mobile balance reduced to nil

My previous complaint : I own a Tata Docomo number [protected], on around 25/10/2012 I recharged rs 250 for rs 250 balance and unlimited internet free plan( which is a popular plan these days) on this number , as per instruction I used APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC, At the time of recharge my balance was rs 255.36, I used FREE internet till 29/10/2012( around 700-800 mb), but internet stopped working on 30/10/12, when I checked the balance...

internet disconnect after every 1 hour

my tata docomo number is [protected] and every month 3 to 4 times i activate the internet pack of 95rs .But problem is that the internet connection disconnect in 57 to 59 min.So my long data are downloading failed. I waste 40-50mb in every time i connect internet. I raised complaint and many times visited at tata docomo service outlet but this issue is not yet resolved. please take the action against the docomo service to resolve...

No response from tata docomo regarding 123rs booster complaint

My mobile number [protected] in this number i had recharged for rs.123 on november 7th l.. My calls rate at evening 6 to 10 pm are charging of 20paisa per min.. They said they wil refund me the amount and wil change my plan to 10paise but till now no response from them they dint yet changed my plan.. Please sir ask docomo to refund my amount and to change my plan into 10paisa plan...

My mobil number [protected], i have recharged for rs.123 on november 7th.. I already have given an complaint regarding this but till now they have not changed my call rate tariff and dint yet refunded me my amount..! Docomo customer care called me on november 8th and said me that they will change the tariff for me an wil refund my deducted extra charged amount but till now they have not refunded nor changed the call tariff.....

Tata Docomo Payment issue

Hi,

This is regarding TATA DOCOMO Account Number:[protected].

When i took the connection they promised me that i will be given the speed of 3MBPS, based on that i took an high-end (Unlimited) Plan with initial payment of Rs1500 for the dongle.
but when start using the connection the speed was way bellow what was promised arount 50KBPS (the speed which is not good enough to open a google page).

I was using indicom service for 6+ yrs and decided to go for GSM and raised request for port out.
indicom gave offer for low call rate but i rejected so they told me i will get it in docomo GSM as well. so i raised port in request in docomo GSM on 19 oct 2012. my porting complered on 23 oct 2012

but unfortunately i didnt got any offer in docomo GSM :(

Overcharged for the instrument

I ordered a Walky connection on 24th of Oct. and was told it will be for Rs.1199 and no charge for a sim, but the person who came to deliver the Walky charged me Rs 1500 and Rs 100 for the sim. I have the Walky with me with no sim. I have the receipt of the payment. I paid Rs 1600 instead of Rs1199. Till date no connection, no number is given to me and when I call them they are rude and cannot help me, is the answer I get....

The tata docomo network and the customer care services in tamil nadu is so bad. All calls for the customers are ignored, no proper responses are shown. If in emergency called twice a day, calls are been put in barred out list and cannot be connected. It is so bad and pathetic that none of them are taking this into action!
Money and funds are just cut frm the balances and you wil find no customer care to cater to your...
