Dear sir,
My mobil number [protected] i had recharged for rs.123 and regarding this i have already gave 4 complaints but tata docomo had dint yet changed for call booster plan and they dint yet refunded my deducted double cost for calls and they are not even responding for my complaint..! Whats the use of booster its all getting waste ..! I please request u to change my tariff and refund me the amount charged double and extend the date of booster ..! And please do give an response to me through a call in my number.. Thank you..

    I have recently requested from MNP from AirTel to TATA DOCOMO on 16th October 2012 and MNP process has been completed on 31st October night. From 1st November 2012 12:00 AM onwards my AirTel SIM card has been deactivated and I am using DOCOMO SIM card with incoming and outgoing services. after 3 days my outgoing has been barred and later after 2 days incoming also has been barred. I have raised multiple time to Nodal and Appellate team of DOCOMO also met and discuss with them. its now DAY-6; but i do not have neither outgoing nor incoming facility.

    Now I am feeling that this is biggest mistake of my life to have this kind of decision.

    Please find few email communication with DOCOMO TEAM; but till now there was no communication from their side.

    I would recommend that PLEASE DO NOT THINKING OF SWITCHING YOUR MOBILE OPERATOR TO TATA DOCOMO.

    Hello Nodal/ Appellate Team,

    I would like to inform you that, it is very disappointed to be part of DOCOMO. Its been almost 5 days my services has been barred and no one is responding properly with solution. Initially only outgoing was barred on last Tuesday (6th Nov'12) and on Saturday (10th Nov'12) incoming also barred on my number [protected].

    I have visited many times to TATA DOCOMO office in Koramangala. I have met Mr. Ram from Appellate 1st time on last Tuesday (7th November'12) and after discussion of an hour he had communicated me that within 48 Hrs it will be done; but did not happen anything. Then I have connected with Mr. Ravi on last Friday (9th November'12) from appellate team and after discussion of more than an hours he had connected me to Mr. Raghavendra (Mob No: [protected]) who is taking care of Documents. Even i have submitted filled NEW CAF on same days. Mr. Raghavendra has keep saying that it will activate in by evening 7.30 PM on Friday (9th Nov'12); but didn't happen. Later on he was telling services will be activate in another 3 hrs, by evening 7.30, end of the day till yesterday; but still there is no result.

    Yesterday evening I have got one call from Mr. Satish (Mobile No: [protected]) from Activation Team and he told me that my services will be activated by end of today (Sunday 11th Nov'12 11.59 PM); still there was no result.

    This is my request, kindly let me know if Appellate cannot resolve the issue, whom should I approach in Tata Teleservice.

    It is really disappointed that DOCOMO has barred my Outgoings. I have clearly mentioned even before taking this decision and informed DOCOMO team who are supporting me this transition that my outgoing should not disturb any point of time.

    I have moved from AirTel to Docomo on recently. I have requested on 16th October 2012; have submitted required Documents on same date to Docomo Executive. MNP has been completed successfully on 31st October 2012. I am using Docomo SIM card from 1st November, but till now there was no communication from Docomo regarding my plan and services enabled on it. I am just using for it making calls. There are few services also not yet activated which are very much essential to me (i.e. GPRS and Call Conference). without these service I am like Soldier on Battle Field with Gun but without any bullets.



    also got an SMS few minutes that my services has been barred, and requesting me to submit documents as early as possible. Infact I have submitted documents long back. But disappointed thing is when ever I spoke to Customer Care executive, they are saying My no is not yet on Docomo Network. they do not have any clue, why it is not yet updated on your system.



    Please activate my services and update me about my bill plan and other details.

    RAVI MOBILE — Number barred

    sir
    i purcase same sim from triputi aganices but same numbar barred i ask to distributor. also company sale manger but not solve problam also not prasent any time her bal

    Tata Docomo — Neither providing proper service not responding properly from customer care

    My mobile is like a toy piece with a worst SIM one can have that is TATA Docomo, where no communication takes place. For getting a compaint no also I cant call Cusomer care from this no but it shows full siganls. I called from other no and with great difficuilty they provided me compaliant no: nwk[protected].
    this is a highly irresponsible attitude shown by the tata docomo services..no ntwork half the time and empoyees wont respond to the customers properly when called..!! this is highly dissaponting that there is no network from past 2 days that too in a city like blore..if they cannot provide this much in a city then ehat will they provide in villages..!!!

      Dear Mr.Vinod Kumar,

      I've bought a Docomo prepaid connection with the package of Rs.666/-, Which is having unlimited outgoing facility in local network.

      For the last 5 days I am not properly receiving incoming calls. When I am calling to others my number going with double prefix 9191.

      I've tried to contacted your customer care, your system simply said I dont have enough balance and it wont allowed me to contact your customer service executive.

      Then, I registered my complaint with your attractive website and contacted by your customer service executive.

      It was a 90 sec call and the executive apologized thrice the time for your system failure. I don't want to blame your executive since my problem is not with your customer care. Its purely with your system.

      I would like to ask you few questions, I appreciate you, if get a prompt response.

      1) India is having a national prefix of 91, Is that different for Tata Docomo?
      2) When I can speak to any network without sufficient balance, Cant I able to speak to my own network to the customer care? If possible I would like to know your business strategy in this?
      3) Now how to resolve my problem?

        My name is Riten Porwal.My TATA DOCOMO number is [protected]. i have complaint on customer care for more than 5 times but there is no responce from them. My balance is being deducted every 10 to 12 days for silly reason that i have activated bollywood mirchi and all other but my number is on DND(do not disturb) service and i do not activate all this other services. I am a student please help me because i recharge only of 20 to 30 rupees whenever needed and that also os getting deducted by this service provider.Do the needful so that i can use the same number.

        my name is anil kumar and my tata Docomo number is [protected].
        my balance was 261+. but now it is 31 rs. I have not done any call SMS
        service request. I have 1gb 3g pack activated which still remains
        15.36 mb. so how can my balance be deducted.
        i called customer care 198. they said to wait for 4 hours and blocked that number.
        i again called customer care from my other number after 7 hours of balance deduction. this time they say that i have browsed multiple sessions when my data balance was low. so they cannot refund.
        i have already paid for 1 gb data activation and what i get is 261+ balance deduction in the name of data. this is not fair.
        please give me my balance back.

          My previous complaint : I own a Tata Docomo number [protected], on around 25/10/2012 I recharged rs 250 for rs 250 balance and unlimited internet free plan( which is a popular plan these days) on this number , as per instruction I used APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC, At the time of recharge my balance was rs 255.36, I used FREE internet till 29/10/2012( around 700-800 mb), but internet stopped working on 30/10/12, when I checked the balance I found balance rs 0.06, although I had not made any calls, I am unable to understand where the balance of rs 255.36 has gone from my mobile balance and internet is also not working after 5 days which was supposed to last for 30 days. I request Tata Docomo to return my mobile balance of rs 255.36 as early as possible, because this has not happened as per the commitment made by them in their advertisement . <end of the previous complaint>

          As a result of this complaint their executive called me and told that due to some technical problem in our system your balance is deducted and will be refunded till 2/11/2012.

          new complaint:
          They resolved my problem on 2/11/2012 and ensured me that I can use free internet till the validity period(24/11/2012) and no balance will be deducted. I used free internet till 8/11/2012 and it again stopped working on 8/11/2012 and balance reduced to rs 0.06 without making a call. I am fed up by problem caused by Tata Docomo service. I again request Tata Docomo to return my mobile balance of rs 255.36 as early as possible.

          Tata Docomo — BALANCE REDUCE WITHOUT USAGE OF MOBILE

          I am using Tata DOCOMO numbers from last 8 months. Starting i prefer to my family members to use the same company numbers due to low cost and better network. Near about 21-26 persons on behalf of mine join with TATA DOCOMO.

          From last weeks with recharge of card without any calls amount reduced day by day.
          When call to customer cares--- always they responding will call u within short time and no limit for short period.

          Please confirm what is short time in their terms.

          till now balance has been returned to my mobile balance, no action taken till now...
          even after commitment made by Docomo, on 15th nov'12, no action is taken by them, still the balance in my mobile is zero, they are also not reliable now, I am not going to further use their service if this is the case.

                Hi,
                my tata docomo number is [protected] and every month 3 to 4 times i activate the internet pack of 95rs .But problem is that the internet connection disconnect in 57 to 59 min.So my long data are downloading failed. I waste 40-50mb in every time i connect internet. I raised complaint and many times visited at tata docomo service outlet but this issue is not yet resolved. please take the action against the docomo service to resolve my issue.

                Domestic user — Interent disconnection

                Sub: Regarding Ignoring the complaints for MTNL Internet connection for Phone No.[protected] on my PC

                Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
                I am a domestoc User of Internet connenction.
                I am completely unsatisfied with the services of MTNL Broadbend. There is a frequent problem of disconnection of interent connection while working on the number [protected] on my computer. I made 10-12 complaints through helpline number 1504. Out of them one of the complaints no is 40202853. There is a person who always call in response to the complaints from the landline no starts with figure 233... and promise every time that I come..., I come like that but never visit my home for the same. Yesterday only he called up in afternoon (12:15) states that I reach your home within hour but he did not sent any person to repair this internet connection. I contacted many times to another number [protected] but they also donot listen. I request you to kindly take an urgent action to sort out the problem of frequent diconnection of the Internet on my PC.

                i Mr.Ramchandra Rane had taken net connection 3 months before now since i didn't require it as it is served my purpose so i request you to disconnect it as soon as possible.i hav paid all the bills and here after i receive any bill regarding it i'm not reponsible for it.

                2. stay there minimum 1 hour.
                3. come back to your home.

                I am using tatadocomo 2g service for many years. Recently (2-3 months) I am experiencing frequent disconnection of my Internet (disconnection within 50-58 min) so that I am unable to use the connection properly even though I am subscribed to 1gb data/month. I cant download even an email attachment due to this frequent disconnection from your side. Another problem is that it takes a lot of attempt to successfully connect to internet. Sometimes it connect without Internet access.I have already made several complainants in your customer service portal and each representative assured me that the problem will be solved within 4-24 hours, still its unresolved what a pretty good service !!

                (PS: Please Don't say to check my mobile phone settings or something like that. I am pretty good in internet and mobile phone and I am experienced enough to say that the problem is from your side.

                my tata docomo connection are recharge every month 3 to 4 times i activate the internet pack of 95rs .But problem is that the internet connection disconnect in 57 to 59 min.So my long data are downloading failed. I waste 40-50mb in every time i connect internet. I raised complaint and many times visited at tata docomo service outlet but this issue is not yet resolved. please take the action against the docomo service to resolve my issue.

                Don't waste ua money for purchasing docomo sim. And these peoples are not going to solve ua problems too, so better go for switch the network with same number. when they will call you for the reason for switching the network, u can fullfill all ua desire to abuse them.                         This is an awful thing to get into your notice regarding the balance deduction took place in my account by mobile service providers. The value added services automatically get activated in my account the corresponding amount simultaneously deducted from my account. Service provider ie., TATA DOCOMO argue that, my self activated the service. They reject the request of refunding. The incident takes place every 15 days regardless we complain or we ask them not to repeat or activate DO NOT DISTURB service. The service will be activated and amount will be deducted when it finds the minimum required balance present in account. The call to customer care executive will be recorded as far as my knowledge is concerned and the conversation with them will clearly state how well they fool the customers.
                        Hope the process take place here will help me taking the immediate action against Service providers.

                        after taking a new Sim from docomo in just 4 days on 6the November 2012 @ 10.34 thee call from company number of docomo came, that time i was in my lecture ,so thee call was recorded in my answering machine of my mobile .After thee lecture got over i saw my cell theere was message of tata docomo, saying that your call me tunes has been activated , and i have been charged Rs 120 for 180 days.theis was shocking , since i have not attended thee call and no button was pressed , the call was recorded in my answering machine , then immediately i called back to customer care and told them whole scenario they where ready to pay only Rs 100 refund , but not for whole amount i.e Rs 120 .Same day i went to customer care office in ghatkopar , they told me that then can just refund Rs 30. they also told me that if you want full refund then complaint .next day again i called the customer care no. again they told me that they will deactivate your service and told me in 4 hrs they will refund the whole amount of rs 120. it was around 28 hrs but no deactivation and refund msg from docomo then i called back them they told me that theeir system is down, call next day. then called today they told me that they can just refund Rs 30 because you have not registered a complaint . but told the call records . they told arrogantly you want it or not , and they refund me only Rs 30 . so decided to complaint here so i can teach them a lesson so they can't cheat with any other . i request this forum to take action immediately and also they can check the call records of tata Docomo of all call records i have called to Docomo.
                        and also i have the answering machine recorded file .do please take action and refund whole Rs 120 back . also take strict action against them.

                        I am a user of tata docomo.

                        I was having rs.192 main balance in my mobile on 21st feb 2013, but the same day afternoon i saw that rs.148 was deducted from my balance and i didnt received any msg for such deduction.
                        I tried calling customer care but it was of no use.
                        They said gprs pack has been activated and nothing can be done from our side and disconnected the call.
                        Now when i am calling customer care no. 198 the call gets automatically disconnected.
                        I have not activated the gprs pack, neither i received any msg for such activation.
                        I want the gprs pack to be deactivated for which i have not used any benefit and want my balance as soon as possible.

                            This is regarding TATA DOCOMO Account Number:[protected].

                            When i took the connection they promised me that i will be given the speed of 3MBPS, based on that i took an high-end (Unlimited) Plan with initial payment of Rs1500 for the dongle.
                            but when start using the connection the speed was way bellow what was promised arount 50KBPS (the speed which is not good enough to open a google page).

                            When i contacted to the customer care they told that the speed will improve after first payment.based on that i payed my first bill of around Rs600+.
                            when even after there was no improvement of my speed when i again contacted to the customer care they told there are some signal issue in my area and they are working on installing new tower, so they told me to wait for 15 days and the things will be improved.

                            even after 15 days also things does not improved, after that i contacted the costumer care 3-4 times and every time i got the same responce give us some 15 days, 1 month and so so ...

                            then after being disappointed and frustrated i disconnect the connection and go for another broad band connection.

                            Now this Tata Docomo people are calling me harassing and asking me to make the payment of some pending amount.

                            I wanted to know why i need to make payments for UN-promissed commitment.
                            I had no issue with the payment, if they would have even given 512 KBPS speed also i would have keep continuing the connection.

                              yesterday night(9th Nov 2012) on my no. the service named 'Youth Pack' is auto started by the service provider after that i immediately reported to the customer,he took the complaint and provide me the complaint id i.e PSG[protected] and promise me for the refund and i got a message from company to we had closed this service and has been refunded but still not get any refunded money back.

                                  I was using indicom service for 6+ yrs and decided to go for GSM and raised request for port out.
                                  indicom gave offer for low call rate but i rejected so they told me i will get it in docomo GSM as well. so i raised port in request in docomo GSM on 19 oct 2012. my porting complered on 23 oct 2012

                                  but unfortunately i didnt got any offer in docomo GSM :(

                                  so still my sim was active for 20 days after that they blocked my service ...after trying customer care i got to know that I havent submitted documents. thats why they blocked me

                                  below are my complaints

                                  1. without submitting documents how you activated my service? why docomo completed porting without any documents. is it possible to take new connection and activate it without any documents?

                                  2. why my service is been disconnected without any intimation on 08 nov
                                  2012. no call ..no msg

                                  3. its not clear where to submitt documents again second time. customer care told me to submit it nearest outlet. in outlet (FC road, pune )they are saying its not possible to submitt documents here. please go at retailer from where i have purchased sim card

                                  4. so if I am out of this city is it not possible to submit requred documents.

                                  5. customer care department we dont have information on when service is stopped or why msg is not send. they dont have any control on back office.

                                  6. full service is stopped. no incoming no outgoing ..no message without single intimation
                                  3. if I am out of city is no other docomo gallery will accept my documents.
                                  docomo outlet also dont accept documents again :(. today, i visited FC Read
                                  outlet pune, and found negative response from them

                                  7. if distributor is not forwarding documents then why docomo is not requesting documents at retailer.
                                  as number is activated then customer has given documents for sure

                                  8 who is responsible to take action against retailers if they are not
                                  handling my documents or what if you lost my docuements and irritating mee
                                  by blocking my service.

                                  I want to terminate my connection just allow mee to send one SMS for port
                                  out ...that will be gr8 help for me.

                                  No resolution...you take 4..5 days to raise a complaint and to resolve it took around 10 days...

                                  I got mail from docomo saying they will resolve it in 10 days :( its huge time just to find out where documents are. I submitted documents 3 times still they are not able to track documents.

                                  2. customer care is saying we dont have onformation. contact dealer or nearest DOCOMO outlet and submitt documents again.

                                  3. any outlet is not ready to accept documents they says submitt documents from where you biught this card.

                                  4. I feel hopeless now that I selected DOCOMO- no 1 third class service provider in telecom industry

                                  5. they dont have contact numbers of DOCOMO outlet in pune. :( ..they just know address and that is also old one ...not updated one.

                                  6 they are able to stop service but not able to start service.

                                  7. customer care cant able to escalate case for finding documents they are saying contact outlet...outlet has forwarded documents so they are not responsible now.

                                  8. no control on back office...even if they throw documents in dust bean ... no process to track customers documents...

                                  DOCOMO has NO value for customers time...I am just waiting to start it again and port out :(

                                  I got frustrated with third class service in just one month...cheating
                                  they call new customers and activate card...after that you block service for 15 days...its rediculous.

                                  if you want money I will give you...tell me how much you want to start this number...

                                  but dont irritate me by blocking card just saying again and again submitt documents at nearest DOCOMO outlet
                                  its ridiculous...soon means 10 days for you...

                                  for everyone you say...raise your complaint at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. so to use docomo its mandatory to have internet connection to raise complaints :(

                                  computer illiterate peoples pls dont use DOCOMO else you will not able to raise your concerns.

                                  my complaint - PPAV[protected]...it will be resolved on 21 nov...after 10 days :(

                                    I ordered a Walky connection on 24th of Oct. and was told it will be for Rs.1199 and no charge for a sim, but the person who came to deliver the Walky charged me Rs 1500 and Rs 100 for the sim. I have the Walky with me with no sim. I have the receipt of the payment. I paid Rs 1600 instead of Rs1199. Till date no connection, no number is given to me and when I call them they are rude and cannot help me, is the answer I get.

                                      (I) I got no message from them before this service disconnection. Not a single message saying address verification. So, Tata Docomo cut my number without prior notice. I want to ask others in this forum, is that ok? or is it justified?

                                      (II) that person with whom I was chatting has said, "sir as your number is disconnected for negative verification it is not possible to get the same number back". So, after submitting my address details once again, I won't be able to get my number([protected]) back.

                                      So, I told him that I'll only continue my service with Docomo with this number only. "If you change my number, I'M afraid I'LL not continue with you. If I have to take a new connection, why should I stick to you. By the way, this connection isn't new, it is 6 years old.

                                      I don't get any answer that when they reconnect me.

                                      I don't know what to do. I may go to consumer forum. I've strong ground that they discontinue my service without prior intimation.
