I placed an order #053660, received the order after almost a month. But the size didnt fit well. I raised a return #4222. Its been a week but still the request is in progress and i cant reach them by phone. The number is always busy. i mailed them twice. But no response.

I have placed an order, Order Number 054059 for a jacket on 12th Jan, 2015 . Over a month has passed but the order not yet received. I am attaching the image as well. Many times called on their Customer Support Number :[protected], but all the representatives are busy, all the time ! No one picks up the call and no one answers at all. I regularly check the status of the order . It is at Delhi Customs, stuck for 2 weeks ? When it will be cleared and when it will be delivered ? I paid Rs 2190 :(, my hard earned money :( Please make the order reach me, complete the delivery, so that I can get the ordered Product. Site had good product, but such delay & bad service is making things worse. :( Clear the order from Custom and send it to the given address. I paid for that .

Although no email or phone call was received from the Miracas, the product got delivered .It seems there were some kind of negligence in the process. I thank Consumer complaints for their efforts as it appears that because of them only the product got deliverd. Lots of thanks & appreciation.

I ordered a Jacket from miracas on 26 Jan and was told for an expected time delivery within 12 days. But still after 12 days didn't received my jacket. I got my package 4 days late of the expected delivery date. The Jacket is very cool and worth for the money paid. I just want to suggest miracas to make delivery faster or change the courier company, that's all. Thanks

Total waste of time and money.. what u'll see on the website and Wat u'll get will be entirely different... the customer care is always busy.. I put up the request for return of my product twice which was never answered.. they were suppose to send me the return address Where I only had to post my product back.. which is not yet sent to me.. even I have seen reviews Where customers posted there products back But haven't got any return coupons.. Somehow once I was able to contact these people, the lady online was such as if she doesn't even know abt the company and Wat she has to say. When I asked about the return address she said mam its clearly available on our website, whereas it is nowhere.. TO TEST THESE PEOPLE BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER FIRST CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND CHECK IF EVER THEY ARE AVAILABLE... I don't want money back but the jacket I bought posted me 2500/- and is useless.. totally a different thing. I just wanted exchange Bt nobody is there to respond.. I want to lodge a complain against miracas.com

My sister ordered a top (Two Piece Loose Top With Polka Dotted Vest) from miracas order number 046591. The top is very good but they sent small size of the top, so it had to be replaced. Anybody can help to get it replaced with the one she ordered. Their customer care is busy when we try to call. Please let me know the steps to make a replacement. Thanks

Hi, This is to tell you that I had ordered a blazer after seeing online which looked very nice but when I ordered and received the actual delivery of the blazer it looked terrifically bad. It was wrapped in a small packing like I must have ordered a shirt. It was non-ironed with so many wrinkles/marks on it and it was also different then what i expected. I have asked for a refund from Miracas since I really do not want to buy anything else from them. My first experience was bad so I do not want to take any chances. I've ordered a jacket Stylish Slim Fit Designed PU Leather Jacket - Color : Light Brown, Size : Medium(Reference:SW-3523) on jan7th and they took the payment of rupees INR3, 290 and there is no status or response from them. I keep on called to the customer care and it tells the same story as our customer service operators are busy. I've also tried contacting them via mail and contact us form of their website but no response for that too. There are many complaints regarding the same issue i dono whether the actions are taken or not. The track my order is also saying that your order will be delivered on jan22 but i hope for them jan22 has not yet came i think .Please take this issue into consideration . More than 15 persons have posted about the same kind of issue if i would have seen this before, i would have never ordered in miracas.I hope you take this complaint under consideration and get me a solution for this. I had also faced the same issue with them. What I did was I went on their FB page and I flooded each & every post of theirs with my complaint. Then they blocked me. With this I got so pissed off that I went to their FB page again from my wife FB account and I flooded with posts even more with my complaints... After this I got an apology mail from them and my order got delivered in a week.

I ordered a Jacket (order #052373) on 29th December 2014. I used EBS payment to pay the amount of Rs. 2490/- and the transaction process was smooth. It has been more than 30 days and I haven't received the order, the customer care number provided seems to be a fraud as it always says “representatives are busy, plz. try later". I have also sent numerous emails to them but they never replied.

Today received a call from MIRACAS, but the lady hung up on me while i was talking, i have paid 3, 490 upfront, this truly is the worst service i have experienced till date, I do not know if this would resolve my query, but in the next two days iam going Legal against them. I had purchased a dress in November which was totally different what they have display in their website. When i asked them to return they dropped a mail mentioning to courier it at their Pune Address which is really a shocking thing. I am frequent online buyer never seen that customer is couriering the product back to the company. No service or resources available for this. On top of this its being two months i haven't received my voucher neither the product is back to my address. Customer care which the most pathetic exp i have ever seen in my life. Always busy as if it will a billionaire company, not even received a single call back from them. Please i would request our government to ban this company.

It has been more than 14 days and I haven't received the order, the customer care number provided seems to be a fraud as it always says "representatives are busy, plz. try later" and i also spoke to Ms. Carol in customer care and she always says your order will be placed asap and when i requested her to transfer my call to your manager than she said sorry sir i'll not be able to transfer this call to my manager bcz my manager is gone outside to have something and smoke, this is totally unprofessional. when i request her to arrange a call back than she said ok my manager will get in touch with you within 15 to 20 Mins and i m still waiting for call back from last 4 days. I am still waiting for message or call from Miracas.com. This is totally unprofessional and a FRAUD COMPANY.
