Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — Service and poor response | |||
I have moved to TataDocomo from Airtel last week by MNP Number (91-[protected]) Bangalore. From the date ( Nov-2-2012 ) i moved to not getting network range when i use at my Office area also internet keeps disconnect and drop all the time when i use at home, Have tried with different handsets still the same issue. Have tried to reach the customer care whole night and not able to reach them. Then sent them email regarding the same But for more than 4 days no response yet . This made me very upset and have wasted lot of time following them and missed many important calls from family and friends.Its a huge loss for me Physically and mentally . need to take action against TataDocomo for their false advertisement and very bad response.
