Why I can’t login! When I type number and entering opt every time same, user has disabled why what is happening there I don’t know so kindly please solve the issue how many complaints i registered no proper response from your side so please check this and get back to me

    17th October 2020 I went to a restaurant and paid using Zomato and used Mobiwik ZIP wallet to do the payment and the transaction was failed and then I did the transaction again using my card and it was successful, the money got deducted from my Mobiwik ZIP wallet (postpaid) and I spoke to Zomato and they said that they didn’t receive the money from Mobiwik, hence you have to contact Mobiwik.
    I had almost 60 calls and 18 customer chats support using multiple ticket IDs made to get in touch with the Mobiwik Customer care executive and all of them have the same response, please wait until 7-10 working days and we shall revert back to you soon and none of them have reverted back and nor I have received the refund till date.
    I had to pay a late fee penalty by Mobiwik because I didn’t pay so then I decided to pay ₹100 extra as it will affect my cibil score
    And I paid a total of ₹988 = ₹888(orginal amount) + ₹100(late fee penalty)
    I request you to kindly look into this matter as this is a highly unacceptable matter and this issue has been pushed upto 3.5 months

        I made a 25, 000 rupees credit card bill payment from my standard chartered bank account as a source of account using Mobikwik as a third party payment application on November 24th 2021. There is an amount deduction from my account but the amount is not credited to my credit card account number. For this there is no update from Mobikwik and no status as well from Mobikwik. I found the same and reverted to Mobikwik customer service and the customer support is very bad as it is not able to figure out the money transaction failure and was not ready to accept the same. December 8th Promised me about the refund and the amount get credit back to source account (PFA for a proof). Again, around a month later the mobikwik initiated refund on December 24th 2021 but after that no update and not status of the same from Mobikwik, Customer care representatives disconnected the call multiple times whenever they asked properly for refund status and failed to give exact data of refund. On today, January 9th 2022, till now I'm not able to get refund and this cause me a huge time loss, making me anger cause my health issue as even by knowing as its credit card bill payment, due to worst service of Mobikwik I'm getting interest for my late payment. Also, without concern and without proper solution n have closed the Mobikwik have closed the complaint ticket:22231418.

        Never Mobikwik took initiate to update my money status, every time I try to call need to wait more than 15 minutes due to their bad support service make waste of huge time and patience. Till now mobikwik never spoke to my bank to initiate refund. Due to all this I'm paying extra amount to my credit card account as a penalty due to the mistake of Mobikwik.

          Unauthorised Debit of Rs. 531 from my Mobikwik wallet. Rather than resolving the issue my wallet has been disabled. I am expecting a refund of Rs. 3299 from Myntra which has already been initiated by them. I am not getting any response from anyone regarding :
          1. How could I login/sign in to my account?
          2. How long will it take for them to resolve my issue ( i have fulfilled all the formalities such as filling up the questionnaire, enclosing an ID and screenshot o[censored]nauthorized transaction)

              I have Transaction 1st December 2021 Flipkart on Amount 1798 but Technical issue my transaction is not Received Flipkart and still my Amount is on hold. i have Not Received my refund yet. I have Request and Complain many times but not any action about this issue. I Request you to please Refund my money as soon as possible.

                    Hi,

                    The complaint is about the fraudulent behavior of MobiKwik.

                    I performed 7 transactions on 18-Jan (INR 2000 each and total sum INR 14000).

                    INR 14000 got deducted from my bank account.

                    But only 6 transactions successful on CoinDCX side. INR 14000 debited from me and only INR 12000 credited on CoinDCX.

                    CoinDCX confirmed the transaction was declined by MobiKwik.

                    I have been following up since 18th Jan and MobiKwik customer service is very poor.

                    I have clearly stated transaction “UPI(#Orderld:3b2eec2e5a62)” performed on 18th seems problematic. There is not even an invoice for this transaction in MobiKwik site. I have been explaining this several times but the incompetent MobiKwik team is providing irrelevant answers. You guys are unfit to be in financial sector. No sensitivity.

                        500rs deducted from my bank account but I didn't received it in my mobikwik wallet please refund my money back or just kindly credit it in my mobikwik wallet.

                              Actually it been more than 2 month, refund initiated by merchant but still not credited to my bank. Nd every time I call to mobikwik they say same this mam please wait 7-10 business day, they ask your bank statement i share that also but still after all this process i don't get my money nd mobikwik make me fool, no one working on my this issue, they lying to me everytime so please help me i need you help amount is 998+998 it's too transition but still they don't do anything please help me ..

                                  I have done a transaction on 12th January 2022 with the MobiKwik UPI. The transaction id is[protected]. It's a collect pay request. This upi transaction is not shows in my MobiKwik statement. MobiKwik said it's a successful Transaction but Receiver has not received the amount.
                                  When I asked to my bank regarding this transaction They said it's not a SBI APP so They can't help regarding This Transaction. Please help me to refund the amount. I will attach all the documents regarding the transaction.

                                    I am Priyanka Agarwal from delhi. I used the Mobikwik app. for so long.i made one transaction on 21st of January 2022 from wallet to bank transfer.But its transfer to wrong account number and i raised ticket as well on Mobikwik app. too not able to contact you.

                                      Dear sir, i have transferred amount Rs 9500 to a bank account. Due to some mistake money transferred to a different account.
                                      So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number.

                                        Dear sir, i have transferred amount Rs 30000 to a bank account. Due to some mistake money transferred to a different account.
                                        So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number.
