I recharged my reliance net connect + data card with the number [protected] on 29/9/13 for 800 rs. According to this plan I should get –the plan- but I was denied internet access after just ten days o[censored]sage. Then I called the customer care service many times and they again gave me access after 2 days. Then I was able to use the net for another 10 days but again they denied me access and when I contacted the customer care services...

Hi, I am using reliance broadband.For the past few months i keep getting the error "DNS not responding". Its so annoying sometimes it will resolve after few mins and most of time its takes hours. I made a complaint abt that and the customer service person told me that he will let the technical team to look it. But until today it didnt get it fixed. It frustrate me at times as its not reliable at all and sometimes it get disconnected...
