Iam unable to change security pin of mobikwik and when iam trying to change by opening security settings by trying with forgot security pin it is not taking me to next page and showing error something went bad please help me money got stucked in mobikwik wallet...

I have used the zip amount in mobikwik. Before due date I tried making the payment but it shows my account is blocked. Tried seeking help through customer care but I received only tickets after tickets. Till date no response from Mobikwik reached me. They send me a procedure of sending account details and then aadhaar card picture, I did that too still my issue is unresolved. I am feeling helpless and depressed about the entire situation....

Dear Team,

I am complaining against mobikwik, i just would like to highlight that after settling amount in due still they showing late payment fees and that increases on daily basis, there customer service is pathetic no one even picking up the call.I request you to please take the action asap...

Please find the attachment of screenshot's
I have done transaction mobikwik to citi credit card bill payment rs 15000 date 11/08/2022 Time 19:55:39, UPI/[protected], Mobikwik app ticket no: 26364623.
But amount was deducted from my YES bank account but amount not credit to Credit card account stll it showing success status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent

Hi,

I paid a credit card bill of Rs. 7500 through mobikwik app on 12th Aug 2022, but it is not credited in credit card and not reversed in bank account.

My registered mobile number is [protected]

UPI transaction id is: rrn:[protected]

I raised a complaint through the mobikwik app in the help section but no proper reply was received.

I tried calling the help line...

Debited by INR 563.07 at 15:33 on account of PRCR/[protected]. But ticket is not booked and also money is not refunded.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi,
    My name is hardiksinh vikramsinh chudasama
    03/06/2022 in my canara bank account cheating 86178 rupees . I complained cyber crime branch and it hold 70942 rupees on mobikwikbank. Mobikwikbank refund my 51178 rupees . But remaining 19764 amout not credited in my account . I call mobikwikbank customer care but not receive very poor customer service and then i mail to mobikwikbank fruadalert but no reply, so i request mobikwikbank...

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    This has been reported last Saturday to Mobiwik email id, but there is no revert and there call number is also of no use[protected].

    I processed a transaction of 899/-, money deducted also received cash back of 45/- but received the message from other payment gateway of RazorPay that this was a failed transaction and Mobikwik is neither bothered to revert over email and there number is also not reachable after multiple try.
