I have done a transaction of Rs.29, 500 on 04/01/2022 to send some inr to wazirx. While the payment method was mobikwik (upi) the money got debitted from my sbi but the trqnsaction at wazirx failed so now wazirx has given me assuarance that they didnt get the money and in my mobikwik app or statement of the wallet.
Hence i need refund i have all the proof that mobikwik has recieved the money that they failed to send the money to wazirx and now they wont even refund me .
I tried their twitter support but no response.
Please help me

    Everytime I try to complete my KYC, the mobikwik app is showing that my adhaar number is already linked with some "other mobikwik account". What thev hell ! How is it even possible. I have never used mobikwik before so where is the question that my adhaar is linked with any other mobikwik account.
    But here I doubt that my adhaar number may get misused by this so called "other mobikwik account " which seems to be created by mobikwik company just to fool you.
    Please unlink my adhaar number from this unknown "other mobikwik

      I Already Paid My Bills In Month of August 2021 Customer Service Telling Me They Never Recieved Any Payment On That Day And I Get 4 to 5 Calls And Massage Everyday I Have A Transaction Proof Of My Payment...

        I added 2000 in mobikwik but by accidentally i purchased gold from mobikwik and then I wanted to sell on the same day but it asked me to wait for 24 hours and then I did the same later when i placed for selling option it was showing 936 will be credited for selling anyhow I placed then the order is showing pending on side on the other side it is showing loss of 1000 in menu section of gold section I want my money to be credited my mobikwik wallet I'd is [protected]@nocash.mobikwik.com

            It was mentioned that if I pay via mobikwik for Ajio shopping site I will get Rs 500 cashback and thus I did the same. I made the payment through mobikwik but received no cashback and it had been more than 15 days, So, i request you to please help me get my cashback.

                I have done transaction of rs7497 on 16.01.2022.

                Amount debited from my account but not showing in mobikwik history or not in my account.

                Everytime, I have facing some issue, this will be my last time to use this poor mobikwik payment system.

                Pls refund my money and goodbye for all times.

                I recommend others also not to use this payment system. No one is available for helping you

                  I had ordered a product on myntra and paid for it through mobikwik upi on 18th Dec, 2021. I immediately cancelled the order on the same day and refund was initiated by myntra.
                  After I did not receive the refund I contacted myntra and they confired that the refund was completed from their side on 22nd Dec, 2021 itself and provided me with the bank reference number as well.
                  Later I contacted mobiwik and registered a complaint on 30th Dec, 2021. They assured a refund in 7days. I have contacted mobikwik about 10 times now and still haven't got any refund nor any satisfactory update. Its 16th jan, 2022 today and i was promised the refund by 6ht Jan, 2022.

                    I want a full note on my EMI status. I have paid February EMI in advance but it is still showing due in 20 days in the app. I have written 50 emails but extremely unprofessional and pathetic customer service.

                        Done a transaction of rs 10370 from credit card to bank transfer, it says transaction failed but money was deducted and the amount wasnt received in bank account.. please do refund i am highly disappointed and would not trust this app anymore.. there are so many unlucky like me complaining about payment stuck.. if you refund this quickly may be i will be very thankful to you

I have mobikwik account of [protected]@gmail.com and i am trying to deposit 1000 rs in coindcx wallet through mobikwik app. Amount was deducted but i have not found any reference no. for transaction and no history for transaction.                               I paid a 2k cc bill and the app shows transaction successful but there is no update in my bank account and no credit added…..i am trying to connect customer care but they dont respond…i want my money…is this how u guys provide service

                                I topped up my Mobikwik wallet with Rs 5075 and the amount got debited from my account. However, after a whole day it has still not been added to my wallet, nor has it been refunded. I need my money back

                                The money automatically got credited back to my account in 5 days. No reason as to why my money was debited but not reflected in my wallet. No notifications were given to me. However I'm content that atleast I got my money back.

                                      I made a transaction of 510rs from mobikwik wallet for coin DCX. My money is deducted from my bank account but did not reached the coin DCX INR wallet and the transaction is rejected there. But still i have not get my refund.

                                      Below is the screenshot of the transaction, and it is showing invoice not available for this transaction.
