My brother was trying to load Mobikwik wallet as instructed by the customer care of Mobikwik due to some technical issue he was unable to use his bank card and used mine (ICICI).

Rep on the call initially instructed to transfer lesser amount like INR 37.00, 51.00 and then 10.00. While I was getting OTP for these transactions I noticed 2 message with OTP to approve the transaction of Rs. 10396 and 9356. I found suspicious and did not share those OTP and reported that and got my card blocked post this . The service rep of MobiKwik did not have answer when questioned he just said money is not debited right from account, However this is unethical and ICICI bank has confirmed that transactions were initiated from one mobikwik wallet

This is really ridiculous, please take necessary action against these kind of fraudulent activities.

    I had booked one ticket from IRCTC.com on 27Jan 2023 of Rs. 2094.31 but transaction failed screen shot attached. IRCTC processed the refund payment of Rs. 2340.75 on 01/02/2023.
    I raised the concern with Mobikwik on 7th feb 2023 since than i am following up with cuatomer care on phone as well as through customer desk.
    My ticket ID is 2475338 and 2524284.

    I would highlight your attention that tomorrow i have to pay Rs. 565 if i dont pay then I have pay 311.67 as a late fee + 0.1% post due date. So i request your team I also my refund along with same panelty % charges + delay days for refund.

        Hi. I have noticed a loan through IDFC on my credit score. But I never applied for it. So, I contacted them, and they told me that it is through the Mobi Kwik. I have asked Mobi Kwik for the closure of the account. They close my account, but the loan is still showing on the credit score. I have never taken a loan or received a loan. I have contacted the Mobi Kwik regarding the same, but they say the problem is resolved and the loan still shown in the credit score. So, I request that it should immediately be closed. Thank you.

          I tried to pay merchant 470rs (MBK[protected] and 120rs (MBK[protected] on 13th Feb 2023 amount deducted from my zip but still showing pending. Please either failed the transaction and refund my money or processed the transaction.

              I wanted to recharge my R-wallet o[censored]TS app on 14 Jan 2023. But unfortunately my account has been debited by Rs. 100/- but till date has not been credited to my wallet. I have already launched two complains through Rail Madad but they could not solve this. next time I also registered a complain in my bank, but they replied that please contact to your merchant also. So, now I am hopeless about that matter. UTS transaction history show that the money has been processing. Till 23 days to go no solution has been done. transaction Ref no[protected]IGAOYZQZL6 TRANSFER TOINB Rail connect. on 14 Jan 2023.
              I repeat, amount debited from my bank but not credited to UTS Wallet. My UTS app mobile no is [protected]

                  On 30th November 2022, I have placed order to Blinkit through MobiKwik but due to some error the payment was not received to Blinkit. Then I had placed the order via making payment through Paytm.

                  So there was no payment from MobiKwik to Blinkit on 30th November 2022.

                  Based on earlier dues I made all the due payment except this last one to MobiKwik .

                  However MobiKwik still raising the bill and adding late fees each month.

                  I had raised the concern to MobiKwik but no one bother to resolve the same. None of their phone number is reachable. No one reply on emails.

                  I request you to intervene and help to close this issue at the earliest

                    im writing this complaint to alert you to the executive,

                    Ammu reddy, mobile no:[protected]

                    unethical and derogatory comments. I agree sir, that put off making payment of mobikwik zip, though i have cleared the dues . There ought to be a moral method of collecting debts. Instead, your executive, as previously said, wrote me the message below (screenshot attached), which is discriminatory toward me and my community.

                    What makes you speak in such a manner while you are imposing severe penalties? I'm going to post the identical message on a forum for civil complaints.
                    In order for me to file a lawsuit as soon as possible, I would want to ask you for more information about the person listed above.

                    If I receive no response to this message, I will assume that Mobikwik as a whole encourages bias against its users, and I will be required to register a complaint with Mobikwik
                    Despite your recovery agent's derogatory comments, I would have remained calm and paid, but I decided to escalate this issue to the highest level so that no future mobikwik customers face such discrimination.

                    The language she spoke is telugu.
                    Please look into it

                      I cleared whatever amount I used but still wallet not opening, it’s showing as 11 days overdue 4700 need to pay …?

                      But collection staff said you don’t need to pay it will reversed.. then my wallet still showing as zero… I paid totally 60, 000 rupees to wallet.

                        Today 30th January 2023 i made a rent payment of ₹9000 which was deducted from my account but didn't receive on ther side bank account
                        When i complaint about this on mobikwik they didn't even reply to me.
                        I tried to contact them on tweeter also but they didn't see my problem.
                        Mobikwik is harrasing innocent people.
                        Please help me .

                          My zip wallet is been blocked due to internal policies however i paid all my outstanding amount on time and never missed my payment and while paying the last amount there was a technical error and i attempted the payment 3rd payment and after successfull payment suddenly my account got blocked.kindly check it.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            On Jan 17th I paid bill payment of 5900/- to Mobikwik Zip Pay through UPI but for me it is showing transaction is successful and amount is debited from my Bank Account but Mobikwik Application it is showing sucess but when I called to customer service of Mobikwik they said technical glitch payment was failed they said it will refund to you bank account automatically from 24 to 48 hours, Ok I waited for 20th again I asked to customer care they said we raised it to escalation team with high priority but today is 26th of jan still not yet refunded. 20th is my payment date if one day is delay they added charges of 800rs extra that why I paid 6000 again but I Called to customer care service for 7 times but customer team is saying it is in pending status please allow some time, again they raised ticket for resolution every time when I called to customer service same story for refund they are not confirmed they are not providing any confirmation date. what
                            kind of service they are providing to customers simply they raise tickets to escalation team but for that tickets no response every time I called they raised one ticket, Mobikwik zip is 15 days cycle payment after 15 days thay charged 800 rs extra for 6000 rupees but for our money they are not providing refund, so please kindly check provide resolution for this issue.                                     Dear team,

                                    I had done a transaction of RS 2932.69 on 24/12/22. But it was a failed transaction.

                                    I have already raised complaint and called many times on your customer care but I get just one reply that my money would be refunded.

                                    It's more than a month now, but still I haven't received the refund.

                                    It's a simple case of failed transaction then why is the refund taking so many days to credit?

                                    Pls find the screenshot of the failed transaction and credit the refund as soon as possible.

                                        I made payment of zip pay later but its failed on 17 jan 2023 but amount has been debited from my source account but still its bot credited to my account yet
