I made a 25, 000 rupees credit card bill payment from my standard chartered bank account as a source of account using Mobikwik as a third party payment application on November 24th 2021. There is an amount deduction from my account but the amount is not credited to my credit card account number. For this there is no update from Mobikwik and no status as well from Mobikwik. I found the same and reverted to Mobikwik customer service and the customer support is very bad as it is not able to figure out the money transaction failure and was not ready to accept the same. December 8th Promised me about the refund and the amount get credit back to source account (PFA for a proof). Again, around a month later the mobikwik initiated refund on December 24th 2021 but after that no update and not status of the same from Mobikwik, Customer care representatives disconnected the call multiple times whenever they asked properly for refund status and failed to give exact data of refund. On today, January 9th 2022, till now I'm not able to get refund and this cause me a huge time loss, making me anger cause my health issue as even by knowing as its credit card bill payment, due to worst service of Mobikwik I'm getting interest for my late payment. Also, without concern and without proper solution n have closed the Mobikwik have closed the complaint ticket:22231418.
Never Mobikwik took initiate to update my money status, every time I try to call need to wait more than 15 minutes due to their bad support service make waste of huge time and patience. Till now mobikwik never spoke to my bank to initiate refund. Due to all this I'm paying extra amount to my credit card account as a penalty due to the mistake of Mobikwik.
