Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to the above subject, I am unable to access my login account. During adding the money on 30.9.22 into my wallet & successfully added the money into the wallet, but I unable to transfer my money from wallet to my Bank account. During transferring the said amount, suddenly the account appear to asking login my account. Whenever, I was trying to access my login account & automatically adding my OTP as a mandatory, but it was showing "user is disable" However, I tryied to attempt so many times to access my login account but showing same message. I am not yet access to login my account.
You are requested to please do the needful so that I may enable to access login my account immediately & ensure me for the same as early as possible. Due to festival season, my hardcore amount is blocked now, please consider the matter on most urgently.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 7th of Oct 2022 I made a wallet payment of 596 and next movement I paid my airtel bill of 580 via same app or wallet. On 16th same month I am getting a bill of 680 plus service charge of 17 Rs even after paying to wallet from my own pocket. All of my transactions are safe with me.
