My name is nilofar sameer khan, on 20/02/2022 i am rechage my jio mobile no [protected] via your upi, and that time my jio trasanction is failed and amount rs 602.20 is deducted from my account and which is not refunded to me,
after that i called you in your customer care services but they are not pick up my phone call and i am suffered and harashed, then i mailed you but you are not responding then i decide to file complaint against you, regarding my money,
sir i requst you that pls refund my money as ealy as you possible, and i enclsoed the trasanction statement with this complaint,
if you are not refund my amount then mobikwik upi is whole and sale liable for future expences and interest also given to me.
then i again requsted to you give me back my money of rs 602.20
