Its been a week my User ID is disabled i have to pay my Zip Bill By the 5th Nov but neither their helpline nor mail nor twitter team is responding thus i am unable to pay the bill on the given date thus adding up the late fees

      I have been continuously following up with MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER CARE and logging complaints regarding the ambiguities on my wallet history transactions, but from past several months i have not received any resolution from any of their CUSTOMER SUPPORT, i have been told every time that my query will be resolved and it has been escalated to zip or emi team but i have not received any resolution from past 4 months.
      plus its showing pending payment on MOBIKWIK wallet and there are continuous calls from some ### recovery team every month, plus my cibil score has also gone down due to all their faulty business due to which i am facing severe problems,
      Attached are the images of history and SUPPORT tickets, in history on jun 17th it shows LOAN CREDited of rs 10435 twice and shows zip bill paid but no amount was CREDited...on june 17th i paid again rs 3928 which also did not got updated, on july 28th i recieved refund of rs 1490 from irctc which again did not got updated in wallet...at last i paid rs 16069 bill with penalty for the zip bill of rs 10435 mentioned above, since my cibil score got down to stop further wastage of my cibil score i paid this amount...in tickets raised the top ticket no 26663985 raised on 2nd Sept it is still unresolved i have added all details in that too, i have called their CUSTOMER CARE multiple times but no response.
      Please HELP me and take severe action against MOBIKWIK and rectification of my cibil score...i have been mentally harassed severly by this people.

          Later. Now I don't have a job and I am not able to pay the amount. But I will once I will get a job. But Mobikwik people are calling my contacts and harassing them and humiliating me without my consent. I am worried about my privacy as my contacts are being used without my consent. Please

              Hi, I took a small loan from mobikwik pay later. Now I don't have a job and I am not able to pay the amount. But I will once I will get a job. But Mobikwik people are calling my contacts and harassing them and humiliating me without my consent. I am worried about my privacy as my contacts are being used without my consent. Please help.

                  I have made a payment to my HDFC credit card via Mobikwik App using my Paytm Savings Account on 23/10/2022. My money(Rs.13419) got deducted from my Paytm Savings Account & i got the payment made successful message from Mobikwik(attached the screenshot). But my HDFC Credit Card account didn't reflect the same. i waited for 3 days still the same.
                  Hence I tried to raise the issue with Mobikwik helpdesk, but there is no positive solution from them.
                  Solution required - Either pay my money to HDFC credit card account or else refund my account.

                    I have made a payment of Rs 22576 on 29 August through UPI against the Laon Account no but Mobikwik customer told the payment is not made and I have gave him my transaction statement whenever they asked and also give the RRN no and message received form Bank.

                    Instead of checking the details in their account they are sending the false legal notices from Arness to whom all my mail are undelivered and now came at harassment of the customer.

                    Don't know how you people even give them rating. Look at the complains and how much they resolved. It should be backlisted

                            I can't use this one but with out my permission they are active my zip payment and done some fraud transition and they are send bill on me. I had already given complete to customer service and they are not resolved that problem.

                              On 19/10/2022 I made a transection of ₹19488.40 Money was deducted from my account but not recieved by reciver I had already complaint about this to customer care but they gave no response

                                Hi Team,

                                from mobikwik i was about to receive the refund of 5 amounts out of which only 2 are received .after that, i have connected with mobikwik customer care which is very hard to connect and frustating service as its having call drops, no call back from customer care .

                                there are false promises made regarding the resolution time when each time reached to the mobikwik.

                                they have only one answer as backend team is looking into it and escalated the issue .
                                its been now almost 3 weeks raising the complaint but no resolution provided .
                                hereby details of the complaint raised to mobikwik with ticket ID:
                                27166384

                                  I paid 1977 rs to Myntra on 19 Sept 2022 and the refund was initiated for 749 rs on 5th October to my Bank account via Mobikwik. Order ID # 1215409 [protected] but amount is not added in my account till date.

                                        I have place order rs.799.00 by myntra app. Dated[protected], time:-01:02 pm. I pay rs.799 through payment mode via mobikwik wallet, payment successfully debited in my mobikwik wallet against mobikwik payment id:[protected], but amount not credited in my myntra order also not show order history in myntra app against this payment.
