I placed an order with Miracas on 07/4/2015 for a jacket that never arrived even after a month and my order was cancelled. Nevertheless, I placed another order with them on 08/14/2015 for a skirt. It has been over 45 days and I have no update of the product whatsoever even after endless calls to these guys.

I have ordered a pink coloured skater princess dress on 09/09/2015 and paid from my debit card already worth RS 2, 340 its over 20 days but it is not deliver yet.i want that dress to be deliver or to refund my payment as soon as possible... MIRACAS SUCKS!!

I have made a purchase with miracas for a dress on Aug 26th for the amount Rs 1590. I have not yet received the product. Tracking report shows it is stuck at Delhi airport. I spoke to their team in Mumbai and when i called them on 14th they said they will ship it on 18th which they didn't. I have been calling them "daily" since 18th and they have been saying that they will ship it on 24th, today. When i called them today they are saying that they will ship it tomorrow. They are responding to the calls, but of no use. They don't take any actions. I had ordered the product as a birthday gift to my sister and the birthday got over long back. But i need the product to be delivered immediately or i am raising a complaint in the consumer court. I understand it is small money, but it is not about the money, if they are frauds they should shut down. But in any case i need my product delivered immediately.

My 1st ordered watch wrist which was ordered by me from last May 2015 and it is regreted that I dad not received that one after a long chase of 3 months. After this I had again ordered a new watch which was available in ur stock with credit voucher of Rs.2490 & extra payment of Rs. 500 as extra since 27.07.2015 .But upto date it was not received by me .No body is also assuring me and cheating me that it will come in next week & next week but till date nothing.I am now going to lodge a FIR against your company for cheating me .My Rs.3000 was lost as I had made payment.

Dear, I ordered one Leather Jacket on 28rd August 2015 (Your order #67502), the money got debited from my account same day & there was a confirmation that I will receive my order within 7 to 10 days . I have tried at customer care no. MIRACAS, but there is no response whatsoever. I have paid 3590 /-, I want my money to be refunded, I have already put many mails to them & I haven't received any response yet.

I have ordered t shirts from miracasorder no 067309 just one week back they have deliverd in 6days and the quality of the T shirts are very pethetic, worst the foot path cloths am very dissappionment from miracas plzzz am requesting to every one DONT'T BUY FROM MIRACAS WORST, PETHETIC, WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF TIME BETTER YOU GO SIDE MALS AND BUY ITS BETTER ...

Hi - I had ordered a jacket #064442 Stylish Long Zipper Overcoat - Color : Bright Orange, Size : Medium on 6th June 2015 but i haven't received the order yet. I have attached the tracking details and the product which i ordered. Please help in getting the product or refund.

I have placed an order on the date of 13/07/2015 the amount is 2590/- prepaid, when i track my order from the first day of ordering i got notification that the order is delayed due to clearance custom in delhi airport, up to date there is no status update for my order when I try to reach them through email or customer care number, i think the website is fake and i got cheated

I placed an order on 14/05/15 for Rs 2680. It was a two part order out of which 1 product SW-3847(SARA) which was for Rs 1190 was delivered on time. This is about the second part product code NN1326(VT) for Rs 1490. It was a prepaid order and the whole amount of Rs 2680 was debited from my bank account. However today its already June 9, 2015 and still I have no information or update about the product inspite of my repeated efforts to contact the company. The phone number they have provided also never puts you through to any representative and they have not replied to any of my mails I sent.

Its been a month i have returned the product but still now i haven't received the credit balance in my credit account. I have called customer care on 22nd of may and they told me that my money returning program and other fulfillment will be done within a week but now its more than 10 days and yes overall 1 month but i didn't see any progress. This is way you guys take care of your customer. I must say, the worst service i have ever experienced than any other e-commerce site.

i order is miracas international company date of purchase 23/04/2015 order no.61771 (luxury skeleton design masculine Watch) not answar coustmer service i call daily not answar for satisfied please help me...I've been very disturbing matter and I bought this watch 3, 000/- rupees

1) Order of 'Executive Bag' placed online via Miracas website on Apr 9, 2015 and payment of INR 2998 done by credit card 2) I tracked order on its website (http://miracas.com/tracking/) with order no. 060313 and it is saying that it is pending with Delhi airport customs. 3) It has been 45 days and I still haven't received the product. 4) I raised complaint a couple of times on its website but no response received. 5) I want Miracas to refund my money and compensate for such delay and negligence to complaints.

My Order No 57669 was placed on 9th March, 2015, it is delayed (1 month ) . When I called support I was told that the item I ordered was discontinued so can't be delivered. Instead a voucher will be added to my account of the same price Rs 2490 which I can use to buy another item of same price from MIRACAS & that voucher will be valid for 1 year. Till now I haven't received any such voucher in my account. I wanted to buy an item from MIRACAS immediately but can't until I get that voucher for Rs 2490 or my order . Its been 1 month since that order .Miracas Customer care isn't responding & getting busy tone all the time. Its truely heart breaking Please do the need full & add that voucher to my account, else deliver ordered product. My purchase is on hold until i receive that voucher of Rs 2490. If voucher is not going to be added by you then refund the same amount

I ordered very good looking and stylish blazer from Miracas. But whwn I received that product I felt like cheated. The actual product was far different from the one I ordered. So I placed a return request. After few days a person from javas came and picked the product. Now nobody is replying anything to my mail. Their customer care is always busy. There is nobody to listen. As it was my first experience and it was so bad that I dont want to buy anything from their website hence I need my money back. I dont need any voucher. I have placed an order with Miracas (miracas.com) on 9th March, 2015 & paid amount Rs 2490 for the same. Order Details : Order No : 57669 . Reference : SW- 18545. Order delivery was expected on 27th March, but then the status shown as " Order pending with Indian Customs " . As before I had faced this issue & clearing custom caused delivery delay of over 1 month when I placed that issue here after that only I got my order (part of Miracas negligence I suppose ). I tried to contact support on their no given which is always busy, also wrote email but no reply came ever. I once again request you to look into this and make Miracas clear the customs and make product delivery as soon as possible. My Regards

I had order a bag and jacket, from that I received the jacket but still not received the bag. I bought a casual jacket worth of 2910Rs and it was small In size to me and so I returned it through Indian parcel service and that parcel number is A CT[protected]IN, they saying that it reached on 28th of Feb.
