Dear Sir/Mam,
As I m writing this mail to u, I dont know that whether you r going to read this or not but still I am writing. On[protected] I have purchased a prepaid T24 mobile sim having no. +91-[protected] from BIG BAZAAR Udupi , I have submitted all my Id proof and photos right during the purchase of the sim.
During purchase of sim it was told to me that your sim is going to be activated within 24 hrs but till the time I am writing you this mail my sim is not activated and since last 13 days i am facing a new thing:
On[protected] I have recieved a phone call from big bazaar udupi that your sim will be activated within 48 hours of your purchase due to some technical reasons.
On[protected] when my sim is not activated then i again gone to big bazaar for finding out the reason for not activation, then on T24 mobile counter representative told me sir there is change in procedure for activation so your documents submitted today and your sim will get activated within 72 hrs, i.e on[protected].
On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I again gone to Big bazaar udupi for finding out the reason then your representative at Mr. Prashanth at T24 mobile counter has arrange a telephonic conversation of mine with another senior Big bazaar person sitting in bangalore office Mr. Raghvendra then he told me that your application has been accepted and your phone will be activated by tonight i.e.[protected] night.
On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I again gone to Big bazaar udupi for finding out the reason then your representative has aarange a meeting of mine and BB udupi store manager Mr. Mahesh, then he assure me sir give me 24 hrs your problem will be solved.
On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I call Mr. Mahesh then he told me some procedure for activating the sim but after following all the procedure my sim is not activated, then I call him again then he feel very helpless by saying that sir sim activation is not in our hand it has to be activated by Tata Docomo because our service provider is TATA Docomo and your all documents are lying with them only.
Now with all the above mentioned incident I would like to request T24 mobile, Big Bazaar and Tata Docomo to please look into the matter on urgent basis and activate my sim immediately and resolve my problem, irrespective of whose responsibility it is.
