You people send me a home stitched blazer which you not even ironed. Cheap quality, horriable cloth used, road side market, horriable bad blazer which should not be more than Rs. 100 and you guys charge me Rs. 2900. Now cherry on the cake, your number is not reachable and you guys have not responded to my emails. This is my first and last purchase from Miracas and I will spread around that what kind of service and product provided by Miracas. Kindly respond me. I purchased a Luxury Skeleton Golden Dapper Watch from miracas and it said By buying this product you can collect up to 399 loyalty points. Your cart will total 399 points that can be converted into a voucher of INR 399.00. I got impressed with the watch and decided to order second one for my brother. But when I tried to redeem my loyalty points for my next purchase I am unable to do so. Can anyone help me with how can I claim my loyalty points. Please reply fast as I want to redeem them in my next purchase. Thanks

Updated by riti.ar I finally received the order but it was not up to my expectation. It was too small in size. I raised a return request with MIRACAS on 2nd Feb 2015 but till date I haven't received any update on that.

Order#53364 Not satisfied with fabric

I have just received my order and after seeing it it I have realised it that it's not worth for the amount which I have paid.. I would like to return this product and want refund as soon as possible .. Please do the needful..

I ordered a Jacket (order# 52814 ) on 1st January 2015. I used my net-banking to pay the amount of Rs. 3600/- and the transaction process was smooth. It has been more than 20 days and I haven't received the order, the customer care number provided seems to be a fraud as it always says " representatives are busy, plz. try later". I have also sent numerous emails to them but they never replied. Therefore, on 15th Jan, I cancelled the order (by sending an email to them) and received Ticket ID - 3874 for cancellation/refund process. However, I still have not received my money...I must say Miracas is totally unprofessional and a fraud company. Can you help in getting my money refund. Thanks, Sandeep (M:[protected]

You dont send the purchased items on time and when the product is not acceptable you dont reply to your customers. I have received only one item, my second jacket was not in the Packing, so at least give the money for that jacket and give me the voucher for the one i have sent back because The size / fitting is not acceptable and i didn’t like the quality of it at all. Order not received and no response from the customer care service or via mail

My order no is 5663. The order was placed a month and half back but I have not yet received my order and the customer care no. is always busy. After writing several mail to the site there has been no respond via mail as well or messages. There is no option found for cancelling the order as well. Please look in to the matter ASAP.

As I write this I am utterly disappointed by Miracas, I have ordered PU leather jacket on 28th december 2014, paid the amount by EBS. They sent an email that it will be delivered in 7-10 days but since then there is no communication from their side. Their customer support number is always busy and they do no respond on emails. They also close the tickets without even solving them. I am going to file a case in consumer court on these guys, if they are not capable of running an online business then they should not con people by taking money and not delivering the products. Hello, I ordered two Casual Smart Sleeveless Tunic Dress one bright orange and other green colour. I received my package on time but when I opened it I found both the dresses of bright orange colour. I had ordered a gift for a friend on 1st January, 2015, considering it will be shipped in 7 working days. However, there is not status update from them since 2nd January. When I tried calling their customer care no., Nobody responded and neither have they replied to my mails. I tried contacting them on the online chat, however, they are always offline. The payment of Rs. 3590 is already done and the product status is unknown. The site seems to be fraud site. Kinldy take some action against them and get my money back.

The status of the order is Preparation in progress since 11/27/2014 01:59:08. I've tried contacting them numerous times via emails. They have never responded back. I've tried calling the company at their advertised phone # Miracas Customer Care Mumbai[protected]. No one answer the call. It has been 45 days and they have shipped the order yet. I want my money back since I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way my order has been handled. There have an entire nation of people lodging complains against this website . They are nothing but a bunch of frauds. I'm done and do not want to place any order from this fraudulent website anymore.

I ordered Casual Long Sleeves Zigzag T Shirt on 20 Dec 2014 from miracas.com and was told about delivery on 2 Jan 2015. I was very excited for my product but my excitement was reduced by 4 days late delivery of my T-shirt. But my excitement was again back with the good product which I got. The fabric is very good and I liked it very much. Next time while ordering from miracas.com, I'll place order 5-7 days before I want.
