Hello Team,

I am requesting you to waive off my penalty as its because of your mistake I wasn’t able to make the payment as my user access to mobikwik was disabled from your end before due date.
The mistake is not on my part, hence I am not liable for payment of the penalty.
I’m more than happy to make the bill payment minus the penalty.

I had contacted your support team multiple times to send me a manual link to process the payment but the link which was sent to me was invalid for payment. I have mailed the screenshots to your support team.
Tried creating tickets but the app would throw an error stating that
something went wrong, please try again later.

I have now received an sms with an additional penalty including which my bill stands at 2818 which was previously 2168.83. I am requesting you to waive of the penalty and send me a link of the actual amount to be paid minus the penalty. Registered Email is pratik.[protected]@rediffmail.com and number is [protected]

    There is a fraud happened on 18.08.2023 at 16:10 hours received an IVR call from Mobikwik stating some one is trying to logging to my account from an other mobile and to stop the transaction please press 1 followed by the OTP. After doing that from my Mobikwik ZIp account 54998/- is deducted. Immediately, I have raised a cyber compliant : [protected] also an FIR is raised.       Dear Sir,

      I got SMS regarding unauthorized transaction of Rs 57869.0/ on 31/08/2022 at 12:32 pm and again receive a decline transaction of same amount at 12:37. When I login in Mobi Kwik, at 12:40 pm, I observed the fraudial transaction (transaction ID :[protected]A) of Rs.57869.0/- debited from my wallet. I reported same to Mobi Kwik customer care online and lodge a complaint with complain no#8702451 at 12:43 pm. After that my MobiKwik account was blocked by them. After Advice received from Mobikwik in mail, I logged a complain regarding same to cybercrime portal with acknowledgement No# [protected] and shared same to Mobi Kwik for refund processing as per mail communication.
      On 2nd Sep2003, I received a call from Cybercrime department, and they advise me to report the incident at local police station, I visited on there and logged a GD with GD#134 dated 02/09/2023.

      After 5 days passed, Mobikwik is not responding.They generated bill and calling and sending SMS for payment. Hence, I am requested to accept my complaint regarding the incident happens.

        I have taken a loan through Mobikwik, but after paying 3 EMIs. I wanted to close my loan and I mailed mobikwik and lendbox for the link and I got the foreclosure payment link and I paid the amount through the payment link, amount is 66083/- the proof is also attached.

        But my loan is not closed and no response from mobikwik I would like to tell that mobikwik services is not good....

        I have used 100 rupees zip amount which i didn't paid but they now made it 4500 which includes so much penalties and 99 hidden activation fee. Is it logical to make 100 rupees to 4500 ?

          I have used 100 rupees zip amount and forget to paye which inclued 99 activation fee for using 100 rupees which is illogical. And today after imposing so much penalties they made that 100 rupees amount to 4500. I want to waive penalty charges

            Mobikwik zip scam

            I was a user of mobikwik. I made a payment using a mobikwik wallet on swiggy but without showing the option of adding money in the wallet it took from zip automatically though the zip was not activated. This happened since since they linked wallet and zip together without customers consent. Then high activation, penalty and reactivation charges are asked in messages again and again though the account is deactivated. Its showing wrongly that...

            I had ordered the product on muscle blaze worth rs 1994 and paid the amount using mobikwik on 2/09/2023 at 10:28 PM. But the amount was deducted from my bank and order was not placed. I already mailed to muscleblaze and mobikwik but no response or contact has been made through them.

              I took a loan from mobikwik on 23rd august. And it's already 31st august. I didn't receive any amount from them and also there is no update from the mobikwik team. I have sent mails and raised complaints. I shared the pdf of my bank Statement too. Still there is no solution. Please resolve my issue. Today I made email complaint also. But still no response. How can i get it resolved?

                  Sir I am a Mobiquik user I took a loan of Rs 10000 one year ago and paid it on time. Now the loan of 60000 rupees has been approved but it is not possible to complete the video KYC. It says to do bank verification on the homepage. When video kyc option is clicked, page closes automatically. When I called customer care, I was told to mail the NOC of the old loan. Please help to complete the loan process as soon as possible

                      I am Doing Payment On My Axis Bank Credit Card 9445 on 11th Aug At Mobikwick It Was Showing Payment Done But Problem Was a Payment Not Reflect In My Axis Credit Card A/C & More Than 10th days Have Been passed. they saying to contact axis bank and when I contact @AxisBank they telling to me they not receive any amount.

                          I got call this evening 6:11pm it's an Ivr call asking that ur mobiwik wallet is going to blocked please press to activate and clicked 1 to activate the mobiwik am ### deep sleep and after that they sends an OTP and shared the OTP everything thing is preparely planned like professional mobiwik coustomer CARE ASSISTANT I lost 5k and got a mail heading with name of SWIGGY and I immediately mail to mobiwik frauder realted transition mail they gave a response with in few minutes and after that I called to the coutmer CARE and filed complaint again I was sooo saCRED as iam student not able to the amount image my situation as student am staying far from the home and doing part time jobs to survive here iam not able to pay any single rupee mobiwik team are the responsibility to overcome the situation and this is the worst situation to the sensitive people like mee. I need the solution as soon as possible 🙏

                              I had activated Zip in 2021, and later in 2022 July, they stareted putting penalty on something, now they are saying i didnt pay the activation fees, but back then in Mobikwik app they didnt show any option to pay for it, no suddenly after these years they are charging me 4446rs as penalty.
