I tried to reacharge for an amount of 201 for a bsnl no. And that recharge amount was not applicable for that particular no. When I called bsnl customer care they told to get a refund from the app where you tried reaching. And even after following up with mobikwik they Are asking to a written confirmation from bsnl customer. Is it even possible to getting a written confirmation. Mobikwik have all the details. Recharge amount, phone no details they can cross verify it. But it seems like they don't want to give a refund for a failed recharge.

            I have made transaction on 9th Dec 2021 through Mobikwik of rs. 2035.40. Transaction was failed but amount got deducted from SBI Bank account. According to RBI guidelines refund should be credited to customer Bank account within 7-10 days but 25 days already completed still I didn't get refund in my SBI Bank account. Please call me as soon as possible to refund amount of rs. 2035.40 to my SBI Bank account. I am waiting for your response.

              Hello Team,
              As I mentioned i have made electric bill payment for month if November on 28th of Rs.2855 and i Dec foe 1279 which was not credited to TS southern power board and bill is still outstanding although mobiwik showed that as successful took Zip bill payment of both amount Rs.2855 and Rs1270 and none has been refunded to me, when I spoke to executive no proper response they say it was credited to wallet although did not reach to me after all this only transaction done by me was of Rs.777 although they claim mobile recharges are done for Rs3357 which is not at all correct no amount was credited nor paid to merchant please help me I have settled all the bills with them

                On 24/12/2021 I was depositing money to my WazirX wallet using mobikwik as a payment gateway, my money debited from my account but not credited to my mobikwik wallet through which I would have added to WazirX. I waited for 7 days for refund but didn't received any. Please look into the matter.

                  Dear Team, I transferred Rs. 10102.83 on 31 Dec, 2021 using Mobikwik UPI to my CoinDCX wallet. My CoinDCX wallet didn't received any money and even in Mobikwik its showing as unsucessfull transaction. But my money got deducted from my bank account and is still not reverted to my bank account. My bank says transaction was successfull from their end. Please help me with getting my money back.

                      Zip re payment done but services have been disabled. They said their server are down due to operational issues. Ridiculous service. They kept calling me everyday to clear my dues and then use the funds again and they just disabled it

                        I was adding money 1779.96rs in mobikwik wallet, transaction was failed but money was deducted from bank account but not added in wallet, when i checked in mobikwik wallet it is showing transaction was successful, but in wallet it is not added yet and when i am clicking on transaction history of 1779.96rs it is saying "invoice is not available for this transaction ".
                        i also complained on mobikwik but it's been more than 48hrs still no response from them

                            Hello Team,
                            I am contacting mobiwik team since a month now no response there was fraudulent activity of amount a 2700 approx has been devoted and then after sending online fraud msg my account has been disabled still I am getting messaging to repay the amount and being charged penalty when it’s not my fault. Second thing I have made electric Bill payment in last two month of Rs.2825 and Rs.1259 through mobiwik for which I have made the zip Bill payment although amount is still due in my electric Bill.

                                  I did repayment for the amount generated in pay later of mobikwik but it is not showing anywhere my transaction. Money has been debited from my account. Their customer care service is not responding either. They also have disabled wallet to bank money transfer.
                                  Please help with the problem.

                                    I did a fund transfer to wazirx through mobikwik but wazirx send me a message stating transfer failed but on the other hand MobiKwik says fund has been transferred successfully from their end but if wazirx didn't received then fund should be returned to your bank within 24 hrs. It has been more than 7 days now but no one knows where my fund is. I trusted mobikwik for this transaction since I am using this wallet since long time. This is high time to give up their services if they don't transfer my money.

                                      This is Ravi Kumar Mishra, I facing problem from mobikwik apps . Mobikwik apps not refunded my money which is initiated from Myntra on 26 November 2021. I have shopped some item from Myntra and paid online mode Through mobikwik apps but I returned that product. Then Myntra refunded Money but I don't get my money till now. I have raised issue in mobikwik apps and calling more then 20 times but still my problem not solve . and I share my bank statement with mobikwik apps. Therefore I complaint against mobikwik apps because it is not refunded my money till 5 nov2022.
