I have been using my Reliance number [protected] since December, 2009.I am having CUG active on my number since then.My calls to my other no are free.I had no issues with my CUG calling since yesterday.But to my surprise my calls are being charged within my CUG group since yesterday.When I called customer care, they said that my CUG is not working now & they don't know why is it not working.This is just too much.How can they stop my CUG without my permission.I was making calls within my CUG group thinking as if my calls are free.They didn't intimate me via any sms or call, thereby violating TRAI's norms.This is a breach of trust that exist between a Customer-Company.I insist that i never got my CUG deactivated as i need to call my CUG group no. of times in a day.I request you to please direct Reliance to rectify their mistake by reimburssing my balance & let me know what the exact problem is.Please sort out my problem as soon as possible.       Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My reliance number is-[protected]. I always faced various problem for 14-15 days in Reliance Network. Problems are-1. All time Network Fluctuation 2. Call is not connected properly, all time alert me 'network busy'. 3. After call connect a big echo problem is disturbed me & I heard my own voice then call is disconnected automatically. 4. Sms is not delivered to other number. 5. Internet Is slow, page is not opened properly. For these all matter I try to contact with customer care, but I am failure because customer care is all time busy for 24 hours. So Sir please help me & take a serious step against this matter as early as possible.

        sir, I ma a reliance gsm mobile user and my No. is [protected]. I receive a message from reliance for recharge 246 for 3GB 3g data. After this i have confirmed it from reliance customer care (198) and made a recharge of 246 online from reliance website. After this i found 2 GB data in data balance and a message next 1GB data will add in 48 hours. After this i have no found data after 48 hours and i made a complain to customer care. That complain No is :[protected]. and today i have received a message from 59111 that complain processed. After this customer care is not able to give me any information due to system failure. Problem : Each and Every time i have not gotten plan specified data in my data balance. In this current issue i have found less than 1 GB data. I have no faith on reliance customer care. Each and Every time my complain is resolved through consumercomplaints.in website. Here i request to officers of reliance, please add by data balance along with 30 days validity.           Reliance telecom is fooling its customer by not providing 3g 1gb data for a recharge of rs.123. I have subscribed this data twice on date 30/10/2013 and 1/11/2013 and both the time i did not get the full data as per the policy of company. Its a sham that they are betraying their customers. I for one will never suggest reliance as it is not reliable. Their customer care service provider adopt delaying strategies to frustrate the customer.They do not attend the call and even if they do they put your call on hold for infinite time. In the end there is no 1gb 3g data and they are putting up false policy to attract consumers but in the end fooling them. Contact number :- [protected]

          It credited my account with remaining 512 mb but the time wastage and emotional trauma a person has to go through. The companies should be penalised for that also.

                Respected Sir, I am using 3g on mobile No.[protected]. For that i had recharged of Rs. 123/- on 17 Oct 2013 and my data was fully exhausted by using micromax 3g dongle. Further i have recharged on 31 Oct 2013 of Rs. 123/- and still 3g pack of 1GB data has not been activated. I contacted Reliance customer care and told the problem... they answered that u have used 3g dongle so that ur data has lapsed and this not for dongle use. I told them that i had recharged earlier the same pack and used in dongle. But they are not listening. Some of them are saying that u have consumed your date by using 3g dongle . However i have not consumed a single MB data till i recharged. Requested to take appropriate action on the abovesaid... Thanking you...

                  sms pack 19 (1ps/sms) is not renewed on [protected] since 1 month. i called customer care many times but they just said to wait and it will get renewed. they said they have took my request and to wait for 24 hours. but it didnt got renewed.so i called again and they gave same answer but they denied to register complain. after few days when i forced them they provided me with complain no.[protected]. and at last they said i cant get benefit of this pack finally i registered a complain here on 22nd Oct. then on 24th Oct, a social media representative called me and he ensured he will look after it and call me again to inform the progress. he registered my complain as[protected]. as expected he didnt called. i just got a message that my complain has been resolved. but pack didnt got activated. on 31Oct i called customer care and asked status of complain no. [protected], he(Mr. Jignesh) didnt answered about that and said he has registered my request for renewal and said me to wait for 24 hour. Again he just registered request, not complain. i called again and asked status of complain no.[protected]. fortunately it was again Mr. Jignesh to receive it. this time he transferred call to senior Ms.Monica after i asked more details about my complain. she asked me hold while she checks the detail. after waiting for 10 mins she replied that i cant get benefit of this as its more than 10 days that it has not been renewed. she said that scheme is not renewed due to insufficient balance, which is wrong because at the time my balance was 54 rs, which was confirmed by care executive when i called first time. she also said that she cant do anything. so once again they didnt just took my request and not registered my complain. but even told me to keep sufficient balance as scheme can get renewed anytime. what kind of answer this was??? if you cant give me the benefit of that pack why you lied, and told to wait. to all the customer of reliance and those who think to use reliance, please dont get into the trap of attractive schemes. because reliance doesnt even follow the base plan rates. my base plan is 50 paise/call/sms-local and national. but they charge me 1rs/sms violating the base plan. i had registered a complain about base plan on 26 Nov 2012, but its not solved till now.

                    Reliance Stealing GB from common customers -Today (30.10.2013), I recharged (From 52811 at 11.32 AM) my (SIM no [protected]) with Rs.123 for 1GB data in consultation with customer care dialing 198. Surprisingly, I could not connect the SIM in my dongle for a moment but in the evening of 30.10.2013 I could find that my 1GB has been stolen by Reliance and the results of Mbal to 121 showed 0.00. This has further been confirmed from customer care office Mr Sasanka Tapodhar. This is quite unfair practice continued by the Reliance and common people are in trap of big publicity Reliance 3G in Newspaper, Display Hoardings, etc. I hope you should look into the matter and give respite to the customer. This is second time, I am experiencing from Reliance as all are in my email records.

                      I was used reliance broadband internet service from last 6 month. my account plan is 2MB Speed unlimited... but from the 1st day of service we can not received speed up to 2MB. normally we received only 72KPBS Speed only. I send lots of complain in customer care but still date we have not received any answer or technical support. not a single technical person visit for this problems.

                          Purchased Reliance Data Card in the month of April 2013 with advance amount paid facility of Rs 2600/- I lost my data card after 2 months in train traveling.and sent mail immediately to Reliance customer care to stop the services. But after 4 months they sent me a bill of rs 1200/- and ask me to pay. Again i forwarded my complaint message to them about to stop the services of lost data card. But no response and now they are calling me for payments which i already paid for 3 months in Advance. Without contacting me after 3 months they change my plan to Rs 700/- monthly. Now they calling me daily for payment and threatening call for legal action. Please suggest what to do. Sanjay

                              Dear Sirs: My relationship no. [protected]. I am using their mobile since 2004. I am surprised to get bill no.[protected], dated September 7, 2013. My bill was exorbitant. When I looked in detail, I found that they have charged under category called " Dial 51234 and premium voice services". ( Amount Rs. 910). How can they charge me for a service which I have never done. Somebody has misused through their system. I have paid the amount, since I wanted to continue the connection.                               I have not activated this service or not any other VAS service
                              why the hell you people deduct this amount from my account .This happened with me in the past also
                              and I complained about this so many time .

                              Why You people activate these use less services without user information.

                              Give my money back I have not activated this services .

                              The officers called me and talked to me long time. I wasted my time as well as money for my telephone. They are yet to pay the amount of Rs.910, for charges which are billed for using 51234 VAS. We are old people and we do not use this service at all. We do not what does it mean?e
                              They are informing the billing is alright. Somebody from Reliance has used this service and they are not ready to investigate this matter. I had been using this mobile for the last 10 years.
                              I strongly feel this is a cheating by somebody. Is it not their job, to find out why such things are happening.Please advise me what I should do to recover this amount from Reliance.

                                I am writing this email as I want to express the frustration and dissatisfaction in trying to get a very simple issue resolved. I really don't know if you are an employee of a Reliance or just another service center team but I am hoping that this email might reach the right group who can look into the beyond mediocre level of customer service provided by the support staff.

                                here is my issue in brief:
                                - I am getting my house renovated and have moved to a team house which is less then a 100 meters from where my existing internet connection is setup.
                                - I have been trying to get my connection shifted but all I am being told is that the service to my new location is not available and the only option I have is that I should place a request to deactivate my connection.

                                NOW THINGS BECOME INTERESTING
                                - I have a sticker posted next to my door (the house where I have moved now). I call on that number to inquire about a new connection, I ask if there is availability of service here (why else would the sticker be posted), and SURPRISINGLY I am told that YES SERVICE IS AVAILABLE and connection can be setup as soon as possible.
                                - I also came to know that the house next to mine already has a working Reliance wired Connection. Another one which is 10th house from mine has a Reliance Wired Connection.

                                NOW COMES THE SAD AND FRUSTRATING PART
                                - Not only have I communicated this information again and again over the email (if you read the chain mail) and over phone to the customer care reps, still it feels like all your support staff is trying to do is close the ticket.
                                - The two email replies that I received from your support staff, Clearly portray that the emails are just a copy paste of a standard template and no one actually even cared to read what I had to say.
                                - The first email reply requested me to not go for deactivation, where as I never mentioned anywhere that I want to discontinue my relationship with Reliance but was specifying the very thing being forced on me by the support teams.
                                - The last email reply told me that the service is not available in the area where as I specifically mentioned that the house next to mine has one.


                                I AM WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION FOR LAST 10 DAYS NOW AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL FOR THIS MONTH WHICH HAS CHARGES FOR THESE 10 DAYS AS WELL SINCE MY CONNECTION IS STILL ACTIVE.
                                SPENDING Rs1500 FOR A NEW CONNECTION IS NOT AN ISSUE FOR ME. BUT ALL THAT I AM ASKING FOR IS SOME HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM. I ALSO WORK IN TELECOM SECTOR () AND I KNOW IF THERE ARE ACTIVE CONNECTIONS LEFT AND RIGHT OF MY HOUSE, THERE IS NO WAY MY HOUSE WOULD NOT HAVE A COVERAGE..

                                I MIGHT END UP APPLYING FOR A NEW CONNECTION AND GETTING THAT UP AND RUNNING AS ITS ONE OF MY WORK REQUIREMENTS BUT PLEASE BE INFORMED. IF I HAVE TO DO THAT, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND RELIANCE ANYWHERE (WORK AND ELSEWHERE)

                                Thank you for your reply in noticing the issue however I want to make one point clear i.e. I did not mention anywhere that I want to or will disconnect my connection.
                                My concern was your support executives recommending me to disconnect my connection and seek other service providers instead of resolving my issue.
                                I m without a connection since 21st Oct and will wait for another 5 days hoping that my concern will be actioned and resolved.

                                Hi,
                                I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with respect to the service provided by the service representatives. I was not aware that RELIANCE EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED TO ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS TO DISCONNECT THERE SERVICE AND LOOKOUT FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.
                                I had raised a request on 21 Oct for address change as I am getting my house renovated and have moved to a nearby house.
                                After not receiving any response I called back on 27Oct and was told that a technician will call me the same day.
                                I never did receive any call and today (28Oct) when I called back on to check status, I was told that there is no service available. (Hard to believe as I moved within 100 mtrs of my house, not even 100 steps on foot!!!)
                                The billing rep told me the only option I have is to disconnect my connection.
                                Then I called in the number that was posted on one of the stickers for getting a new Reliance connection (at my neighbors house). I called the person, inquired about a new connection, gave him my address and asked whether I can get service here or not and surprisingly I was told that it would not be a problem as the house next to me has a reliance wired connection and another one few houses away..
                                "Now how is that possible!!!", is what I have been thinking and is one of the reasons for writing this email.
                                AT ONE END YOUR SALES REPS. ARE EAGER TO PROVIDE ME A CONNECTION AND ON THE OTHER END, REST O[censored]R SUPPORT STAFF WANTS ME TO LOOK OUT FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUGGESTS ME TO DEACTIVATE MY SERVICE.
                                I can conclude 3 things from this scenario:
                                1. Technical/ Billing staff- not helpful at all. Forces customer to part ways. Not interested in listening to what customers tell them. Thinks they know everything rest all are fools.
                                2. Care reps - helpful but have limited resources to get something done for a customer.
                                3. This is a serious acquisition - IS THIS A WELL PLANNED SCAM TO EARN MORE MONEY.. ADDRESS CHANGE COSTS 200RS WHERE AS A NEW CONNECTION WILL HAVE ME SPENDING 1200RS..?????
                                I really hope this incident to be a good example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and not point number 3.

                                  COMPLAINT NUMBER :[protected] registered in Reliance Customer care number [protected] on 28th Oct'2013, regarding automatic disconnection of 3G internet services within 2-3 sec and auto deduction of Main balance or core balance a/c balance & for the same I received a call on 29th Oct 2013 from technical team of reliance but still problem not resolved yet & that problem starts again in the evening of the same day & they asked me to call on customer call number for auto deduction balance, when i called customer care they asking me to call on[protected] for the concerned problem, & agent on[protected] told me to call on[protected] for the same problem I every where but problem is still unsolved && facing this problem from day one

                                  i dont think so you are really caring you customer,
                                  As per our discussion my main balance should be credited with Rs 33, as unnecessary deducted
                                  but that amount still not credited in my main balance yet
                                  & main think at the time of our conversation my main balance a/c balance was approx Rs 15, now its showing Rs 6
                                  (How is this possible if someone is neither made any call nor any single msg)
                                  Its my request please give my money back that i paid for bloody Reliance 3G USB Stick

                                    i HAD RECEIVED A MASSAGE ON MY MOBILE NO [protected] that "AMOUNT CHARGED FOR VAS jumpgames GSM Rs.30/- and they deduct amount from my balance, How they deduct any amount from my balance? when I never ask to activate any VAS jumpgames GSM.I am using CDMA. Also every month they deduct Rs.39/- for VAS SMS Pack without any inform me. It is very bad for company. Now I want my monyback and dont send any massages to me for any scheme, if I required I call you. I hope you look forward in this matter and reply me on my mobile no given above.

                                      I have recharged Rs.200 On 30th Sept.
                                      after recharge I SMS for activation of Rs/123 data pack.1GB 3G
                                      and same day lost the balance in a single day.
                                      I complaint to the customer care No[protected] /[protected] for the refund. I recive SMS this will be solve in 3 days.
                                      But till I can not any refund.

                                      So, Please take action with the company and and get trouble free service to the customer.
