Dear Sir/Madam,

On Jan 17th I paid bill payment of 5900/- to Mobikwik Zip Pay through UPI but for me it is showing transaction is successful and amount is debited from my Bank Account but Mobikwik Application it is showing sucess but when I called to customer service of Mobikwik they said technical glitch payment was failed they said it will refund to you bank account automatically from 24 to 48 hours, Ok I waited for 20th again I asked to customer care they said we raised it to escalation team with high priority but today is 26th of jan still not yet refunded. 20th is my payment date if one day is delay they added charges of 800rs extra that why I paid 6000 again but I Called to customer care service for 7 times but customer team is saying it is in pending status please allow some time, again they raised ticket for resolution every time when I called to customer service same story for refund they are not confirmed they are not providing any confirmation date. what
kind of service they are providing to customers simply they raise tickets to escalation team but for that tickets no response every time I called they raised one ticket, Mobikwik zip is 15 days cycle payment after 15 days thay charged 800 rs extra for 6000 rupees but for our money they are not providing refund, so please kindly check provide resolution for this issue.           Dear team,

          I had done a transaction of RS 2932.69 on 24/12/22. But it was a failed transaction.

          I have already raised complaint and called many times on your customer care but I get just one reply that my money would be refunded.

          It's more than a month now, but still I haven't received the refund.

          It's a simple case of failed transaction then why is the refund taking so many days to credit?

          Pls find the screenshot of the failed transaction and credit the refund as soon as possible.

            Hello,

            My money debited while making payment of mobikwik zip pay later…! But it failed and amount not credit back to my bank account it has been 3 days but still no refund get in account…!

              I made payment of zip pay later but its failed on 17 jan 2023 but amount has been debited from my source account but still its bot credited to my account yet

                I paid electricity bill 2867 rs .so amount has shown successful when paid.later on after 1 day it's showing pending..none customer is to take care..amount has been deducted from the app..and showing due to pay

                  I downloaded this mobikwik app in 2021 nov. I recharged for a friend of 199 rs and I paid of more than 750 rs for this and when i tried to close this zip service on 7 may 2022 since a transaction of 2999 was done and i did not even recieved a msg also it was not done by me.
                  I am totally fed up of this service as whenever i try to close this service i recieve new charges also there is no cosutumer care contact no. Only the recovery team call and They just give threat and abusive language.
                  Kindly help me out

                    I made a upi transaction on mobikwik in last year march and my amount was debited but the transaction showed pending while the other person didn't receive the money either. I tried contacting mobikwik customers care but of no use. The transaction was showing pending till now but recently the status has changed to failed and I still haven't received the money yet in my account

                        When i try to login it showing user disabled, i was happy with previous transaction and all, i have money in my wallet but now for unknown reason i cant even reset password too. I have made tries to send mail to customer support, but that even saying id disabled.

                        I put complain with my other email address to customer support. No response for 4/5 days.

                        If they can resolve my issue i am happy to use them in future.

                          Today morning i received message about transaction of 2373 rupees from my mobiqwik zip account and i didn't use any money, some fraud has got and gave complaint in mobikwik but they refunded only 561 rupees, when I asked for remaining money they are not responding properly, if I didn't get total refund i will file a case

                              Hi I have paid the amount 1500 but i was unable to pay on time but agents promised me to waive off the fee after payment when I paid the amount I used from zip paylater agents stopped responding to my calls and texts why I contacted the calling team they stated that the agents conveyed you wrong information and you need to pay the penalties of 2500 this is so unfair idk what to say but i really want to take this up to the nodal or grivience team. Many more people are facing these issues like me.

                                Hey there I have paid 1500 amount of Zip pay later mobikwik and after that I contacted the customer support of Mobikwik but they were not even responding to my calls or texts also I contacted the Mobikwik call support team they also denied stating that I need to pay the penalties of 2500 as I have not paid on time and the agents who said to me that they will waive off the fee after paying the used amount they all agents are not from mobikwik they conveyed wrong information.

                                But the fact is many more people are being affected to this and the thing is this company Mobikwik makes false promises and always convey wrong information to the customers I got to know all this as per my experience and by checking the comments of other people on social media platform.

                                I request you people to do something about it.

                                  I have made the full balance payment to close the account before time but it is still showing active .. Have contacted multiple people from the customer service nobody is helping instead they are giving me incorrect information.
                                  I asked someone if I can pay off the loan and take a new one I was advised to pay and the link was provided by mobikwik ..

                                  Someone told me it takes 1 year - this is really a pathetic service .. I made the payment on 31st December 22 and even after 11 days mobikwik is unable to help … please resolve this and help your customers

                                        Sir I made a payment for my bsnl recharge on 1st January from mobikwik app mobile no [protected] by order no MBK[protected] operator no[protected]. money deducted but recharge not placed. I made a complaint to bsnl they replied that they didn't received any payment from mobikwik.
