An order was placed in Myntra with Mobikwik Zip payment. Then I cancelled the order and Myntra credited the amount with the original payment method that is the Mobikwik. But the amount wasn't updated in Mobikwik website.

      I have reached 599, after delaying my payment the penalty was not reasonable to pay . How can I pay that much amount of penalty for only 599 recharge. This is not acceptable by me, i can only pay the 599 amount. More over that I have contacted the customer care to tell about my penalty but they are not responding properly.

        Address: No 18 Kumaran colony Vadapalani,Chennai 600026

        I did Mobile recharge of Rs 19/- from mobikwik app, but I charged Rs 399 extra for that recharge after I checked my details it shows that activation fees, without my knowledge how they charged me that much amount, I re paid my rechange amount, but I am not responsible for that Rs 399/- Amount..I need immediate solution that the mobikwik representative..

        Below I had added photo proof of money cheated by mobikwik app

        Without resolving my issue don't close my complaint, if you did the same then you will face the consequences..

              Fraud & money cheating APP -- MOBIKWIK

              I ordered on myntra by using Mobikwik Zip paylater for the amount of 1799/- ( Myntra Order ID : 1223058 [protected] ) ( Mobikwik Order ID: [protected] ) . I cancelled that order on myntra to buy diffrent product. The refund is processed on 21 Dec, 2022 to debited Mobikwik Zip Paylater account from Myntra side instantly (3 days ago). But till now mobikwik or mobikwik zip paylater not updated any refund. On my Mobikwik Zip Pay later there is Rs. 2000 limit and after paying the amount of Rs. 1799/- for the the order by Myntra. I repayed the Zip Pay later. So Mobikwik Zip paylater can't take late fine. I request you to refund my amount on mobikwik wallet or mobikwik UPI link account ASAP.

                Problem was not solved by them, without solving my issues they updated wrong information

                    I am Thiruaran, mobikwik user, my mobile number [protected], i have been purchased gift cards - kalyan jewelers, its usually shown in my gifts under self, its more than 50, 000 thousand rupees gift cards there, load it on immediate basis, some of the gift cards are about to expire, i want to redeem it today, due to mobikwik poor service its not available, mobikwik should be responsible for 50, 000 thousand rupees gift cards, will file a case on this, act immediately.

                      Am writing to bring to your attention the heavy charges I have encountered while using the credit pay feature of the Paylater service in the MobiKwik app.

                      I have attached my transaction history and a copy of the terms and conditions of the service, which I believe clearly show that these charges are excessive and not in line with the agreed upon terms. As such, I request that you take necessary action to address this issue and ensure that these charges are refunded to me.

                        I am writing to express my concern and frustration with the recent charges on my MobiKwik PayLater account. I was surprised to see additional charges on my account, as I had carefully reviewed my previous billing statements and had not incurred any additional charges beyond my regular monthly payments.

                        Upon further review, I have discovered that these additional charges were for late payment fees. While I understand that late payments incur fees, I am concerned that I was not properly informed of the due date for my payment. I have always made sure to make my payments on time and have never had any issues with late payments in the past.

                        I would like to request that these additional charges be removed from my account and that I be provided with clear information on my payment due dates in the future to avoid any misunderstandings. I value my relationship with MobiKwik and hope that we can resolve this issue to my satisfaction.

                          Hi,

                          I have been following up on email and in Help & Support section from last 1 month in Mobikwik app but haven't received any response till date.

                          I have done the ZIP payment of INR 9, 860.16 on 2nd Dec which is before due date i.e. 5th Dec, but it has not been updated yet in the system. I am getting the notifications of the payment and the late fees charges daily. Please investigate this and close this issue asap.

                            Hello,
                            2 refunds for 1124 & 1341 were initiated by merchant end (meesho) to my UPI account on Dec 2 & nov 27 respectively. Mobikwik is not crediting it to my account. Im talking to their customer care every two days and i keep getting same reply that it is escalated. It's been almost a month. Please refund me.

                                Last week Friday ie on 16th December 2022, I recharged my BSNL number with a Rupees of 94(Transaction ID MBK[protected] & Operator Reference No [protected]) and Rupees 108(Transaction ID MBK[protected] & Operator Reference No [protected]) using mobikwik. Mobikwik has said its recharged and payment is debited. They have given the operator ref no. But my bsnl number didn't get recharged yet from any of the above transactions. In mobikwik app i have tried to use help option but every time they are saying to contact bsnl and to use operator ref number for reference. No other help get from mobikwik.The customer support number is always busy.

                                Then I contacted with bsnl Customer support. Since I used third party app to recharge, they can't take complaint through call. Only can give complaint through email services. So i have send the complaint but still now, no response from them.They said this is handling by private company as contract.
