    with due respect
    i had a balance of rs194.27 at 2.16 p.m. (that was last time i made call and message is saved)
    i tried to make a call at around 5:15 in evening i received message there is zero balance
    i had the balance checked at 5.16 p.m. the balance was 0.00
    i had visited tata shop there i checked my balance it was -2000.34
    i had visited their another shop to make complaint at 6:00p.m
    i had made a complaint at the store i was informed i will receive call within 24 hrs i have not received till yet
    the number happens to be my business number but i also carry other number also
    i had made online complaint also, and the response received was that i have to make a deposit of rs2000.34 for 214.31 mb of data used
    if the company is providing 4.5gb of data at rs95 how come the company is overcharging me
    secondly i accept there might have been data usage but with few hours so much amount of data usage in the area i was is not possible
    secondly when you ask for the surfing speed at store they will say it is good but you ask for download speed they keep their mouth shut
    so the area i was in at that time does not have a speed of more that 3 to 4 kbps if at any odd time any person wants to check out can do so
    so even at this rate to download 214.31 mb is not possible
    kindly provide the solution as the company is asking me to pay 2000.34 a very high rate that is not there in market the open market rate is around rs150 for 150 mb of data approximately in 3g, i have cdma connection so the rate offered by mts is also similar to any gsm player
    kindly do the needful and provide solution as it is not possible for me deposit such a exorbitant sum for the service i didnt used

      Hi

      I reside in Pune. I had submitted all documents for activating a new Tata Docomo SIM on 12-Nov-2012 @ "Buy n Talk", Wanowrie, Pune. Its already 24-Nov-2012 and the SIM is still not activated. Everyday iam visiting the retailer and he mentions it will be activated today. He mentions that there is a new process and hence this is taking this long. I can understand 3-4 days but its almost 2 weeks. Iam not sure whom to approach. When i call Tata Docomo customer care, they mention that i need to contact the retailer. The retailer says its with Distributor. Iam really frustrated. pls Help. My details

        Hello,

        My name is Tasha s Dham and my no is [protected] is a new CUG connection. It is just 4 days the number is activated and ur system show unbilled usage of round 1500RS. What the hell is this? I have called 121 & 198 several times to answer me about the details and ur customer care executive is useless, they were very unhelpful, as i have not used this card not more than 5-6 calls a day and this is only local and cug calls. How can this is possible??

        I need the details right away.. I have also got info tht it is for internet usage..wht is this..my handset is micromax x101 it does not support internet usage..according to my knowledge.. even if does support it i have never used internet or gprs with this card as i have my alternatne docomo prepay number [protected] with 250 plan active on it, which give benefit of 250 full tt, 1gb 3g and 2g unlimited on the above number.

        How it is possible that i have not even used the services and being charged for it. Your systems are useless. I have not at all used the internet services on this number. A[art from that i was also informed that i have some other number with the same details and have been charged for that which is again incorrect. I have a other number [protected] and it is nt evn used for more than 5 calls til date.. How can this all is possible.


        I was also asked ques like do u have any other postpaid connection on your name...from Docomo or any other service provider...or have i port this number,,,not at all..i have other number mentioned about..that also is not used..ur system is corrupted and useless

        I need a call back on right away from the manager. I have wasted my time alot in last 2-3 days speaking to your customer service team. It was useless and just wst of time.

        Tata Docomo is liable to pay me the time which was wasted because of this error. How can u charge any one if the service is nearly not at ally used. I need the immeidate attention to this complain or else i will directly go to TRIA. which will make this worst ...and tata docomo will suffer it..

          Respected Sir,
          I had applied for a Docomo sim by the name of Archana Singh(my mother) 2 weeks ago,and still i cant make a call from that number,the people in your company say it will take a long time as the sim activation process has changed.So what am I supposed to do?Wait for a month or 2? If there is a problem in the documents submitted they should atleast tell me so that I can make a correction.Did not expect this from a company like Tata Docomo.Kindly solve my problem

            Dear Sir, TAta Docomo has one of the worst Coverage in the whole of india . They just put up hoardings saying that no one covers tamil nadu like we do . We are happy with your plans and calling rates . But very much disapointed in tthe network service . In spite of complaining over 20 times . No action has been taken . I mailed to the appelate authority and every one ! Every where we go we are forced to switch to aircel tower to make a call or to go to the terrace . All the Mobile shops in our area discourage people to take docomo . What is the use of plans when you can't make a call !!! My house is just a kilometer from your head office in chennai and close to the main road ! under aircel tower none off the booster packs are applicable .
            Pls kindly do something .

              Hi,

              I am Suresh. my number [protected]. i am frequently getting unwanted flash message and also sometimes services are added automatically to my number. because of this tata docomo guys are deducting money every day from my balance. this is like looting the customer.

              i have called the customer care number(121) and no one helped me on this. if tata docomo really want money then inform and loot the customer (by increase call rate and so on) not like without informing customer by adding unwanted service and looting.please do not use cheep tricks to loot the customer.

              every day who will waste time to Dial 155223 to check what services are added to my number and stop.

              I am still unable to digest how come company like TATA are doing like this. Till now i am thinking there are the more trusted Indian company then any other in INDIA. the way tata docomo is cheating customer is not good at all for their reputation.

              and also this is not only my problem, so many people who are using tata docomo are facing the same issue.

              please somebody help me to resolve this issue. otherwise i have to think alternative.

              Please stop sending this unwanted Flash SMS which is frustrating. When i am typing an sms or chatting from my mobile the yes button automatically gets pressed when ever a flash sms comes on screen. I have recently charged for that. My number is [protected] Maheswararao K.

              I am repeatedly receiving dive-in flash messages on my tata docomo numbers [protected] and [protected]... These flash messages are really frustrating as they pop right up on the screen when i'm using the phone... So if The ok button accidentally gets clicked, rs 30 or rs 45 will get deducted. I called up customer care and they told me that it was a handset configuration problem. Seriously, how naive can they be ??? Please stop these flash messages asap on both the above-mentioned numbers...

                    1.Without informing me they are cutting down my balance by activating all stupid services.
                    2. When i spoke with customer care about the above mentioned issue , he responded he will deactivate the added service and refund the money, but the money is not refunded
                    3.Network problem.
                    sir, i have a prepaid docomo no. [protected]. I m recieving love alert msgs from number 54321 which i have not subscribed for. They deduct rs 10 per week for this service. I called customer care no. Several times but they are not responding properly. They say that we have no updates about this service activation. Till today nearby 120 rs are deducted and its going on. Sir, plz take action against this.

                        dear sir,
                        i am a tata docomo user from last 3years. Currently i am using 3 numbers ([protected],[protected], [protected]) . I am a regular user of gprs service. On last one month i have seen several times balance got deducted without any reason and when i inquired i got information i have downloaded some clips or services where as i have not used any service. After long argument some times i get refund and some times not in last 3 days from my member[protected] they have deducted rs 37 like that. I am asking for a permanent solution for that but no one provides me any solution the something was happening with the same number when i took the connection at that time also daily docomo will deduct some amount and after complaining about it they refund the same but now they are not ready to refund. For next 15 days i will be in roaming so kindly help me since what amount i recharge they deducted the amount just leaving rs 1in my account to use gprs i am facing the same problem with my other numbers also. Kindly help me in solving the issue, i am having many mails confarming about the unjustifiable balance deduction and refund of the same if required i can provide thr same..

                        Tatadocomo — balance deduction daily 6 rupees

                        every day my balance deducting by 6 rupees...... please respond to me.

                        Dear Madam/Sir,
                        My number is [protected]. From the last 3-4 days my balance is deducted of Re1 daily for an unknown reason. I have not subscribed for VAS but Re1 is deducted daily from my balance.
                        Please do needful to stop deduction and deactivate VAS if any.
                        My main balance is getting deducted by Rs 1 daily. I had complain several times, they says "It will be deactivated in 4 hours" or "Send VAS to 125" or call 15523 to stop it" and "they can't deactivate it from there end". Any of these statements are not working. My balance is keep deducting from 02-July-2012 to 17-July-2012 till date.

                          Hi,

                          I am Arun Kumar, using TATA DOCOMO prepaid services. I am fed up of TATA DOCOMO unfair deduction of my balance. I have recharge online my TATA DOCOMO number# [protected], 5 times in 2 days ( 22nd Nov 2012 and 23rd Nov 2012) but every time my balance got deducted. I have Recharge with balance of 50 rs. on 22nd Nov 2012 through my IDBI Internet banking and on 23rd Nov 2012 recharge with Rs. 50 + 20 + 20 through IDBI Internet banking and Rs. 20 with local dealer. But every time after recharge it shows the balance and then it deduct the balance automatically in a second it shows 0 balance.

                          I tried to contact DOCOMO customer care and every time I got the response. Your transactions have not been showing in our system and also they told me to refund my money but I did not get any response till now.

                          I am facing this problem for last One and a half month. Every time they deduct my balance without any reason, even I do not get any call or message. TATA DOCOMO refund the money once in a month and very next time they charge double or triple of the refunding money.

                            Daily deducting Rs.2 from my account last 5 five days. I never activated any services and even don't know for what service they are deducting. I want my balance back and deactivate that service from my mobile phone and don't ever activate any paid service.

                                  Dear sir/Madam I have recharge my mobile with 35 rs juice up as per the pack On Net calls at 1p/6s and Off Net calls at 1p/2s for 60days..am in rural area so docomo is tied up with aircel while am in another networks my call tariff exceeds...I cant set docomo manually all times because its not available in all areas..Around 70% of coverage has been given by aircel..So the customer within those area cant enjoy the juice up benefits.Its like roaming in the home state..Docomo is responsible for not covering those areas then how should the customers responsible for that..I think the docomo covers directly in major cities only so this juiceup suits there only then what ll be the position of village and rural customers they are all still paying for the juiceup without knowing this matter.A good network must provide offers equally dont do this partiality..Customers in this docomo networks are all stay here only for this cheap call rates if they know this matter they are all migrate to some other networks

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        As I m writing this mail to u, I dont know that whether you r going to read this or not but still I am writing. On[protected] I have purchased a prepaid T24 mobile sim having no. +91-[protected] from BIG BAZAAR Udupi , I have submitted all my Id proof and photos right during the purchase of the sim.

                                        During purchase of sim it was told to me that your sim is going to be activated within 24 hrs but till the time I am writing you this mail my sim is not activated and since last 13 days i am facing a new thing:
                                        On[protected] I have recieved a phone call from big bazaar udupi that your sim will be activated within 48 hours of your purchase due to some technical reasons.
                                        On[protected] when my sim is not activated then i again gone to big bazaar for finding out the reason for not activation, then on T24 mobile counter representative told me sir there is change in procedure for activation so your documents submitted today and your sim will get activated within 72 hrs, i.e on[protected].
                                        On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I again gone to Big bazaar udupi for finding out the reason then your representative at Mr. Prashanth at T24 mobile counter has arrange a telephonic conversation of mine with another senior Big bazaar person sitting in bangalore office Mr. Raghvendra then he told me that your application has been accepted and your phone will be activated by tonight i.e.[protected] night.
                                        On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I again gone to Big bazaar udupi for finding out the reason then your representative has aarange a meeting of mine and BB udupi store manager Mr. Mahesh, then he assure me sir give me 24 hrs your problem will be solved.
                                        On[protected] when my sim is not activated then I call Mr. Mahesh then he told me some procedure for activating the sim but after following all the procedure my sim is not activated, then I call him again then he feel very helpless by saying that sir sim activation is not in our hand it has to be activated by Tata Docomo because our service provider is TATA Docomo and your all documents are lying with them only.
                                        Now with all the above mentioned incident I would like to request T24 mobile, Big Bazaar and Tata Docomo to please look into the matter on urgent basis and activate my sim immediately and resolve my problem, irrespective of whose responsibility it is.

                                        My name is Santhosh S Pillai, working in Dubai and my native place is Trivandrum, Kerala, India. When I went for a 15 days leave in Kerala, I have taken a new Airtel Sim Card from Mobile City Show Room in Attingal, Kerala, India (Mob. No. [protected]) on 15.12.2012. That time they told me that my number will be activated with in 3-4 days.

                                        After 7 days I have contacted Airtel customer care for finding out the reason for not activation, then they told me that activation is under process. After two days I approval the customer care show room in Pattom, Trivandrum and I was informed that I have to wait for two more days. Since the issue is not resolved I contacted the Airtel Customer care many times and they told me different different reasons. On 27.12.2012, I came back to Dubai after my holidays. I have sent manys to Airtel customer care ([protected]@in.airtel.com) and explained my issue. Each time when I am sending an email they will ask some additional information or some other excuses. Finally I got reply from Airtel stating that I cannot activate my number from Dubai (since it is on roaming). I have lost my money and time and faced many difficulties in India without having a phone connection.

                                        Now with all the above mentioned incident I would like to request Mobile City Showroom, Attingal, Trivandrum and Airtel to please look into the matter on urgent basis and activate my sim immediately and resolve my problem, irrespective of whose responsibility it is.
