I have made a transaction of 10177through mobikwik to wazirx on 26 jan, but the amount got deducted from my account and not got addad to wazirx. Transection is showing but I didn't get money( it is showing invoice not available for this transection) mobile no. [protected]

      I have done add money transaction on 28 feb 2022 from my union bank account but transaction failed due to connectivity issue, but my account deducted RRN[protected] .After that i do same transaction from HDFC account RRN[protected] which was done successful and amount added in wallet..

      But till date i have not get refund of my transaction RRN[protected]

      Please provide me contact number of some authorized person of mobikwik so that i can get fast solution

        Showing 10, 000 INR personal Loan but i don't need the same any more
        many times i have filed complaint for this but after 6 months nothing resolved

          Hi i transferred money through mobikwik in coindcx my amount debited but they are now refusing we didnt received amount n now everytime i call just they tell we didnt get amount wait 24 hrs to 48hrs n i did transaction on 2nd march 2022 but still no response from them.

            I had done wallet to bank transfer on march 1st, till now the transaction is in pending stage. Its been over 7 working days and I haven’t got the refund till now.

              I have logged in with my number [protected] but i am not able to link my bank accounts related to this number. Bank details which have been linked with other number is displaying in in this account number and i am not able to delete it

                    I have install mobikwik app about 3 months ago and by mistake i activate zip services unwillingly. Due to this my credit score is impacted and becomes low by 62 points from the previous score. I already report this matter multiple times to close my zip services but no one has come to close this matter. Also, I raised this matter on customer care number but no one pick up the call.My ticket id to close ZIP services is 24208148.
                    I don't want and need ZIP services which impacted my credit score.
                    Please help me to close my ZIP services from Mobikwik Account urgently. I will be very thankful.

                        I made purchase through mobikwik and the amount got refunded within 2 days . But the app is showing me to clear the bills. whenever I see the statement it shows the amount has been refunded. I am getting unnecessary calls from mobikwik whenever I ask the send the statement they cut the call. They are cheating people and adding penalties for no reason.

                            On 3rd March I did transaction from wallet to bank using Mobikwik application.
                            But transaction didn't complete and money went in pending situation. It has become almost 6 days but money is still in pending state.
                            Chat support always tell that we are reviewing your query, no one reply on calling number.
                            Please send me back my money.

                                  Amount of 15129 get debited and fraud has happened with me without sharing any bank details.and amount by www.jobplacement.com login and pay of 29 registration fees make my amount get debited of 15129 I want my money to be refunded as that party refuse to refund . And get my all details by other means which I don't know. He is still online at whatsapp who calls from shine job portal but don't refund my money which he says it has transacted by him by mistake. Plz look into this matter and solve my problem and refund me my amount. I have all proofs regarding him bank statement, whatsapp chat calls recorded where he also ask for my adhard card number to refund my money still he didn't refund me. Looking forward for good response and solution of my problem thanks

                                      I have purchase a product through online myntra . and that payment was failed due to technicall isuue and amount has been refunded to mobiwik but you people are showing that amount in statement .many and many times i put a mail and i explain your customer care and collection persons and you people not resolving this issue from last 3 months and again you are adding penalities and late fees.
