Refusal to port to other network

I have been using a Tata DOcomo postpaid mobile connection for almost 2 years now.
However, as the cell service/coverage is pathetic, I decided to port to Reliance. But, the porting request was rejected by Docomo for no apparent reason. Looks like this is a trick to forcefully retain customers and make them pay for services that are hardly usable. Cannot port from postpaid to prepaid

BB services not activated

My normal Blackberry plan(399) was scheduled to be renewed on the 13th Octobeer 2012 but due to insufficient balance my BB plan got deactivated in the afternoon of 13th. I put some balance in my account in the evening and activated the 399 BB plan in the evening of 13th at about 9 pm(through the internet website of tata docomo-pay by your mobile balance option). rS 399 were deducted from my balance immediately but the BB services did not...

DATA NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON RECHARGE OF RS.56.00

On 09.10.2012 I recharged my mobile no,[protected] with Rs.56.00 special
recharge having Talktime Rs.47.84 + 250 MB/month free for 3 months.
Validity : Talktime - Core, Data - 30 Days.

On recharge, the talktime has been provided to me with acknowledgement
but the data of 250MB was not provided to me.

On my complain they refund Rs.27.00 deducted for data on 10.10.2012...

docomo dive in automatically activated

I have called customer care of tata docomo 3 times and also complained on https://www.consumercomplaints.in and requested to deactivate service named channel 99. This service is active on my number [protected] since 1 oct 2012. i deactivated it by calling 155223 and also requested cc to deactivate it, cc representative replied that your service will be deactivated in 4 hours. but instead it renewed on 15 oct 2012

Not refunding the deducted amount rs.99

My tata docomo mobil number [protected], from this number they are offen taking money from my prepaid balance. Some times they do refund me and some times they dont use to refund. All those times they dedect 5 to 10 rs so it was not an big issue but this time today on 22 nd october 2012 in between 4 to 5 pm they have took 99rs from my main balance.. Kindly ask them to refund that 99 rs..!...
