    I am Ankush dahiya, mobile no. [protected] have applied for 2 times to port my no. but the process can't be completed bc'z you haven't closed my services . I have been waiting for more than a month & already paid my bill in advance.
    As per the TRAI guidelines mobile no port request must be processed with in 7 days. Please do the needfull or i will have to take the matter with TRAI.

    These are the instructions of TRAI
    Q 1. A consumer has made a request for termination (closure) of the service. How long has he to wait? What about rentals and other dues?
    A. The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days.

      My plan is 1499 unlimted calls & internet. But my bill reaches to 3958 ruppes, they barred my calls and unable to tell my call details and forcing my to fill the all amount without giving any detail.

        I am reliance user and today they have unnecessarily deducted an amount of Rs 94/- saying that you have subscribed for some yoga updates. This is not the first time reliance has been doing this. This is seriously unacceptable. I want my amount to be refunded ASAP. I am fed up with the service of reliance and i am thinking to move out of reliance. They charge unnecessarily. I tried calling several times but i do not know what the customer service people do, i am not able to call the reliance customer no...I am so much dissatisfied with the service. I want this to be urgently resolved and my deducted amount to be reverted.

          I Got a Very Shocked Diwali Gift on My Cell No. [protected] on 5th Nov by getting Message from Reliance Mobile that Your NET Package is successfully charged & very next moment Rs. 123 deducted from My Main Balance. After few minues I Logged a Complaint with Reliance Customer Care that I have not subscribed for any Net Packages & my deducted balance should be added in My Main Balance. They give me Complain No.[protected] & assured that the balance will be refund & added in next 3 days. I again shocked on 7th Nov after getting message from Reliance that Amount was deducted due to VAS packages activation. They also mentioned that my problem has been solved. I am unable to understand, whey I haven't subscribed for any package, logged complaint for the same, why company not solve my problem / refund my deducted money?             This is in continuation to my previous post located at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/broadband/reliance-communications-c854364. I received a call from Reliance Social Media team and the lady told me that she has escallated the issue to the customer care team and someone will call me back to sort the issue. I explained to her that I have been sent a legal notice and I have had to take 2 days of leave from work and I had to pay for a consultant to ask about the future course of action. I am not willing to bear these expences when it is not my fault. She said that she will call back to discuss the compensation for all this. After a few days I have received the following email: From: RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com [mailto:RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com] Sent: Thursday, October 17, 2013 10:58 AM To: Dikshit, Hemal Subject: RCOM Service Termination Letter Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 17/10/2013. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability. Regards, Yours truly, Reliance Customer Care There is also a note on the previous post on Oct 28, 2013 by RDTVcare and RCOMcare stating "Dear Customer, We have tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, Please provide with any of your alternate number if issue still persist. Regards, RCOMcare" I checked my phone which was on and had a signal. There are no missed calls in the list and yet I am being told that they tried to contact me. I have immediately replied to their post stating "Please advice which number did you call since I do not see any missed calls on my phone. Call me on [protected] or [protected]." So far there has been no call back. This morning I have again received a call from Reliance about a pending bill payment. How many times is this going to go on for and how long does is it take for your company to sort out your own problem. Stop harassing me and I want to be compensated for all the problems, waste of time, effort, money, all the leaves I have had to take and cosultation fees. I want this fixed immediately.

            There has been no action till date on this. I have received a call this morning from a lady (number - [protected]) who cliamed that she is calling from Consumer Court Delhi. She was not ready to disclose her name or details. She spoke all over my questions and said that a case has been filed against me by Adv. R.C. Gautam and I am supposed to call him on [protected] and tell him that my file number is 311R13.

            I have googled and found that this lawyer is spoken about in a lot of forums like:

                    Hi i had closed my wire line connection account no[protected]. After that i was billed a amount of approx 250 which included some late fess which were disputed. I contacted reliance communication office in kuber park pune. The asked me to pay 150 rs and settle the issue which i did. details date 14/08/2013 reciept no 12135983 name of executive sreenath. After this settlement i am getting sms asking me to be present at customer court please look into the issue

                      My reliance no. +91-[protected] last nyt that is 6th nov. 2013 my balance was abt rs 170 nd mobile data was 8.05 mb left nd 7th nov morning the balance is 0.09 rs. Nd mobile data is still left 8.05 mb. I have Screenshots of the msgs of mobile data nd this company is not doing it for the first time.. Previous month they deducted 66rs nd this month they have deducted 170.i want my money to be refund as soon as possible. I am annoyed with reliance service. Customer care representative keep saying Itz getting update so we can't fetch out the details call us later u keep calling they will keep saying the same message. Due to the fear of balance Deduction I close my data pack a day before always. But still my balance gets deducted that's completely unjustified nd I Vl case a file against them.

                      Dear Team, My number is [protected] Reliance CDMA unfortunately they are activating different types of services and duducting amount from main balance as I never activate any service till now but then they are activating any services after that I receive sms on my mobile that your caller tune is activated etc. If I had not done anything nor activate any caller tune or any services then why automatically services are being activated as I don't want any value added services. This is the major issue that no one is responsible to take major action against this wrong hapenning to the customer as i have lost 50 to 90 rupees. as on 31/10/2013 at 07:09pm received sms regarding caller tune activated. I had also mail to the nodal officer but they never reply to our mai nor customer care solve our query. Kindly look into the matter and please solve the query as soon as possible.                         Maxxton India Technologies Pvt lmt, Floor-6, Wing-2, Cluster C, EON IT PARK, Kharadi, 411014 Reliance has a STD tariff of Rs. 37.00 for 30 days in which for first 200 minutes will be charged at 25 paisa/min then 40 paisa/min, this is auto-renewal pack which activates after 30 days. I activated this plan 2 months back and used first 200 mins for 25 paisa/min then for few days it was charging 40 paisa/min as 200 minutes were finished, on 28/Oct/2013 it got auto-renewal for which i should again get 200 minutes with 25paisa/min but when I called the first std call after auto-renewal it was charging 40 paisa/min.Then I called at customer care, and first he said to me that your 200 minutes are over and benefit is activated on your number but after checking "he agreed that their system is taking previous data in which previous minutes (in which 200 minutes were over) of previous tariff(before auto-renewal) are added" and logged a complaint. After 24 hours, in resolution they said that you are already using benefit of this pack as it was charging 40 paisa/min. but I dint used first 200 minutes of this pack in which charges are 25 paisa/min but according to them I have used it and 200 minutes are over now. I have used this plan a lot of times and each time after auto-renewal, I face same situation in which they say that your 200 minutes are over and after calling customer care they gave benefit to me in which first 200 minutes are charged at 25p/m but this time they crossed all the limits. I called at customer care around 15-20 times, a few of them agreed that previous minutes are added (not updated to used minutes as 0-zero) due to their technical problems. What their system is doing is adding previously used minutes to benefit and is not updating to Zero used minutes when pack is reactivated. for example, I activated pack on 29/Sept/2013 and got 200 minutes a 25paisa/min which got over on nearly 20/Oct/2013 after that 40 paisa/min till 27/Oct/2013 (nearly 200+50 minutes were used). then on 28/Oct/2013 it was auto-renewal so deducted Rs 37 from main balance. now first[protected] minutes) should be charged at 40 paisa/ min but at the first call itself I was charged at 40paisa/min. till now I am calling them but they are saying the same thing that your number has been benefitted from this pack and your 200 minutes are over. I have called them so many times on the same issue but this time they crossed all the limits as I have wasted my time in talking to them and explaining my problem. Each month i have to call them on same issue.Now i am not able to call at customer care as it automatically get cut. and this activated plan will be over on 26/Nov/2013 and i will not get the benefit as per tariff.

                          Hello Sir, I am using Net connect+ past one and half year, My complaint is Speed very worst but they had promised me speed up to 3.1 MBPS, I got it only 134 kbps and also my billing amount is high. I was complaint each and every time customer care but they didn't response yet.They are cheating each and every customer around Nation. So kindly I request don't use Reliance Net connect, My data card No. is [protected]. I went to Reliance Communication office in Madurai then I asked about my issue for responsible person, but they didn't reply properly they want only collecting money for me.                             This is to inform that reliance broadband internet is not giving me internet service after evening time. My reliance broadband internet connection is not working after 7:00 PM from the last one month and my internet automatically works at morning without any engineer visit. I have registered complaint about my problem to reliance communication customer care . Their senior technical lead member also call to me from Mumbai those name Mehboob and Chetan who assure me that your problem will resolve within 24 hours but till date, I have not get any permanent solution.                               Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja. I am a customer of Rs.429 LM plan. This is a 3 months unlimited serving & downloading plan of Reliance Netconnect, but I faced a problem for 1 year, which is my modem is going to zero net balance after next recharge date. this problem I face it again & again. For this problem I contact with Reliance Netconnect customer Care so many times and complain for this, but nobody care me & could not solve this problem. Before1 month i recharge it by 429 again but just after 30 days I can't use my modem for 0 net balance. I already inform it to Customer Care but Reliance not refund my net balance.                                 Hi, I am srinivas and using datacard [protected] Last previous month my bill was charged with 100rs as late payment charges.I had called to customer care and check with Mr.Rajesh and he committed that he would do the reverse that amount.Then i paid the amount.After two days one lady was called me and asked to pay 20rs without telling any reasons and she was spoken me with some insult words.Some value on reliance i had paid that amount.Now the main story begins that there are no reversal amount happend in my bill(Which was committed by rajesh) and put again 100rs extra in this month also.Then i stopped the payment and complaint in customer care.But as usual there is no response from reliance.                                     My reliance broadband subscriber ID is[protected]. I've this connection from last 2 years. Recently i requested them to change the internet plan. But without my knowledge along with the internet plan they have added a combo plan of telephone connection. when i check the bill they have billed for telephone as well. In-spite of numerous complaints to terminate the telephone connection it is not been done. The customer service is the worst and incompetent. every time i call them to find the status they ask me to give a new complaint to terminate the connection and keep billing me for the telephone. i've been billed for telephone 3 months in a row now. And many times the internet will not work for days. i request them to give waiver to the days when internet was not working. even that is not done. so i'm requesting to you please look this matter carefully and generated a fresh bill as per my request bill plan with out late free than i am ready to pay otherwise i will never pay outstanding amount.
