            I have raised a compliant on Oct 31 for pathetic customer service experience my calls is been disconnected more than 9times I spoke again to the customer service team and informed that I need to speak with manager however they simply deny saying that they don't have option to connect with a manager don't know which century they are living in and promised me for manager call back in 24hrs and they advised to send a email to their customer feedback team mentioning the issue I have did that even at

              I Pranav Vig age 31 years contact no. [protected]. I live in New delhi by birth. I lost my job from past 1 year and now I am not having income. I lost my savings in corona period as my mother and father got admitted in hospital and lost all my savings that time. I have took loan of Rs 185000 from mobikwik. I paid 2 emi after that I lost my job due to corona pandemic. I started receiving abusive and threatening calls and messages from them. And now they started misusing my contacts and started messaging and calls to my family and friends. Caller num is [protected] and [protected]. Now they are very badly harassing me.

              Now I am in very bad condition.

              I have the call recordings in my phone also if you required I will send you these also. I am attaching today's call recording.

              Please help me with this. I am getting mentally sick by this. I dont know seriously this will lead to me take some serious action like suicide.

                I had booked a flight on Cleartrip with Mobikwik wallet vide Order ID of mobikwik:[protected], however due to covid restrictions the flight got cancelled and Cleartrip generatrd my refund to the mobikwik wallet on 17th Jan 2022. But mobikwik didnot crrdit the wallet with the refund and then i raised a query on mobikwik help section of app vide ticket ID: 23518927 on 27th jan 2022 but still no resolution .My money is still not credited on the wallet.Please help.

                  I was make Payment to Bigh Bull Techosoft LLP through UPI Google Pay Date 04.02.2022 Time 22.30 Amount 1023.60 Transaction ID[protected] to Mobikwick. Payment history shown successfully credit to Mobikwick Account & debited from my bank but unfortunately payment not credit to Bigh Bull Technosoft LLP Account.

                            I have transfered 71300 rs, to my vauld wallet on january 11 2022 . The payment is till now not received in my wallet and the fund has been taken from my bank account to mobikwik ( bank transaction details attached ) .

                            I have called mobikwik customercare and they agreed the transaction has been failed in their end . but till date refund amount has not been received .

                            also i have taken isurance policy against this transaction, that insurance amount also mobikwik taken from me and once i called them for claiming the insurance they are simply rejecting it without any proper reason .

                                Hi,

                                I was trying to close my zip account since a month ago but no one from Mobikwik helped me to close my zip account. after frustration I send post on Twitter by mentioning Mobikwik. somehow 1 person took my number from that post & called me and told that he is speaking from Mobikwik regarding closure of zip account and he did send OTP on my mobile number & he logged into my account and did 3 transactions of INR 2444 /-.

                                pls. help me in this matter & pls. refund my money ASAP.

                                  Hi this is to inform you with extreme regret that MobiKwik still asking for money to clear the due amount even though MobiKwik received my refund from goibibo already i have contacted and wrote so many email to customer care portals of MobiKwik about this case that please settle my account but MobiKwik still didn’t settled it and put a penalty on me account which is effecting on my cibil. I also have screenshots and already sent to MobiKwik but none of any resolution i got from MobiKwik
