Hi, I ordered two leggings (Pink and Purple) from miracas.com. I received my package on time and the Pink colour legging I received was of good quality and as per my expectations but the second one I received ruined my expectations as it was of black colour, which I didn't ordered. I was already having black coloured leggings that's why I ordered purple colour. Please help me how to get it replaced as I want purple colour legging. Thanks

    Dear Sir, I have ordered Woolen Single Breasted Jacket via Miracas.com on 1 Jan'2015, Order no.#052666, payment has already done online. But i havn't received the product yet. i called up regarding for my status to customer care but they are not picking my phone. Many times i mail to the concern team but they are not responding.       Sir, I ordered a Stylish Slim Fit Short PU Leather Jacket With Side Zipper (Brown Colour) from miracas. I received the product within time but it was Black coloured Jacket with Good stuff. But I wanted this jacket in brown colour. So please help me how to get it replaced. Please inform me ASAP. Thanks

        I ordered Stylish Slim Fit False Two Piece Shirt (Black Colour) via reference number [protected] from miracas.com . I got the product delivered on time but my expectations let down because of the shirt I received was Grey colour. The stuff of this shirt is very good but I want it in black colour. Please help me how to get it replaced as there in no complaint number provided. Thanks

          Hi, I had ordered for a BROWN SLIM FIT LEATHER JACKET, Order No #47064 on 30th November, 2014, it has been more than a month, i had paid the amount on same day, communicated number of times, earlier was told, it is not in stock.After One month was told it came in stock and was assured will be delivered by 2nd jan, 2015.Yet no trace, no call is getting connected, I Have communicated in written, verbal every manner, yet no response.Please have a look.

            Dear sir, I am soo tired of following up with all my orders at your site. Miracas people dnt reply to any queries, one order place at your site takes almost a month to get delivered with no communication. Your customer service number does not work. You ask for pre payment on all your order and nothing gets delivered. I ordered few coats and jackets which had size issue so returned at my own expense and not even got the new size winters are about to get over here now i cnt wear those jackets and coats in summers. i hope you understand my being upset about the issue.                   I had already made complain to you regarding the same on 15th Dec.2014 but hadn't received any revert from the company. After the date of my complain they had changed my order status from "In process" to "Change in order". Seems like they are playing game with the peoples to grab the money from their pockets and they are playing it very openly. This is very serious matter. Please have a look on it.

                    I purchased a wine red fashionable short lace dress for my friend from miracas.com and was very excited to gift her but at last moment all my plan got blown up with just a small mistake that was the dress delivered was of beige color, which was not expected at all. The stuff of this dress is very good but she likes red color most, So all I wanted is a replacement of the dress color I wanted and fast. I don't know the complaining mail address of miracas so please inform me how to get it replaced.

                    I have placed an Order in www.miracas.com on 28 the December, 2015. Order Number - 52216. There was no provision for Cash on Delivery and I had paid the mount by Debit Card. They had confirmed the amount paid. But I have not heard anything from then till now. I am trying to contact the Customer Care at[protected]called them 6 - 7 times), but everytime it is saying that the line is busy. No response in mail has yet been received from their side. I want my money back.

                      I booked Jaguar Pattern Leather Belt worth Rs.1490 on miracas.com as I got attracted with its first look only, without wasting a second, I ordered it. I have a lot of expectations with it, but one little disappointment of its late delivery which took 4 more days of actual delivery. But I am very much Impressed by the leather quality of the belt, its awesome and met all my expectations. So if you are ordering a product from miracas.com so you must have patience for its delivery and rest is upto them to change their courier delivery service.

                      i ordered 2 items(jacket) worth Rs. 4380. they dont return my calls and wont say anything at the customer care. i emailed but got no response its abou 10 days after i placed the order.

                        I Ordered one jacket from miracas on 16/12/2014.i dint get any communication from miracas.com.the customer number which they mentioned on the website page is just a number they never get you in touch with their customer care executive.they are the most pathetic online shopping site i ever gone through with. This site should be banned .please take any serious steps towards my request. So many people are suffering from this and so many lost their money as i did, Please take an serious and strict action.

                          I ordered a Casual Slim Fit Designer Jacket from miracas with order ID #047591 on 2nd Dec 14. More than 20 days have passed but till now neither i get my product nor any updated status of my order. I tried their customer care number as well (May be the most pathetic customer care service) which always has only one line to say " all our customer care executives are busy, please call us next time".                                   I have received my order via order number 04680. I have already mentioned in email to cancel this order due to delay. However I have received the product which is completely of Bad Quality Racsin stuff (Leather is just a name mentioned in Description) which doesn't worth the amount I have paid for the same. Miracas Team please take refund of this Jacket and pay back my paid amount asap.i don't want any of your product by your site going forward. I have tried your customer care number as well but there is no connectivity and Email you for the refund.

                                    Hi. just as i read the other people's complaints, I also have placed an order for "Fashionable PU Leather Styled Jacket - Color : Brown, Size : Small" for INR 3, 590.00. My order number is : 047797 Order date : 5th December 2014. I haven't received any conformation for the order, expect an email stating that the payment was confirmed. I have emailed 2 times to the customer service and not received any replies for both of them.

                                      I tried to purchase two products from Miracas with order no. # 048082. I used one voucher (voucher no. V96708C42523O36940) which was given to me for a returned product. However, unfortunately, the transaction was not successful and my order was cancelled. Now the voucher is not coming in my account. I have sent a number of mails to the customer care and getting no reply from them. Calling them is worthless as the number is always busy. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                        I had order an PU leather Jacket(Order No 46358) on 26/11/2014 but it is not delivered yet on the given address and I had also tried to contact them as much as possible but failed to do so. As i have seen many complains regarding the same on your website, So this is request from my side and all those who are gone through this that Either this website should be banned and given penalty as soon as possible or have to make in proper work for consumer rights.

Seems like they are playing game with the peoples to get the money from their pockets and they are playing this game very openly. Please look on this matter seriously. Now i want my money back.
