I had ordered a product on myntra and paid for it through mobikwik upi on 18th Dec, 2021. I immediately cancelled the order on the same day and refund was initiated by myntra.
After I did not receive the refund I contacted myntra and they confired that the refund was completed from their side on 22nd Dec, 2021 itself and provided me with the bank reference number as well.
Later I contacted mobiwik and registered a complaint on 30th Dec, 2021. They assured a refund in 7days. I have contacted mobikwik about 10 times now and still haven't got any refund nor any satisfactory update. Its 16th jan, 2022 today and i was promised the refund by 6ht Jan, 2022.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
