With in 1 month this is my second complaint and I hard to use mobikwik next time.. May be this will be last to use mobikwik.
Last week Monday ie on 22nd nov 2002, i reached my bsnl number [protected] with a rs of 397/- using mobikwik.. Mobikwik says its recharged and payment is debited. They given the operator ref no. as [protected]. But bsnl number didn't get recharged. In mobikwik app i[censored] try to use help option they will say to contact bsnl and to use operator ref number for reference ... No other help from mobikwik. The customer support number is always busy... U will get tired i[censored] use that...

Then I contacted with bsnl Customer support. Since I used third party app to recharge, they cant take complaint through call. Only can give complaint through email services " [protected]@bsnl.co.in ". So i have send the complaint but still now, no response from them. They said this is handling by private company as contract.

Finally Today I recharged this number through bsnl retailer because I have to use that number. I cant wait more, its been 9 days. I am scared to use third app again... So i am complaining here even though I have less hope. Because my last complaint not solved by mobikwik yet. I am really dissapointed, I really hating to use these type of apps.

    I tried making repayment to mobikwik via zip account but it keeps failing due to some technical glitch. It rejects whenever repayment is made by saying transaction is failing due to security issue and asks to do after 24 hours but, it is still giving the same message

    I have the due in next couple of days and if do not pay, will need to pay the penalty of 0.1% daily + 811.25 as a late fee

    Kindly assist and help me with this

        I was doing an online payment for my monthly jio fiber recharge, my money got deducted from my wallet and jio didn't recieve any transactions from mobikwik wallet.

          I have opted for zip postpaid service, the Billing date for it is 15th of every month and due date is 20th of every month.I made some transactions using zip and paid them before the due date.But they (mobikwik) charge a penalty amount of 500 and still charging daily.
          This is very unfare. This is a scam they are doing towards their customers. Please, I want you to consider this as a serious problem, because if we don't look at this problem they will continue to do this to other customers.

              Harassment by recovery agent

              I had taken the loan from Fullerton through Mobikwik App. I had paid there 1st Emi on time. But due to some financial crisis I am unable to pay there 2nd Emi. They are started harassing me n calling my contacts. I had told them my financial situation and ask give me 2-3 day time for the payment of EMI. But the don't listen anything and started to harass my contact list n me talking very badly. I had paid there Emi due this. I am suffering...

                My mobikwik account number is [protected] company has kept its activation charge 99 which is charged 399 from my account and i didn't pay that much money Company is not reducing the charge as per its notification I want the company to charge Rs 99 and return my money

                    Harassing Recovery messages

                    I took a loan od 2450INR from zip pay later, after that I lost my job and is not able to pay the loan on time however I have joined a new job and will repay the loan as soon as possible but mobikwiks recovery agents keeps on harassing me with their blackmailing messages stating they will destroy my cibil and will harass my family "Aapke parivar ko nuksan ho sakta hai" was their exact statement!                       The app requires me to pay 99/- as activation charges. instead I am being charged 399/- without any prior information or notice. This is broad daylight cheating. Requesting for a solution to this issue.

                        On nov 5 i started to use mobikwik through flipkart health plus app to buy medicines for my mother. after completing my kyc processes i buyed medicine and chooses mobikwik zip option to pay amount. its like pay by mobikwik and we will get 10 days to repay the amount back to mobikwik. so its paid and medicines booked. then i went to mobikwik app remaining process like update profile and adding bank.
                        Before that i used mobikwik 5 years before ie 2017 and i uninstalled the app because of poor services and also cheated me by debiting some small amount. so this time when i tried to pay the used amount that is rs 2196/-, i have to enter security pin.. so i entered lot of times because i didnt my old password, its been 5 years. and there is option to rest but its not working..so through app i booked a service request or ticket number 446128. they replied to me upload a identity proof with self attested and also self attested copy of bank statement highlighting latest and money transaction which i used. i uploaded my self attested identity proof, but i dont have details of last transaction which i done in mobikwik and which bank also. i checked my last transaction details which i done 2017 in the app.. it shows the small details but not opening fully. i replied in the service request ticket.. but no response till now. i even mailed to nodal officer ([protected]@mobikwik.com). they reply like robot or saved mail which is using for everyone to reply . the message which i received on my app while booked service request.
                        So i have only 8 days left to pay the amount other wise i have to pay even interest. so please help us to solve this problem asap. i am complaining here because i heard about this from my friend. Hope i will get justice soon and my account security pin will be reset and i can use the app again . my mobikwik account is on this number [protected]

                        I solved this problem by my self by thinking or remembering my security pin.. And they given instructions only after that.. I dont think it would work that time.. Its a error from their app. Anyway... I am not closing my complaint here. Because I have to mark as resolved by them.. And its not correct..

                              I have done a recharge for my mobile number while paying I choosed Mobikwik. but that automatically selected zip account without my notice. later when i open mobikwik app there was charge of Rs99 activation fee for activation of zip account which was not communicated while selecting the payment mode.
                              So totally I had to pay 199 by oct oct 16th. For every 7 days from oct 16th They are penalising with 100% fine and today is Nov 6th the total amount reached to 436.88 rupees
                              Every day I am receiving messages and calls to pay the bill with fine.
                              You help me here who on this Democratic India will pay 300%+ fine for just utilising 100 rupees.
                              Dear team, please solve this dispute with Fraudulent mobikwik company.

                                My name is Pradeep Kumar Sharma recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC
                                i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and
                                i called Mobikwik customer care 2 times.On 1st time on 01/11/2022 one customercare executive told that he registered complaint
                                i have upload orginal adhaar id on mobwik complaint section so i uploaded my orginal adhaar id. But on other day 04/11/2022
                                saying that in mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if
                                someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please take action and unlink my adhaar from that unkown account.
