Hi
I was unable to pay my zip balance because of errors popping up in the app "Something is Wrong"this happened for 15 days. Customer support acknowledged the same and said there were some issues with the app but I still have to pay the 300rs. Penalty.

If there are issues with the app why should I pay 300rs penalty??

How can it be marked resolved when it is not resolved?? Everyday someone keeps telephoning and threatening me to pay 1700+₹.

    I want to add money in coindcx through mobikwik then I paid money to mobikwik but money got stuck and coindcx rejected the transaction. Mobikwik didn't generate invoice for the transaction but I have many proofs and attached all important photos. In simple words mobikwik doind fraud to not generate invoice and taking money from customers.
    They are fraud
    I want my money.

      Hello

      From my SBI account, Rs 71000 was deducted on one Mobikwik systems Gurgaon. We received a call from a person impersonating an employee of SBI and minutes after that following fraud transaction were initiated :-

      1. Amount - 4, 148.39 - by debit card-OTHPG[protected]one mobikwik
      systems pGURGAON -

      2. Amount - 20738.63 - by debit card-OTHPG
      [protected]one mobikwik
      systems pGURGAON

      3. Amount - 20742. by debit card-OTHPG
      [protected]one mobikwik
      systems pGURGAON

      4. Amount - 10369.96 by debit card-OTHPG
      [protected]one mobikwik
      systems pGURGAON

      5. Amount - 10, 369.96 by debit card-OTHPG
      [protected]one mobikwik
      systems pGURGAON

      Please go ahead and track this transaction and initiate my refund. Point of query this is not the first time i am seeing such an issue, many people have complained for the same. Is Mobikwik aware their platform is being used for such transaction, multiple transactions like this are used and they couldnt stop it. Please assist with the refund,

        I have done one transaction of Rs. 3000 on 26th November 2021 in the name of Neblio Technologies Pvt Ltd. The money got deducted from wallet but not reached to merchant and also not return to my wallet. I have taken Follow-up on there customer care number but they are not entertaining my complaint. I have sent them 6 mail to resolve this issue but they are not resolving the issue.

          Hi, I added money to my mobikwik wallet amount with a bank transaction amount of rs. 9000 /-. Money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet.                 I have purchase of gold from mobiwik worth 1800 iam not able sell my gold back since 1 month it showing msg gold sell is temporary disable.. i need money urgently... gold amount is not transferring in mobiwik wallet nor upi id pls resolve this isssue asap

                  My money is deducted from bank account but not added in mobikwik wallet, even in mobikwik it is showing it is successful but when I'm clicking on it for check transaction id, it is showing invoice is not available for this transaction, my transaction amount was 264.60rs

                        MobiKwik charged me for auto Zip Activation. They activated my wallet for AUTO ZIP by default with out my prior information. Even they do not deactivate the ZIP from my account. They never answer specifically for a question.

                        WHY THEY ENABLED AUTOZIP BY DEFAULT??? !!!

                        I think this is a kind of cheating for collecting money in the form of activation charges.

                          My two loan from mobikwik I am paid half amount by installment on Time & half amount by settlement on Time by Girish Gupta. I am settlement my loan with Girish Gupta from mobikwik & discuss for NOC more Times but no any response received more time mobikwik person not pick my call I am attached all evidence please provide my NOC

                            I tried to reacharge for an amount of 201 for a bsnl no. And that recharge amount was not applicable for that particular no. When I called bsnl customer care they told to get a refund from the app where you tried reaching. And even after following up with mobikwik they Are asking to a written confirmation from bsnl customer. Is it even possible to getting a written confirmation. Mobikwik have all the details. Recharge amount, phone no details they can cross verify it. But it seems like they don't want to give a refund for a failed recharge.

                                      I have made transaction on 9th Dec 2021 through Mobikwik of rs. 2035.40. Transaction was failed but amount got deducted from SBI Bank account. According to RBI guidelines refund should be credited to customer Bank account within 7-10 days but 25 days already completed still I didn't get refund in my SBI Bank account. Please call me as soon as possible to refund amount of rs. 2035.40 to my SBI Bank account. I am waiting for your response.

                                        Hello Team,
                                        As I mentioned i have made electric bill payment for month if November on 28th of Rs.2855 and i Dec foe 1279 which was not credited to TS southern power board and bill is still outstanding although mobiwik showed that as successful took Zip bill payment of both amount Rs.2855 and Rs1270 and none has been refunded to me, when I spoke to executive no proper response they say it was credited to wallet although did not reach to me after all this only transaction done by me was of Rs.777 although they claim mobile recharges are done for Rs3357 which is not at all correct no amount was credited nor paid to merchant please help me I have settled all the bills with them
