      My mobikwik account was hacked by fraud on 28Dec 2021 by fraud
      He called me and claimed that he is from mobikwik and asked for to otp to close my past issues with mobikwik
      I shared the otp and get hacked by them(fraud)
      Plz help me to recover my account to me and delete my account from frauds phone/system
      I lost my money around INR 11500
      They cloned my mobikwik account
      And they can be still using my mobikwik account
      I am deeply concerned for future fraud transactions
      Plz reverify my mobikwik account
      And enable my account on my phone which is now disabled
      Plz help me recover my money and my mobikwik wallet account

Please kindly check and investigate how and whom did the fraud transaction from my account and reqesting you to return my money to my account as soon as possible.

          I have done a money transfer through my wallet to my bank account and it has been a day and the money has neither reached the bank or came back in my mobikwik wallet it is showing pending. I can't complain though your helpline number because it always shows that they all are busy.. now where is it it was an important payment i have to do with it.. please take some action

            But it's not showing in history and also not showing up in mobikwik accounts.

              I make trasaction on 17dec 2021 On coindcx Money debited From my account Bt the Trasaction Rejected from coindcx. I contact to merchant they said Trasactiom decline from Mobikwik and money will Refunded 7-10 days. Bt Till Money not Refunded Mobikwik also Not Showing invoice of Trasaction i contact both Bt No One is serious about my money

                      Om 3rd Dec 2021, Fraud happen in my mobikwik account - ending with 0236, i got 16 times redeem code of Google Playstore Rs:- 1500 each + one code for Rs:- 120.

                      I raised my complaint but no positive response from customer care

                      I want my money REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

                          I have purchased LG WASHING MACHINE FOR RS27490/- FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE ON 10/12/2021 THRU MOBIKWIK WALLET ORDER NO WMBK[protected] .As per their offer which is now current I should have got back Rs400/- as cash back .The same has not been recd . I have raised a complaint no 22545953 in their website & there is no favourable response . My efforts to get issue resolved thru customer care no[protected] has not fructified as they are not able to connect me to the concerned person as the CALL VOLUMES ARE VERY HIGH.

                            I made a transaction of 1000 rupees to a merchant, during transaction firstly money got deducted from mobiwik wallet and then it showed something went wrong and the merchant didn’t received my money
                            In MobiKwik transaction history it shows no invoice for this transaction
                            Now i want my money back and why MobiKwik shows no invoice for this transaction

                                I made a payment to L51202_Myntra Designs Pvt Ltd (order ID-[protected]), the payment was not received but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I made a complaint to MobiKwik and they generated a ticket ID 22586681, Its been more than a week now, I have made so many calls to mobikwik they are taking any calls and they are not even replying in the help and support section in their app.
                                I am so tired making calls every hour to mobikwik and waiting for their reply. Mobikwik doesnt understand that people have other important stuff to do instead of just calling to their customer care no. I am highly disappointed with their service.

                                        Refund of failed transaction - order ID 404906050562

                                        Respected sir,

                                        I had made a payment of Rs. 1127.50/- on 1/12/21 using Mobikwik Blue American Card but the transaction failed and the amount was deducted.
                                        This transaction was shown successful so I contacted to the merchant but they had already informed me that transaction is failed.

                                        So I rise a complaint on 2/12/21 using Ticket ID 22283137 and they inform me that refund is credited in 7-10 working days...
