NON ACTIVATION OF 3G PACK

sms pack 19 not renewed

Stealing GB from SIM

Reliance Stealing GB from common customers -Today (30.10.2013), I recharged (From 52811 at 11.32 AM) my (SIM no [protected]) with Rs.123 for 1GB data in consultation with customer care dialing 198. Surprisingly, I could not connect the SIM in my dongle for a moment but in the evening of 30.10.2013 I could find that my 1GB has been stolen by Reliance and the results of Mbal to 121 showed 0.00. Speed Problems, Bill not Received

I was used reliance broadband internet service from last 6 month. my account plan is 2MB Speed unlimited... but from the 1st day of service we can not received speed up to 2MB. normally we received only 72KPBS Speed only. I send lots of complain in customer care but still date we have not received any answer or technical support. not a single technical person visit for this problems....

Reliance data Card

Purchased Reliance Data Card in the month of April 2013 with advance amount paid facility of Rs 2600/- I lost my data card after 2 months in train traveling.and sent mail immediately to Reliance customer care to stop the services. But after 4 months they sent me a bill of rs 1200/- and ask me to pay. Again i forwarded my complaint message to them about to stop the services of lost data card. I have recharged Rs.200 On 30th Sept.
after recharge I SMS for activation of Rs/123 data pack.1GB 3G
and same day lost the balance in a single day.
I complaint to the customer care No[protected] /[protected] for the refund. I recive SMS this will be solve in 3 days.
But till I can not any refund.

So, Please take action with the company and and get trouble free service to the customer.

Reliance failed to provide the service and did not refund money

I paid 1350 for reliance brodband connection.After 1 week they told connection cannot be given as I denied to Bribe the technician.Customer care does not respond.after continuously following up with for 2 months they gave a check with wrong name.They are making me to go in search of their offices for getting it rectified but till today they are not responding.Its been 3 months since they failed to provide my refund amount....
