[Resolved] Reliance Communications — VAS Techzone and USSD Auto subscribed and auto deduction of Balance amount | |||
Dear Sir, I am trying to contact reliance customer care from last three days but every time i got a voice saying that ALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. My balance is reducing on almost daily basis with uneven amounts. Even i checked through auto message system that no Value Added Services installed on my phone. Even though they are deducting balance from my account. Details of deductions... 13-Oct-13 VAS USSD Rs.3.00 14-Oct-13 VAS USSD RS.3.00 15-Oct-13 VAS Techzone Rs 10.00 16-Oct-13 VAS Techzone Rs 10.00 + 3 as VAS USSD Mobile Number : [protected] Refund the money and make sure this doesn't happens again in the future. In past also the same thing happened to me by reliance mobile. Today a customer care executive spoke to me and said he will deactivate all the vas services. Short after i received 20 rupees refund. Some 2 hours after i received, sms stating that my account is charged for VAS Techzone Rs 10.00. How to get rid of this. I hadn't activated any VAS Packs. And when i sent sms enquiry for subscribed VAS, it reply's no VAS Packs subscribed. Then why are you charging me Rs.10 and Rs.3 on daily basis. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also getting the same issue and same like you i am deduced with.
Now the sad thing is that they blocked me to reach the customer care service.
When I reach the Customer care it says thank you for contacting customer care service.

Rs.47 refunded yesterday.
There was no problem for past 3 days. But today Rs.10 charged for Techzone VAS.
I don't even know what this Techzone VAS. Really How to get rid of this. This is the third time i am complaining of this issue. Please make sure this doesn't repeat in the future.
