My registered mobile number is [protected] and mail is [protected]@gmail.com in 30 November I pay my amount of pay later which 1878 but process is fail but my money is debited from account through upi I complaint many times in mobikwik customer service but not resolved my complaint..Kindly do the further proceeding..

    I have not receive refund in mobikwik wallet. I placed an order on 3 dec in myntra and cancelled it on 6 dec. Myntra provided me with a timeline to credit the refund into my source account which was mobikwik wallet. But even after 10 days have passed I didn't get my refund on mobikwik wallet.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I want settled my zip balance also I paid 12000/- on 05 Nov 2022 and contact customer support for settlement but no response yet from mobikwik, they raised token no 27672864 on 4th Nov 2022.
            I share my financial situation but recovery agent giving mental pressure me everyday.

              I want to enquire about the transaction: [protected] that was placed on Mobikwik. I had made a transaction of amount ₹2077 on myntra . The amount has been debited from my mobikwik wallet but order was not placed neither the amount has been credited back to me. This is not the type of service that is expected. I’m in utter confusion about this whole process. I contacted myntra but according to them they have not received the money. I want my refund back that’s it .
              Please i need assistance ASAP.

                Hi, I have done two transactions with mobiwik today 1)5000 rs 2) 10000 rs

                The transaction is transfer of rent via card status says pending mobiwik customer care is not able to solve this issue in fact they don’t even know the reason for y the transactions are on pending status simply asking for 3 working days time .

                        As per discussed with Mr. JaiDev i am already clear amount as per Settlements Process, then why i will pay again the amount which are Showing in my profile..
                        and after that daily basic executive call and msg me and mental disturb. if this is not stop form Mobikwik i will file a compliant in RBI for this..

                        kindly team Support and close it asap.

                            I have applied for a loan on 28 November but after so many days still the status of loan is not cleared on the app it is coming that you cannot apply for a new loan policy and even the money has not disbursed neither in the account nor in the wallet.

                              I Paid the ZIP outstanding amount @ 335.60 on DT 05.12.2022 as per the due date.

                              In History of the MOBIKWIK apps the payment shows SUCCESS.

                              Next day on 06.12.2022, message in MOBIKWIK that additional Penalty amount @ 300.77 and total outstanding amount @ 637/- asking us to PAY BILL.

                              Checked the amount @ 335.60 also refund in my account.

                              Already deducted from my bank account & next day showing refund in my account.

                              The technical error from MOBIKWIK & hence kindly revise the Penalty charge amount & enable us to proceed further to do the needful.

                                  Mobikwik has not refunded more than 3500 rupees that is due me even after more than a month. They do not attend the customer care number. It's always busy. I send them all the screenshots of the refunds initiated from Myntra where i made the purchases.
                                  Still mobikwik is silent about this. My registered mobile at mobikwik is [protected] and my registered email is daniel.[protected]@live.in

                                  I think they are Clear cheats. Stay away from mobikwik
