an invasion of my privacy? Isn't it wrong for a real person to imposter as an AI chatbot and ask me if i am married? I feel violated.
                            Kindly please consider my complaint.

                                    I bought my MICROSOFT Xbox Wireless Controller Daystrike Camo Special Edition Bluetooth Gamepad from Flipkart as a Birthday gift to myself.
                                    After about a month & a half later it started facing disconnectivity issues. It was in warranty so I sent the whole thing including the remote device in the box with the batteries & other accessories to Microsoft through FedEx as they asked.
                                    They told me my device was accepted for the return & they'll be sending a replacement device which I later came to know is a refurbished one.
                                    I waited for the same & when it was delivered they just sent back a device with no batteries, no original box & no accessories just the device in a bubble wrap in a FedEx delivery box. I complained about the same but there's no resolution even a month later.

                                    These big companies treat Indian customers as third-class people & I've stopped recommending anyone I know from buying Microsoft products.

                                    I'm attaching the Invoice as well as the Microsoft device acceptance email as well as the support representative's last email communication.

                                    Desired resolution for me will be a full refund, they can take back this refurbished device & I don't want any business with Microsoft anymore. But since that is highly unlikely that they'll do that, I would at least request them to send me all the accessories at least.
