Hi,

On 24th December I tried to add 1000 to coinDcx via Mobikwik. Money got deducted but not credited to coinDcx.

On 28th December coinDcx rejected my deposit and I am yet to receive refund.

In mobikwik it won't even show the transaction in the history.

Kindly help.

    Hey mobikwik i am doing card to bank transfer on 9.32 PM 2nd january 2022 Rs. 2499.47
    Amount deducted in my card but not transfer in my bank account & the transaction showing fail and also the fail transaction not showing in mobikwik history .
    I m raise a complain in mobikwik application but they do not solve the issue . after 2 days they told me complain has been resolved .
    So resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will complain NCH about your company

      I have already paid my dues in this difficulty situation but he not active zip balance for use, why ? This not fare sir .Please solve it for poor people who used it for difficulties time.

            I had purchased a mobile from Redmi's website for Rs 12499 on 12th December 2020 Order ID[protected] and that mobile got canceled and after that I got a refund from Redmi's side on 12th December 2020 but I did the payment from Mobikwik and till date Mobikwik's No payment came from my side and four to five times i also called mobikwik but they have not refunded the refund yet today its been 24- 25 days but still my money is not credited to my account
            I request the Reserve Bank of India to help me immediately to return my money

                    I had ordered a blazer of Rs. 3780 on 03/12/2021 from Myntra (Order Id-#1190405 [protected]) and payment was done through Mobikwik wallet. I have cancelled the order on same date i.e. 03/12/2021. But I have not got any refund from mobikwik till now. Whenever I call the mobikwik customer care, they refuse me that they have not got the refund from myntra, however myntra's customer care has given me the screenshot of the refund details and even sent me the bank reference number of the refund transactions which is P58LL3A4614GEY0000000Z7.
                    I am also attaching all the screen shots of the transactions.
                    Also I want to clear that there was one more order of 3 items from Myntra of Rs.7481 which was also done from Mobikwik Wallet. Due to return of 2 items, I have got refund of those 2 items(Rs3203 and Rs.1979). But Mobikwik customer care is confusing me with the refund of Rs 1979 for the above order(Rs.3780), saying that they have partially refunded me and rest will come after a week which ends today i.e. 01/01/2022. Also they have put the order id of Rs 3780 in the details of refund of Rs. 1979 to confuse me further.
                    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                              My mobikwik account was hacked by fraud on 28Dec 2021 by fraud
                              He called me and claimed that he is from mobikwik and asked for to otp to close my past issues with mobikwik
                              I shared the otp and get hacked by them(fraud)
                              Plz help me to recover my account to me and delete my account from frauds phone/system
                              I lost my money around INR 11500
                              They cloned my mobikwik account
                              And they can be still using my mobikwik account
                              I am deeply concerned for future fraud transactions
                              Plz reverify my mobikwik account
                              And enable my account on my phone which is now disabled
                              Plz help me recover my money and my mobikwik wallet account

                                  I have done a money transfer through my wallet to my bank account and it has been a day and the money has neither reached the bank or came back in my mobikwik wallet it is showing pending. I can't complain though your helpline number because it always shows that they all are busy.. now where is it it was an important payment i have to do with it.. please take some action

                                      I make trasaction on 17dec 2021 On coindcx Money debited From my account Bt the Trasaction Rejected from coindcx. I contact to merchant they said Trasactiom decline from Mobikwik and money will Refunded 7-10 days.
