On 3rd March I did transaction from wallet to bank using Mobikwik application.
But transaction didn't complete and money went in pending situation. It has become almost 6 days but money is still in pending state.
Chat support always tell that we are reviewing your query, no one reply on calling number.
Please send me back my money.

    I Have Placed An Order On Swiggy Instamart Worth Rs.287 On[protected] & I Made A Payment Through Mobikwik Wallet & Applied Coupon Code KWIK100.I Was Supposed To Get A Cashback Of Minimum Rs.21 But I Did Not Recieved The Cashback Yet.I Have Already Raised A Complaint Against It With Mobikwik But There Is No Response From There Side.They Are Just Making People Fool With Offers.

      I had cancelled my 2 orders from Myntra yesterday of which payment was made through mobikwik net banking. I have not received my refund yet. Please look over this issue and refund my money back.

        Amount of 15129 get debited and fraud has happened with me without sharing any bank details.and amount by www.jobplacement.com login and pay of 29 registration fees make my amount get debited of 15129 I want my money to be refunded as that party refuse to refund . And get my all details by other means which I don't know. He is still online at whatsapp who calls from shine job portal but don't refund my money which he says it has transacted by him by mistake. Plz look into this matter and solve my problem and refund me my amount. I have all proofs regarding him bank statement, whatsapp chat calls recorded where he also ask for my adhard card number to refund my money still he didn't refund me. Looking forward for good response and solution of my problem thanks

            Dear sir / madam,

            Kindly need your involvement to clear this issue .

            I have purchase a product through online myntra . and that payment was failed due to technicall isuue and amount has been refunded to mobiwik but you people are showing that amount in statement .many and many times i put a mail and i explain your customer care and collection persons and you people not resolving this issue from last 3 months and again you are adding penalities and late fees.

                  I had a purchase with ajio with mobikwik wallet and there was an issue withg item recieved and the item was returned and the refund was initiated within a day itself and reflected to the mobikwik wallet and after few days mobikwik wallet emerges with pay the due which is out of no where, i dont have anything to pay and a customer care executive put penalty and you people hell not responding to the customer sevice calls and finind penalty. which is very bad service from the mobikwik department and an executive irresponsible called rekha said she doesnt know what to do and made me pay the amount and then said you can send to your bank and i did as your executive said and she will resolve and waive off the penalty and but nothing happend and the problem is if this issue have badly effected my cibl scorfe because of you people mobikwik i will file a case against you in the court.. if my cibl score is not back to normal you people are responsible due to this much of drama fro your part... customer jasar [protected]

                    I have transferring amount of Rs.5000 from mobikwik app to my wajirx wallet. During transferring, payment did not added to beneficiary account but the same has been deducted from bank. Payment status is also not showing on mobikwik app.

                    Kindly resolve the matter on urgent basis.

                        I haver never selected for fraud inssurance of 225...against transaction of transfer amt 4000 and fees 148 ...i dont want any inssurance ...refund that 225 amt
                        Also for doing any transaction from mobiqwik why they auto select for so called policy for confusion...i dont want any so called policy/insuurance from icici lombard
                        Dont know they are tiedup for the same to sell their worthless inssurance

                          The amount of 15265 has been debited from my bank account but not credited in my wazirx( reciever's end). I am not able to reach out to the MobiKwik customer care executives. Please solve my issue as that money is very important for me and I have no money left with me. In Mobikwik, it says that the transaction is successful and in WazirX, it says that the deposit failed. please return my money . Please!!!

                          As my problem was that the request was a collect pay request and i used mobikwik for completing the collect pay request. So, As my transaction failed and the money was also not transfered to the recieveing end but as it was a collect pay request made by the recieving end itself so the money transacted from the account must be in the gateway that they use(Mobikwik). you must reach out to the recieving end also and discuss about the matter. I tried calling and reaching out to the customer care executives of MobiKwik and WazirX both. I didn't get any response from the Mobikwik's customer care side which led me here on this site filing a complaint . But, I did get a good and proper response from the WazirX side and they made me feel comfortable about the matter and told me that this is not a new or rare case, this was a common case and as this was a collect pay request made by WazirX so, they told me that they will surely accelate my issue and My money is safe with them and I needn't worry about the money not being refunded back to me. So, to all reading this, I will suggest to first try to talk with the executives of the company in all possible way and then take any further steps if required. Have a nice day ahead.

                          I am happy to say that the money has been refunded to me successfully. Some of the people may face some issues regarding the refund for their money so i only suggest them to go through the terms and conditions of the refund policy of the particular company,

                              But I see that my amount again debit by mobikwik

                                  I have spend some amount approx 7k in the month of dec21 bill generated which I have to pay before 20Dec.
                                  I was unable to pay due to some technical issue in the app I raise my concern to customer service they provide me sms link to pay with penalty charges I paid 8249 Rs with penalty charges although there's no delay from my side.
                                  Payment status not updated till Jan 22 after that I got message to pay approx 11k to settle the same now the app working and I paid the same again approx 11 k which was updated in app.
                                  Now I am asking for the payment of rs 8249 from last 2 month still no reply from their end always getting repeated answer we are working on it.
                                  Again I was transferring amount 3000 from mobikwik wallet to bank which was stuck while processing and got message to get same refund within 5-7 working days that amount also not refunded.
                                  I would request to consumer forum to take strict action against the Mobikwik which is doing unethical activity with customer and taking casually.

                                      I had made payment for outstanding balance of my mobikwik account and I observed additional amount got deducted for policy that I have not opted in.

                                      It's cheat and I am very frustrated with mobikwik

                                        I tried to add money in my mobikwik wallet Rs.900 but it showed transaction failed so I again tried to add Rs.900 to my mobikwik wallet and the transaction was successful but it deducted total Rs.1800 from my account
