Loan approved but not deposited to my bank account

Hi, I took a Zip loan of Rs. 90000 from MobiKwik on Saturday, 7th January 2023. The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now. On reaching MobiKwik via their app, Twitter handle, and email I was told that the amount will get credited to my registered bank account within 24-48 working hours. MobiKwik Zip loan was approved but not deposited to my bank account

I’m a Mobikwik user and my registered no is [protected] and I purchased a blazer on 12 Dec, 2022 using Mobikwik payment worth rs 1490. But on 30 Dec my Myntra order was cancelled and they initiated my refund, they have Also shared reference id. But Mobikwik denied and they are keeping me on hold since last 10 days. Mobikwik not refunding me my payment.

        Dear team I apply for a loan from mobikwik on 5th jan 2023 after following some steps and doing e mandate it's shows that loan is approved and loan amount will be credited within 24-48hrs in my account and today ita 9th jan 2023 till time no any amount is received I rasied a complaint ticket there my ticket id is 1901975 they say that loan amount will be transfered within 48 hrs if not received please share bank statement and I also shared my account statement there no response received till time so I call customer care executive they are always busy so team please suggest me what to do and help me in resolving my issue.
        Please Assist.

            Dear mobiquik
            Amount debited from my mobiquik wallet and showing successful in mobiquik history app
            But as per blink it amount is not credited to them
            They can't do anything they are saying mobiquik will refund and you guys are saying transaction successfully solve out this issue or i will take legal action and demand for a compansation
            You guys don't even have a support mail

              I had bought the new 5g handset and exchanged with the old 4g handset. I am not able to detach the handset and attach the new handset. I have told Mobikwik to remove the UPI registered for my mother's account. They are not able to deregister the associated UPI and I also cannot do it as handset is exchanged. I have asked them to terminate the account immediately as I am not able to register the UPI. Please immediately terminate the account.

                I have paid the mobikwik zip repayment Bill amount before the due date mentioned i had paid 8 mins before the due date time 05th jan 12 o clock but i paid the amount on 05th jan 11.54pm.
                But the scammer put penalty charge.
                My bill amount 3478 rs penalty charge 693rs..pls help to remove the penalty waiver off.this is not fair.
                If i didn't the pay the amount in due days means the bill amount automatically comes with penalty charge it's fixed amount we couldn't pay separately but the due amount generated after payment successful.
                This is the proof for the payment done before 12 o clock.

                I have applied for a cybercrime for this nonsense fake callers. Surely they will be punishable by them.
                I have personally wrote a mail removing my comment by till not removed, i m totally disappointed day by day fake calls increasing.
                Boycott Indian consumer complaints.

                  Respected sir,
                  I did my flight booking in cleartrip using mobiwik wallet. But cancelled the flight afterwards refund of 9309 was initiated by cleartrip on Oct 29, 2022 but it has been 2 months and I haven't received it yet in my mobiwik wallet. I have contacted mobiwik customer care 15-20 times in last 2 months and they keep forwarding emails to concerned team but no action has been taken so far from their end. No update regarding the same. I contacted cleartrip also they have told me that everything is clear from their side . They have sent the transaction no of refund as well screenshot of which also I have forwarded to mobiwik. Despite constant efforts from my side mobiwik team is not taking any action and not even responding. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    They charge me 399rs for 1000 zip pay later I only use 363rs . I don't know anything about activation fee otherwise I never download this fraud app

                      Ajio refunded 559.20 rupees on December 20th and mobikwik only gave half of the amount the rest half has not been given to me. They are always saying that they escalating it to higher authorities. Payment was done through zip balance and i have already repaid whole zip balance amount on 17th December. The refund amount was an extra amount credited to zip balance. I've contacted them and they told I will get my refund on jan 1 st and even today (jan3) they are saying that they are escalating the issue and it eill taken another 7 working days. These people arefrauds for cheating customer.

                        Payment debited from my account but showing pending status in app

                        I recently(on 2ndjanuary2023) made a transaction of rs 300 to my kin, the amount got debited from my account immediately but the payment status is showing pending since last day.i didnt recieved ant help from help section on app, it too stated that "we have got a lill hiccup" .i hope either i get my amount refunded or complete successful transaction....

                          I did a flight cancelation on cleartrip app of an amount of 11, 620 rupees.. but it has been more than 2 weeks since cleartrip processed the refund, but I haven't received the money in my wallet. Customer support executives are good for nothing senseless people.
                          Pathetic customer experience. Don't know where my money is stuck. I'm going to write really bad reviews about this app everywhere so that nobody uses it.

                          My money was already refunded by the merchant 2 weeks back. Why am I being harassed to chase for my own money ? I want my refund right away.
                          And you should know, I'm never going to use your crappy portal again and will ask everyone I know to not use it.
                          For a company, customer support should be the most primary thing that it should focus on, that's why Amazon is thriving and your company is still struggling to beat competitors.

                            I have paid 331 for purchasing products from Blinkit and now this fraud app is charging 399 extra to activate my wallet why should i Pay extra when i Haven't used a single penny from 399.
                            This is nothing more than a harrasment.
                            Please kindly look into the matter and oblige me.

                                Today is Dec 31'2022, On 23rd Oct, I clicked on Wallet to Bank option from their app, instead of that happening they took amount from my bank account for no reason, and added to my wallet. When I complained them about it, they removed amount against wallet, they took the amount against my wallet on 4th Nov, but that Rs. 4686 didn't get back to my bank account. Over that I had also loan from Mobikwik of 20k so I keep getting calls and messages from them to clear the due of Dec month of amount 3102/-. Now when you couldn't refund my amount back for past 2 months, how do you expect me to pay you over that.. When I speak to customer care they just say that it will get refunded within 24 hrs or 48hrs. but it never does. And the people who are from loan dept. keep threatening me or even went on to abuse and get vulgar. they sent me legal notice and now also threatening to send field collectors to my house to collect money, even after knowing about that 4686/-. not just that, they are even messing around with my bank, by crediting and debiting the same amount and i don't know how but they made it auto debit and now i am being forced to pay ECS charges. this is my number: +91-[protected]. Help me deal with these jerks.
