My account was disabled last on 21 November 2023 due to your fraud activity, I was looted for Rs 37000. Now the bill has been generated and now I can't repay the bill. As mobikwik is disabled.
Your support is non responsive how I suppose to repay??
Your service is pathetic.

    My Name is ashish kumar. I using mobikwik from last 1 year and clear all my dues on time. But in this month i was not able to pay on time so they charge me apprx 1400 rupees penalty. But i pay full amount as given by mobikwik executive they told me pay only 9366 rupee and rest amount will waive off. I pay 9400 on 25 november 2023 and call them for weiver off. They are not clearing my dues and i call sms them but they blocked me. My penalty is increasing and affecting my cibil score.

      I have a received a call on 31 Oct at 11.53 pm with IVR mentioning my account is attempting unauthorized sign in and asked to press an OTP disable to the login. However It is actually an OTP to login to the account. They have paid credit card bill for an amount of approx 59K from my zip wallet. I am unable to get a resolution. I had informed to mobikwik fraudulent mail and the case is also registered with cyber crime and is under process but mobikwik is not responding to my mails, fb posts as well as on twitter.

          There is a fraud of amount 24750 from my mobikwik zippay wallet of 24750 at 11.09 pm on 23/11/2023 . somebody access my account and made credit card payment which is of Kotak Mahindra bank. of amount 24750. i have raised complaint to mobikwik as well but no response till the time. please have a look and resolve because its a big amount and i am not able pay this amount and big loss for me.
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          complaint is not resolved yet and Mobikwik is asking for payments.
          look in to the issue. and resolve it ASAP.

            I have been scammed via unauthorised payment initiated of RS 29000 from the zip wallet on 5th November and mobikwik has failed to provide me any fruitful resolution to the same and has resorted to harrasing me into paying the amount I have not initiated in the first place. requesting to look into the matter urgently and return the amount to the source zip wallet and prevent such fradulent activities in the near future.

                  Mobikwik wallet has debited the amount Stating transaction successful for Myntra purchased but unfortunately nothing is purchased from Myntra still amount is debited and charging with penalty amount.

                    Dear sir,

                    Fraudulent activities happened my mobikwik wallet which I have reported to Mobikwik fraud ops They have raised a Ticket but their Recovery Agent Still irritated me for the loan which I have not received
                    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    happened to me as well. complete scam racket being run here and forcing victims of fraud to pay up for no reason

                      Mobikwik is a totally fraud company, they came here to take advantage o[censored]s, first they force us to take loan even when i told them to cancel it, the reason was they was charging a lot of interest also they charged me higher processing fee, i told them many times to cancel the loan before the disbursal of the money, they didn’t listen and after receiving the money i also ask them to foreclose the loan, they don’t listen that too now i have to pay high interest. It’s a fraud company

                        Hi

                        My Zip service is blocked due to some technical issue in mobikwik.

                        Confirming the same with mobikwik customer-care over multiple calls, they keep saying its a technical issue and it will be resolved soon.

                        The problem is that my zip bill was generated on 1st of November with a due date of 5th November and if its not paid within the time limit, a penalty would be added to my pending bill.

                        I fully clear my bill every month and have never defaulted with any payment.

                        Now the customer-care have asked me to wait till the time this issue is resolved and being 5th of Novemeber today, if the issue is still not resolved, I would like mobiikwk to take responsibility and remove any penalty charges and also tell the collection department that this was the fault from mobikwik due to which the customer could not make the payment.

                        Because having told by other people, the collection department talks very rudely without considering the problem and starts calling random contacts from the your contact list.

                        I am also attaching videos and pictures showing that my zip is not even opening in the app now.

                          Sir,
                          I took a zip loan from mobikwik on oct 2022 of rupees 1700/- because of serious health issues i was admitted in hospital for five months and now i got a call from mobikwik team to pay 15000/-. How they charged this much for small amount? Harassing by contacting my friends family members. Please help me to come out from this.

                            Hi

                            I clear my outstanding bill every-month right after the bill is generated on every 1st of the month and I have never done any defaults with the payment

                            But in the month of November 2023, I am not able to do so as my zip service is showing that there is some technical issue going on with my account and would be resolved soon.

                            I reached out to the customer care and they confirmed the same that I have to wait for sometime and it will be resolved and i can make the payment.

                            Now my Zip is not even opening in the app.

                            Now waiting would result in delay in payment which would incur penalty on my account and the collection agency will start call people from my contact list and turn down to the level of mental harassment.

                            I would mobikwik to consider this if they are not able to resolve the technical issue before the due date of 5th November.

                            Please address this on an urgent basis and re-activate my zip services so that I can start making the payment and use zip service.

                                  I continuously received calls and messages from which seemed like official Mobikwik number. I ignored for over a month and then one day I took the call, it said that your account is vulnerable and that you will receive an OTP to secure your account or something along those lines. I entered the OTP in the app. Then all of a sudden 2300 rupees got deducted from my wallet which had a cap of 5000. I instantly reported and raised a ticket. After that my account got disabled and I was unable to login to my account. Its been almost a month and I haven’t received any reply to the ticket I raised. I tried reaching to the customer care but to no avail. Someone from Mobikwik called me and he enabled my account. Now some others are calling me from Mobikwik and are talking very rudely.

                                    मोबिक्विक ज़िप का उपयोग करने पर बाद में भुगतान करने पर केवल 49 रुपये मिलेंगे। इसका उपयोग करने के बाद उन्होंने मुझसे 199 रुपये का सक्रियण शुल्क लिया, जिसके बारे में उन्होंने मुझे नहीं बताया या कहीं भी उल्लेख नहीं किया, जिसका ऐप में कही भी किसी तरह का कोई भी 199 रुपए का चार्ज का उल्लेख नही है फिर मैंने उनके ग्राहक सेवा नंबर पर संपर्क किया और उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि 24 घंटे में वे मुझसे संपर्क करेंगे या इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए एक ईमेल भेजेंगे। लेकिन उनके द्वारा कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी गयी. कुछ दिनों के बाद उन्होंने सभी शुल्कों के साथ ऋण के पुनर्भुगतान के लिए 1900 रुपये का भुगतान करने के लिए मुझे कॉल और मैसेज करना शुरू कर दिया। मैंने उन्हें फोन किया और उन्हें 199 रुपये के एक्टिवेशन चार्ज और पिछले मुद्दे के बारे में बताया, उन्होंने मुझे फिर से वही बताया और जवाब दिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे फिर से कॉल करना और मैसेज करना शुरू कर दिया और लोन चुकाने के लिए पूरे 1900 रुपये का भुगतान करने को कहा। उन्होंने मुझे अपने कॉल और संदेशों से भर दिया, वे हमेशा अलग-अलग नंबरों और संदेशों से कॉल करते हैं। यदि हम उनके ग्राहक सेवा से संपर्क करते हैं तो वे या अपनी समस्या उन लोगों से साझा करते हैं जिन्होंने हमें पुनर्भुगतान के लिए फोन किया था, वे हमेशा कहते हैं कि हम ग्राहक सेवा नहीं हैं, यह कंप्यूटर जनित कॉल है हम आपकी इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर सकते, कृपया ग्राहक सेवा से संपर्क करें। वे मुझे कॉल और मैसेज की बाढ़ लाकर परेशान कर रहे हैं। मेने जो 49 रूपए का बकाया राशि थी उसको में जोकि mobikwik की पार्टनर कंपनी IDFC first bank को पेमेंट कर चुका हूं और जो मेरा mobikwik का एकाउंट था उसको इन्होंने ब्लॉक कर दिया है जिसको में ओपन नही कर सकता हूं बल्कि जो 49 का जो लेनदेन हुआ था वो एक फ्रॉड तरीके से किया गया था जिसका मुझे पता नहीं था कि कब और कैसे किसने किया था उसके बाद भी में 49 का पेमेंट करने को तैयार था लेकिन उसके बाद अकाउंट ब्लॉक था और मैं पेमेंट कर नहीं पाया जब मुझे पता चला कि यह आईडीएफसी बैंक का है तो मैंने उसका पेमेंट वहां पर कर दिया है और जो पेनल्टी है उसका मेरे पास बार-बार ईमेल और कॉल आते हैं जिससे मैं परेशान हो चुका हूं कृपया करके मेरे lone अकाउंट को सैटल करे और मेरा सॉल्यूशन करें जिससे मेरा अकाउंट दोबारा से चालू हो सके जिनको इन्होंने यूजर डिसेबल किया हुआ है

                                        Someone had done a transaction of Rs 49 from my account many days ago, I don't know who had done it, it was a kind of fraud, I want to make the payment.
                                        There was an outstanding balance of Rs 49 in my name which I want to pay and I also want to pay the charges of Rs 199. My account has been disabled.
                                        You are requested to enable my account so that I can make the payment, it has not been enabled for a long time and has been disabled due to which no transaction is possible anymore.my account has been disabled. I cannot pay the amount that is there, I can only pay the amount which is 49 plus 1099 which are charged. Payment can be made when they enable my account which they have disabled.
                                        Pls enable my account

                                        मोबिक्विक ज़िप का उपयोग करने पर बाद में भुगतान करने पर केवल 49 रुपये मिलेंगे। इसका उपयोग करने के बाद उन्होंने मुझसे 199 रुपये का सक्रियण शुल्क लिया, जिसके बारे में उन्होंने मुझे नहीं बताया या कहीं भी उल्लेख नहीं किया, फिर मैंने उनके ग्राहक सेवा नंबर पर संपर्क किया और उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि 24 घंटे में वे मुझसे संपर्क करेंगे या इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए एक ईमेल भेजेंगे। लेकिन उनके द्वारा कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी गयी. कुछ दिनों के बाद उन्होंने सभी शुल्कों के साथ ऋण के पुनर्भुगतान के लिए 1900 रुपये का भुगतान करने के लिए मुझे कॉल और मैसेज करना शुरू कर दिया। मैंने उन्हें फोन किया और उन्हें 199 रुपये के एक्टिवेशन चार्ज और पिछले मुद्दे के बारे में बताया, उन्होंने मुझे फिर से वही बताया और जवाब दिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे फिर से कॉल करना और मैसेज करना शुरू कर दिया और लोन चुकाने के लिए पूरे 1900 रुपये का भुगतान करने को कहा। उन्होंने मुझे अपने कॉल और संदेशों से भर दिया, वे हमेशा अलग-अलग नंबरों और संदेशों से कॉल करते हैं। यदि हम उनके ग्राहक सेवा से संपर्क करते हैं तो वे या अपनी समस्या उन लोगों से साझा करते हैं जिन्होंने हमें पुनर्भुगतान के लिए फोन किया था, वे हमेशा कहते हैं कि हम ग्राहक सेवा नहीं हैं, यह कंप्यूटर जनित कॉल है हम आपकी इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर सकते, कृपया ग्राहक सेवा से संपर्क करें। वे मुझे कॉल और मैसेज की बाढ़ लाकर परेशान कर रहे हैं।
