I ordered a blazer worth Rs. 3690 (Order Number: 073182) from Miracas International on 13th December 2015. Estimated delivery date was given as 29th December. I have not received the item till now i.e., 7th January 2016. I have tried to call the customer care twice everyday but got no reply. I sent at least 3 messages to them but no reply there as well. I want my money to be refunded back to my bank account as I don't need the item now. I am very much frustrated by the bad service provided by Miracas and will be giving bad reviews if not refunded the amount. Thank You Name: Kartikeya Bagra

I made a purchase on the site in October end with credit card. My amount got deducted but the order was not placed. On constantly following up with them, they issued me a voucher to place the order again. I made the purchase again but the product never got delievered. Constantly followed up with them but no use. I asked them to refund money but they said if you place an order with vocuher, money cant be refunded. Placing the order with voucher was not my choice, but a technical failure. However, after so many calls, they told me that they will cancel the order, again issue a voucher and again i have to place order. Again i did the same thing but still the same story, i have not recieved anything. Please help me since its a matter of my hard earned 1800 ruppees

This complaint is for payment issue against order no. 71908 of Miracas International. Its a payment issue I already paid the amount Rs.2790/- which is deducted from my bank account against the order no. 71908 on 01/12/2015 by net banking and i got confirmation and payment receipt by mail from your side but I got another mail that cash on delivery service is not available in you area and my order is cancelled. Find the attached copy of payment receipt and another mail of cash on delivery kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

I have purchased a jacket worth INR 2990/- from Miracas.com . My order number is 72032. The Jacket displayed on website and they actually sent is totally different. The quality is too poor. They said its PU leather but its pure rexin. I have contacted with them already, they are refusing to pay cash instead they are giving voucher of that amount. I don't want to shop further on their site and they are enforcing me to shop another product instead of this. They are saying the policy is not to refund. But the quality is third class cheap so why should i purchase further. I have contacted them and they are talking very rudely. My humble request to you sir please help me with me refund and take strict action against this fake site. Kindly look after this matter sir. I want my cash back sir. Thank you.

Hi Team I placed two orders on 28th and 29th Nov, it is going to be a month now and I have not received any order yet. When are you planing to send the order when the occasion will pass for which I placed the orders...this is very annoying. I mostly order my stuff online and this is the first time I am facing such difficulty in tracing and receiving the order.This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Have not received my Product. They are giving some stupid reason that it is stuck in customs. Their website should be immediately shutdown by the Govt. They are running online fraud in the name of e-commerce.

I had made an order of Leather Jacket advance payment for Rs.3590 placed on order No.070584 dated 06.11.2015. After one month waiting and given legal notice, I had received my order on today dated 10.12.2015. As I have not given high expectation anymore, the jacket quality is very poor and there is nothing same with the picture. That jacket in not even worth Rs.500. I am ashamed that they can cheated me easily. I don't want to apply returning policy because it will be just waste of time. Don't just waste your time and money if you have same problem. Don't said that I don't warned you.

I have placed an order with Miracas (miracas.com) on 14th November, 2015 & paid amount Rs 2390 for the same. Order Details : Order No : 070967 . Merchant Reference Number : 610818 EBS Payment ID : 44563211 Order delivery was expected on 27th november, but then the status shown as " Order pending with Indian Customs " . As before I had faced this issue & clearing custom caused delivery delay of over 1 month when I placed that issue here after that only I got my order (part of Miracas negligence I suppose ). I request you to look into this and make Miracas clear the customs and make product delivery as soon as possible. My Regards

I had ordered a Blazer from this website. Order No : 069481 The company policy is to refund the order amount if delivery fails within 45 days. I placed the order on 16th Oct 2015 and now its over 45 days. Payment done : 3790.00 INR I called customer care (Shruti)([protected]) 20 -30 times and they keep saying that the order will be dispatched next day. Now its over 45 days and they are not delivered the order nor refunding the money back. sir i hv ordered a jacket on 23/12/2014 with order no;Miracas order #51573 .but my order is not dispatched yet .as usual processing time is 7-10 days but its almost 15 days..plzzz dispatch my order as soon as possible. :)

I have order a dress worth of 1500 Rs on 17th September, order# 68236. The product was not delivered till date and when I asked to refund the money they always said that they are contacting their senior and confirm the action by tomorrow through e-mail.I have been following up with them since last 15 days but no action has been taken from their side.Kindly look into this. I am Saurav. I have ordered a jacket from Miracas.com on 17Sep15. My order number is #068218. The tat time for delivery of the product is 7-12 working days, but it was not delivered. I contacted customer care number of the company, the representative told me that if the product vil not be delivered within 45 days from the date of purchase you will get your refund automatically. After completing 45 days I have contacted again to call Centre every time a girl picked up the call with a fake name like Shreya, Priyanka, shivani and so on and said we need to check with supervisor for the same. But till today I have not got any confirmation on my refund. Kindly help.

I'm having same experience with Miracas international. I ordered blazer on 27-Oct-15 and was said that the product will be delivered within 12 days. I tried to reach out their customer care at first they said my product has been received and will be shipped which never happened. I called them back after couple days and requested for status now surprisingly they responded saying we received wrong product and we are in process of returning it and ordering right one. I requested them to cancel my order and provide me with refund and now they say that I need to wait for 45 days for refund of money. These guys are cheating people in this way and continue doing this. Please help me in getting my money back and others from being trapped in to these fake sites. Hello Amritraj,

Can you provide an update on your issue with Miracas? Did you get any refund?
If so, how did you contact them?

I'm also facing the same problem. I placed an order in their site and paid via netbanking. I want to request for a refund as well, but U'm not able to reach them via phone / mail.

I had ordered(068273) a dress for my fiancee on 19th september '15, there is no sign of the order as yet and no one from miracas is bothered to reply to the mails and attend the calls. i think they have only one girl in their customer care department and she does not bother to answer your queries regarding your order status and payment status . i have not even received my paid money back nor are there any chances that i will. i wanna know if any one here can give me a legal suggestion how to drag these tot he court so that the hard earn money from customers like us do not get wasted and we do not get cheated.

I have ordered a winter wear around 2000/- worth. I got it after 3 month and it was too big in size. I returned in on my expenses and again after one month Miracas provided me credit slip .

Whenever i tried to purchase other thing with this credit, i dont find any option to use my credits.
Moreever i have raised issue many times, i have mailed them messaged htem, but no response at all.

I have posted my comment on facebook on their page, but they deleted and now blocked me to post any comments for them.

I placed an order (order # 067896) for tshirt worth 1500 Rs, it has been 2 months now and nothing happened. i tried calling million times, but no one takes the call, wrote severa emails as well, no response. what do you make of that? they are just collecting money from your prepaid orders and whoooooo its gone in their bank account to never come back. if anybody has suggestion how can i put penalty on these frauds with help of consumer forum, it would really like to do it before too many people loose their hard earned money.

I have placed an order after hearing about the good quality of clothes on Miracas but have been fooled into by their service. I bought 1 dress and 1 skirt with order number: #069232 placed on 10/10/2015 19:10:38, Payment: EBS. Not only is there no sign of the product but there is no time given about the delivery date. And nobody replies to the customer support email given and their phone lines are always busy! Would appreciate any help in the matter. The track order tab on the website shows a standard message that item is stuck at customs in Delhi airport. Pls help. I have already pre paid for this product!

I placed my order on 19/9/2015, it has been almost a month, no sight of the item anywhere. I have placed numerous call to their customer care number, they either give me different reason every time or they cut the call instantly. I have been receiving wrong updates always and blunt answers that i will get my payment 45 days back, somebody please tell these that it is not about the payment, i ordered something for my fiance's birthday and their website clearly mentions max 12 days and this is the thing that has pissed me off now. I am going to file a lawsuit against this website citing fraud and unacceptable customer service. I am in discussion with a law regulations now need to be done and the actions taken accordingly.
