This is to inform you that on 17/01/2022, Rs. 3053.10 was debited from my bank account which had to be credited to my Wazirx account for which mobikwik upi id was used by me. But the transaction failed and the money was not credited to my Wazirx account. So in that case full amount should be reverted back to my bank account, while the case is, it hasn't been. The transaction history doesn't show this failed transaction on mobikwik app. You need to work on that too. The help section is useless with automated bot with no email id or contact number for customer support.
So kindly do the needful and refund the Rs. 3053.10 debited from my bank account urgently.
