    I placed Order: #047856 on 2nd Dec'14, and paid online payment of Rs. 2590 for the same. Its been 10 days and there is no status of the order. The customer care number doesn't work. Have sent an email to them but still no response. Please raise this complaint and help me to know till when i can expect delivery of my order. Thanks.

    I placed an order for PU leather Jacket (Brown), Order No. #052407. I placed it on 29/12/2014. It has been more than 10 days and I have not heard anything from you guys. I also emailed you about this.
    The payment has been made in full.

    Delivery of Prepaid Product

    I ordered one dress worth 1600/- and it has been 7 days, i dint get any update and product too.No one is there on their Customer care number.Please look into the matter. :(

        Hello, I have ordered Fashionable Classic PU Leather Jacket with order id:#046804 and done online payment in miracas in the last month, till now i haven't received product, and i didn't received the status from miracas also, I am trying to contact miracas first call is connecting and afterwards I am selecting language as English or Hindi, It is telling like sorry all of our customer care executives are busy, call after some time.           Hello I have placed an order bearing Reference Number - 22238 EBS Payment ID 30426592 with Miracas website, and have been trying to contact them since then as I needed the delivery on an urgent basis. However, there are no responses from the website/customer care number and all over google I could find numerous complaints on the site being a fraud. There is no other way to contact them further. Have attached a screenshot with details of payment etc. Could you please help me with tracking this or take a strict action against them so that they stop fooling around with other innocent people.             When tried connecting to the customer care, it always says executive's are busy n disconnect the call. And also there are no reply on mails. i have returned two products amounting RS 2590 and also got the voucher code but i am not able to use it . its showing the error that "the voucher code is already attained". but i haven't used it yet.

            Order not dispatched and no refund

            Order number 44219 Leather Jacket placed on 13th November.Still no update on anything.Status says payment done of 3, 590.They dont receive our calls or reply my emails.Pathetic service from miracas.

              Have not received any response from miracas.com after I made an order no. #046328 on 27/11/14 worth Rs.3490.They are not replying my calls, any mail. I check my consignment status daily. But there is no change.But they have not replied . Please help me. I used my credit card for the payment.                     Not responding and not delivering the product

                    I have ordered a Man's jacket on 04/01/15, it is almost 22 days from the delivery date. They didn't deliver the product and at least they are not getting in touch in customer care service.

                      Hello I have placed an order bearing id 45602 with Miracas website, and have been trying to contact them since then as I needed the delivery on an urgent basis. However, there are no responses from the website/customer care number and all over google I could find numerous complaints on the site being a fraud. There is no other way to contact them further.                         I have ordered a watch worth Rs.3490 from provided website with order id "#040217" on 15th of October, according to the site goods should be delivered within 7-10 days and it has been approximate 45 days from ordered date and still I have not received that item. On its website, the status is showing in process. I mailed them 10 times but no reply. Called customer care but no response. Please try helping me out

                            I ordered a product at Miracas on 10.11.2014. That day itself I registered myself on this website. I ordered a hood worth rs 1990 from men's section. I have bank proof regarding this purchase. The price had been deducted from my account on MIRACAS POS. But now my order is not showing in my account anywhere. On 10 th I could see my order on MIRACAS account. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN DUPED. I won't let the matter vanish in thin air. I tried calling customer care numerous times but they didn't pick up my call even once. I'll take it to consumer court if I don't get my money back or my product.

                              I purchased goods from miracas. I emailed miracas stating that the goods were low in quality and ill fit they asked me to return the product. After doing so miracas have neither given credit note to exchange nor refunded me my 5000INR. I send multiple emails no reply, no answer to customer care number given on website. They keep posting products on FBpage but do not reply to my emails. help me to get me my Refund amount. I have all their email n other proofs. Harita Z

                                  I placed a prepaid order on Nov 9th and its been 20 days but my order has not yet been delivered. I emailed them several times but have not received any response, The customer service no. is always busy.I am really worried if I will get my product and after reading the reviews, I would rather want a refund of my order.                                     Color : Army Green
                                    I ordered it on 6 nov 14
                                    I have not received it yet, they are not even answering any call on customer care no. And also they are not doing any reply on mails and no tracking services has been provided. please look into the matter as i am not the only one ho has been fooled but there are others as well. Their estimated duration for the delivery is in 7 days and maximum 15 days but here its been 20 days almost and i have received nothing till now.. other details of my order are :

                                    Total price Payment- INR 2, 190
                                    Status- Invoice
                                    products are also expensive and they only have online payment system not cash on delivery therefore once payment is done they are not concerned to even entertain any of their customers which is not done kindly take strict action against this site

                                        I ordered 2 leather jackets on 22.11.2014 for which I initially got a conformation from EBS, also from my bank that the transaction was successful, but soon after I got the mail from EBS stating that my transaction was incomplete. They didn't even mention the delivery date on the bill. On contacting there customer care services I was made to wait for long hours. I want my money back. Don't want the jackets.
