I contact to merchant they said Trasactiom decline from Mobikwik and money will Refunded 7-10 days. Bt Till Money not Refunded Mobikwik also Not Showing invoice of Trasaction i contact both Bt No One is serious about my money...

Om 3rd Dec 2021, Fraud happen in my mobikwik account - ending with 0236, i got 16 times redeem code of Google Playstore Rs:- 1500 each + one code for Rs:- 120.

I raised my complaint but no positive response from customer care

I want my money REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

I had made a payment of Rs. 1127.50/- on 1/12/21 using Mobikwik Blue American Card but the transaction failed and the amount was deducted.
This transaction was shown successful so I contacted to the merchant but they had already informed me that transaction is failed.

So I rise a complaint on 2/12/21 using Ticket ID 22283137 and they inform me that refund is credited in 7-10 working days...

Refund has been issued by the merchant and it's been 12 days no response from service side and customer support side....

Hi Team,

My money 2422 got debited from mobikwik and not credited in my wazirx account. Please resolve the issue ASAP and credit my money....

On[protected] while adding money to wazirx via MobiKwik money got deducted but not credited in MobiKwik nor in wazirx account.

MobiKwik wallet shows transaction 5088 but cannot give invoice for that. It's more than 8 days my amount not not refunded.

MobiKwik help center and landline number both are fraud no ones pickups phone and the help center given on app doesn't even submits the application.

I had complained about my query on 15 December 2021 my complain no.22530072. MR. Rohan is handling the matter. The issusu is not resolved yet why it's taking so much time to resolve the issue.

On 15th I made a transaction for my airtel Digital at 8.39 pm. For the same transaction twice the amount of 237.5 is deducted from my ZIP account.

Do resolve the problem as soon as possible. And...

My amount deducted on 03/12/2021 but not refunded, RR No[protected] so many times I complained but still not resolved my problem.
