Prepaid SIM not activated

Hi

I reside in Pune. I had submitted all documents for activating a new Tata Docomo SIM on 12-Nov-2012 @ "Buy n Talk", Wanowrie, Pune. Its already 24-Nov-2012 and the SIM is still not activated. Everyday iam visiting the retailer and he mentions it will be activated today. He mentions that there is a new process and hence this is taking this long. I can understand 3-4 days but its almost 2 weeks. Iam not sure whom...

Tata Docomo sim card not activated

Respected Sir,
I had applied for a Docomo sim by the name of Archana Singh(my mother) 2 weeks ago,and still i cant make a call from that number,the people in your company say it will take a long time as the sim activation process has changed.So what am I supposed to do?Wait for a month or 2? If there is a problem in the documents submitted they should atleast tell me so that I can make a correction.Did not expect this from a company...

Poor Network & exorbitant Charging

Dear Sir, TAta Docomo has one of the worst Coverage in the whole of india . They just put up hoardings saying that no one covers tamil nadu like we do . We are happy with your plans and calling rates . But very much disapointed in tthe network service . In spite of complaining over 20 times . No action has been taken . I mailed to the appelate authority and every one ! Every where we go we are forced to switch to aircel tower to make a call...

money deduction

1.Without informing me they are cutting down my balance by activating all stupid services.
2. When i spoke with customer care about the above mentioned issue , he responded he will deactivate the added service and refund the money, but the money is not refunded
3.Network problem....

On last one month i have seen several times balance got deducted without any reason and when i inquired i got information i have downloaded some clips or services where as i have not used any service. I am Arun Kumar, using TATA DOCOMO prepaid services. I am fed up of TATA DOCOMO unfair deduction of my balance. Rs. 2/- getting deducted daily

Excess call charge than the promise

Recharge not received

MISSED CALLS AT NITE

Data usage balance deduction without using any data

Blackberry Services

I have a Tata Docomo no. [protected] and have subscribed to the Blackberry Unlimited services plan for Rs.399 a month.

Though the plan mentions has been cancelled and data mode is set in OFF I am still being charged for internet browsing which is ridiculous. I have made numerous complaints and wasted a lot of time on consumer helplines with no use. These guys are professionals in uneducated...
