    I am user of mobikwik zip number
    [protected], i have missed last payment due to network conjunction in my area, and they have charged me 700rs penalty on due amount, i have paid all due amount except of penalty, plz waive of my penalty from my account

      I amarvikram singh want to inform u that rs 20000/- loan from transactree is reflecting in my credit score which do not belong to me.The residence address[harishpura, rajasthan] n date of birth [03/01/1999] mobile no.[[protected]]which is reflecting as per records don't belong to me but only PAN no.is mine..Loan acc.no.2637970U of amount rs 20000/- opened on 6/10/2022 .no amount has been recieved by me.so kindly check n resolve this issue ASAP..I will be very thankful to you after repeated mails i got this reply from them which is copied next..
      Please note that you are a Mobikwik customer and the loan account has been opened by Mobikwik on your behalf. We are their lending NBFC for the product; hence, you see our name in your credit report.

      Also, as requested, kindly share the requested documents (Aadhar card and Pan card photo) as you are claiming loan is not taken form you so that we can investigate further.

        I made a transaction in Mobikwik to pay my credit card due on September 26th of 2023, however, I received an email after the transaction stating that it was an unsuccessful transaction, from then I have requested them to refund the money and I have raised a complaint on the same as well, the ticket ID is 9925408 and shared the account statement as well with them. But till today, they said they are working on it, I am getting in touch with them daily, and since it's been more than two weeks I don't have any hopes from the customer service of the Mobikwik team, I am requesting a refund to my account as soon as possible.

          Hello Team,
          This is in regards to a repayment of Zip Emi, I have not received my salary till date due to some technical errors in the system in office.

          I would request a time till this month end to repay the loan and I would definitely be repaying it.

          The executives have been harrassing me 24/7 by calling and messaging on WhatsApp and WhatsApp calling not even normal calls.

          Hoping for a positive response from your end.

            Sir mene mobikwik se loan liya tha 1.75 ka . But abhi kuch emergency aane ke bad mujhpe bhot karza ho chuka he. Jis karan me abhi kist nhi bhar paya... Me arrangement kar hi Raha hu but mujhe bar bar recovery agent ke dwara preshan kiya ja raha he. Please ap kuch action lijiye nhi to mujhe legal action Lena padega.

              Abusive calls

              URGENT ALERTS ❗ ❗ Fraudulent calls are coming to my family members very abusive language has been used also asking for my details. My father and sister get multiple calls again and again also after paying all your dues they don't provide NOC LETTER and call you again and again for recovery.               Hello sir my self Samay Sharma i had transaction through Mobikwik app on 24 sep 2023 from my indusand bank credit card Rs 17150 & 17650 deducted but not deposited to kotak cc account but few days i called on customer care they said paiment is failed dont worry will refund in 7 days after 7 days they said we need 7 working days now its 14 days still refund not reflecting on my account .

                I have used mobikwik zip pay later amounting to 49rs only. After using it they have charged me 199rs activation charge which they haven't told me or mentioned anywhere then i have contacted their customer care number and they said me that in 24hrs they will contact me or will send an email to resolve this issue. But no response made by them. After few days they started calling and messaging me to pay 900rs of repayment of loan with all charges. I have called them and told them about 199rs activation charge and past issue again they told me same and response at all made by them. They flooded me by their calls and messgaes, they always call with different numbers and messages. If we contact their customer care they or share our problem to those who called us for repayment they always say we are not customer care, this is computer generated call we can't resolve your this issue please contact customer care. They are harassing me by flooding calls and messaging if i got harassed by them then just think of the innocent people how they are dealing with them.Regarding extra charges, these extra charges will be added later.
                Whenever I booked it at that time, there was no mention of any extra charge on it, later on they added extra charge and made it a huge amount which makes it difficult to pay.When I started emailing and calling them, they disabled my account and there is no contact, no conversation, no response at all.Pls help me
                I can pay only the principal amount and their charge of Rs 199.

                    Not able to withdraw amount from Xtra

                    I am not able to withdraw my amount from Mobikwik Xtra, It is stopping me by saying as ur earlier withdrawl request is in Progress, However my earlier withdrawl is success and it simply stopping me by saying false reason....

                      I have never used or associated myself with a Mobikwik wallet in any way, and yet, I have suddenly found myself at the center of a relentless and alarming situation. For the past 1 month, I have been incessantly receiving calls and messages claiming that I have an outstanding balance to be paid within the Mobikwik platform. These communications, I believe, are a part of a fraudulent and unwarranted activity.

                      The level of harassment I have endured due to this fraudulent activity is beyond tolerable. Every day, without fail, I receive automated calls and messages, each one adding to my distress. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, the situation remains unresolved and continues to escalate.

                      I attempted to seek assistance from Mobikwik's customer service by calling[protected]. However, I was advised by their representatives to send this email to "[protected]@mobikwik.com" as the appropriate channel to address this matter. Please treat this email as my formal escalation of the issue to the highest authority within Mobikwik.

                      I kindly request, in the strongest terms possible, that Mobikwik takes immediate and decisive action to:
                      Halt all automated calls and messages related to this fraudulent Mobikwik account immediately.
                      Investigate the fraudulent activity associated with my name and contact details.
                      Communicate the resolution of this matter to me in a timely and transparent manner.
                      I emphasize that I have never used Mobikwik for claimed charges, the account was probably opened long back while buying Bitcoin and that was the only transaction long back. I don't even remember the login details. This situation is causing me severe distress, and it is essential that it is rectified without any further delay.

                      I have not received any response to my multiple emails with cyber crime complaint report, screenshots of threatening messages, numbers etc. not sure if anyone is looking into this at all?

                            Regarding Zip emi disbursement issue

                            An amount of 60k loan approved on 31st Aug in which 30k amount locked only 30k can avail. By keeping in mind about that I put withdrawal an amount of 30k on same day itself. But till the time amount didn't disburse into my account. When ever calling to the customer care regarding this with in 48 hours it will reach another person saying it will take end of the month.                               Hello Team,

                              I am requesting you to waive off my penalty as its because of your mistake I wasn’t able to make the payment as my user access to mobikwik was disabled from your end before due date.
                              The mistake is not on my part, hence I am not liable for payment of the penalty.
                              I’m more than happy to make the bill payment minus the penalty.

                              I had contacted your support team multiple times to send me a manual link to process the payment but the link which was sent to me was invalid for payment. I have mailed the screenshots to your support team.
                              Tried creating tickets but the app would throw an error stating that
                              something went wrong, please try again later.

                              I have now received an sms with an additional penalty including which my bill stands at 2818 which was previously 2168.83.
