I was trying to add money into MobiKwik wallet using Gpay. The payment was successful from Gpay's end the amount was not added into the wallet.

    There was a failed transaction of Rs.8296.80 through my mobikwik account ([protected]) on 9 Jan 2022. The transaction is showing refund on 13 Jan 2022 but after a lapse of almost a week the same is yet not credited back to my card or wallet. However, the credit card company (HDFC) has informed that the transaction was processed successfully from my card on the basis of the instruction received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed from the is also attached with the mail as screenshot of mail. It is requested to direct the mobikwik and hdfc bank (whoever is responsible for it) to refund the amount at the earliest please.

      As i was transferring amount from credit card to bank with convenience fee they added the amount into wallet. And now i am unable to transfer amount from wallet to bank. Mobikwik has done fraud with me. Please register a complaint and do needful.

          I am facing an issue where i was using mobikwik wallet to put an order at merchant website. The wallet was not having sufficient amount so i added the money via upi id and paid. The money got deducted from bank transaction id[protected] but it is not reflected in the mobikwik wallet history as well as the transaction with the merchant site is also failed. Upon checking with the bank ; bank confirmed that the money is with the Mobikwik. But that money is nowhere reflected on my account/profile.

            One of my payment got refunded in my MobiKwik wallet ! Now that refund is shown as due. Company is expecting me to pay that amount which is already there. why is it even shows as used amount ?

              Mobikwik is fraud us, I don't take loan and no amount is due, but my cibil report show incred financial service take loan, and 3 months dues .Mobikwik is my cibil score is decrease without take any loan. And iam also complain mobikwik customer service in 70 days ago no one response my complain, please help

                I have taken a loan from mobikwik zip pay later, because of my financial situation which is not good right now because covid lockdown i am unable to pay the loan amount. The recovery agent called me every day i asked him to give me some time but he is blackmailing me that he is going to call all people from my contact list and spoil my reputation and visit my home so please just provide time till february 29 i will pay whole amount

                    Today, while making my Zomato payment I opted for Mobikwik as it was showing 500 balance (which is surprising because I never had any balance in Mobikwik wallet). Once I paid the bill, I went on the Mobikwik app and found that they have automatically updated ZIP service (without my permission). Apart from the that, I found that in their billing, they have added Zomato bill amount (which I paid) and Activation fee of 99 (which I am not interested in paying as I didnt choose the service)

                      I Purchased One Item on Myntra Through Mobikwik on 12/12/2021, I cancelled That Order On Same day, Myntra Had refunded my amount on next day And Give Bank Reference too, But after 1 month wait also i didn't get the refunds, so i raise the complain in help section of Mobikwik on 10/1/2022, today the complain which i raised still its showing in process, I call customer care several Times for this issue but they all Say wait we are working for your complain i asked them how much Time it will take ? they told me that we don't know . when i get My Amount Back I want My money back.

                          My EMI on mobikwik loan a/c no is [protected]A ( INCRED Financel service lone id LXBNG[protected] at that time I maintain bank balance nearly More than the EMI AMOUNT from the starting of the month but the emi amount is not debited in my account so I am waiting till evening with out removing cash in my Bank Account, so I finally decided to pay through incred Financel website itself so I pay my emi through website.and done the transaction have a payment of INR 5356.00 with txn ID TXN[protected]BD at[protected]:01.

                          but In mobikwik app it shows my emi overdue q( EMI Amount + Some Extra Charges ), at that time I paiyed first and then I called customer care number for many times to this issue but no use

                            I have done a transaction of Rs.29, 500 on 04/01/2022 to send some inr to wazirx. While the payment method was mobikwik (upi) the money got debitted from my sbi but the trqnsaction at wazirx failed so now wazirx has given me assuarance that they didnt get the money and in my mobikwik app or statement of the wallet.
                            Hence i need refund i have all the proof that mobikwik has recieved the money that they failed to send the money to wazirx and now they wont even refund me .
                            I tried their twitter support but no response.
                            Please help me

                              Everytime I try to complete my KYC, the mobikwik app is showing that my adhaar number is already linked with some "other mobikwik account". What thev hell ! How is it even possible. I have never used mobikwik before so where is the question that my adhaar is linked with any other mobikwik account.
                              But here I doubt that my adhaar number may get misused by this so called "other mobikwik account " which seems to be created by mobikwik company just to fool you.
                              Please unlink my adhaar number from this unknown "other mobikwik

                                  I added 2000 in mobikwik but by accidentally i purchased gold from mobikwik and then I wanted to sell on the same day but it asked me to wait for 24 hours and then I did the same later when i placed for selling option it was showing 936 will be credited for selling anyhow I placed then the order is showing pending on side on the other side it is showing loss of 1000 in menu section of gold section I want my money to be credited my mobikwik wallet I'd is [protected]@nocash.mobikwik.com

                                      It was mentioned that if I pay via mobikwik for Ajio shopping site I will get Rs 500 cashback and thus I did the same.
