Cheating Tata Docomo.. becoming India's unbeatable cheating mobile network.. Few weeks back.. it had robbery my mobile balance Rs: 120 for the cheating reason of caller tunes for 6 months even without a response from my end... I didn't notated that.. but I just check my balance I'm shocked.. I called care center report regarding this.. They said they shouldn't give my money back.!!

Ever heard such a robbery groups with a branding???

    I am your Tata DOCOMO CDMA customer with mobile number [protected] and I have a complaint as mentioned below:

    I have been using data pack services for last few months and have been doing the renewal every 30 days. I have renewed with a recharge of data pack on October 13, 2012 for Rs. 95 having a validity of 30 days and free internet data usage of 4.50 GB. I received the confirmation SMS for free data usage of 4.5 GB and I used this service on the same day and the data usage got reduced from 4.5 GB.

    But I was surprised to see that my core balance was zero on October 13 night and an amount of Rs. 165 was deducted in lump sum. I am not sure why. I further made four recharges of Rs 51, 222, 222, 222 on the same day and still the core balance was zero not knowing why this deduction. So a total core balance of Rs. 915 (approx..) was deducted.

    If I have already subscribed for data pack with free usage of 4.50 GB then how can you deduct the amount from my core balance and such huge amount.

    I have already lodged a complaint on October 14, 2012 with complaint number [protected] and I was told that the issue will be resolved by October 16, 2012 and still it is not resolved. I have also lodged a complaint online and spoke to your customer care several times but with no proper response and not resolving my issue.

    As the issue was not resolved I had registered a complaint by email to customer care at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and appellate authority at appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com on[protected] and complaint was registered with docket number PBR12108916 on 17-10-12 and the same was expected to be resolved on[protected]:01hrs but same was not resolved.

    I was informed in subsequent mail that the deducted amount of Rs 910 will be credited back into my account. with the reference number for the same is PBR12110945 and this was expected to be resolved latest by 23.10.12 at 16:52 hrs but it was still not resolved.

    I am not even able to use the data pack which I renewed on[protected] which confirmed me free usage of 4.5 GB. This was also mentioned in my complaint and I was asked a series of questions for which I provided my reply. This is still not resolved.

    Again I received reply that registered complaint regarding balance related on 19-OCT-2012 16:52:52 with vide docket number PBR12110945 and expected resolution by 23-OCT-2012. This resolution was not done as per the expected time. Also the complaint was not understood properly by you and so I had to reply back with respect to data pack service issue.

    Again I got a reply on[protected] that as per records, the complaint related balance deduction with the docket number PBR12110945 is under process. I could not understand why it was taking so long time. Also my issue with respect to data pack service was not being considered at all???

    Again I got a reply on[protected] that my request has been put before concern department. Hence kindly requested me to bear you with in the interim and you shall revert in 48 working hours i.e. by[protected].

    I replied back on[protected] as there was no action at your end and I received a reply that as per previous complaint vide docket number PBR12110945, you have registered concern related to balance refund vide docket number PSR[protected]. The same will be resolved by[protected]:00:00.

    It is very unfortunate that the issue is not resolved even by 01-11-12.

    I do not understand how long you are going to prolong this issue and ask me to wait at your convenience. You are just postponing the issue by raise series of docket numbers and just fooling me.

    I lost my balance on[protected] and today is[protected] and the issue is still unresolved and I have to carry my phone without any balance in it. How you do expect me to manage my day to day communication without any balance. And why is my data pack service not resolved till date. How can you be so insensitive to the troubles you are causing to your customers.

    I want a final confirmation from you as to when I will get my balance of Rs 910 back and when will be my data pack service issue resolved because I have done the recharge and not able to use it.

    I have been using this number from last seven years and it is very unfortunate that you are least concerned about the inconvenience you are causing to your customer.

    Tata Docomo — Deducting money for VOV service and Lack of customer care..

    Automatically deducting money from my account for last one week.Every time getting an sms like your VOV service is renewed and registered complaint in their complaint website 4 times but no result..     I am not sure how can you say there is no wrong deduction. You can not write a one line reply and close this complaint. Kindly substantiate and give your reply properly. I am very clear that there was no usage which i have done for which you had to deduct any money.

    Your reply is not acceptable and I have escalated to appellate authority.

      My mobil number [protected], from this number they had deducted Rs.99 on 29th october 2012 night after 11.30pm.. I gave twice and thrice complaint agarding to this issue. I got a call from tata docomo that they will check the issue of deducting and they will refund the amount on 1st november 2012.. Until now they dint yet call back me for my problem and dint yet refunded my amount.. Tata docomo is really very irritating with its deductions. Im now afraid of keeping more balance. They always deducting small amount and now they started to deduct big amount. Its a big torture from docomo. Please sir kindly refund me my amount of Rs.99..! I kindly request u to take action against it and give me my balance amount of rs.99 immediately..

        DEAR SIR,
        THE SIGNAL STRENGTH IS VERY POOR IN AND AROUND MY RESIDENCE WHICH IS SECTOR 11, CHANDIGARH.
        WITH MUCH DIFFICULTY MANAGED TO INSTALL A SMALL BOOSTER UNIT IN THE HOUSE WHICH VASTLY IMPROVED THE SIGNAL AND DID NOT NECESSITATE STEPPING OUTDOORS TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS.
        HOWEVER, SINCE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS THIS BOOSTER LIES INOPERATIVE. IT HAS BEEN CHECKED BY TATA APPOINTED TECH WHO DECLARED THAT UNIT HAS TO BE REPLACED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, SINCE THE TECHNICIANS VISIT, I HAVE MADE MANY REQUESTS FOR THE BOOSTER UNIT TO BE REPAIRED/ REPLACED BUT TO NO AVAIL.
        ITS HARD TO IMAGINE THAT A COMPANY LIKE TATA WHICH PRIDES ITSELF IN QUALITY AND CUSTOMER CARE, CAN SHOW SUCH CASUAL ATTITUDE.
        I REQUEST THIS COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED TO CONCERNED AUTHORITIES IN THE ORGANISATION SO THEY BE INFORMED ABOUT THEIR OPERATIONS IN THIS AREA AND ACT TO SOLVE THIS LONG PENDING PROBLEM.

        Tata Docomo — not getting signal

        Dear sir , i m living at Dhamangaon, near to Bhagur...midway between Sinnar to Ghoti , Tal - Igatpuri, dist Nasik...

        i bought ur tata docomo...not getting a single tower...or range....there is no range at all after leaving bhagur when coming from Nasik...

        Kindly make the necessary arrangements...

        I sent a complint to customer service regarding a poor signal of a tata docomo, at Ramanthapur( kamakshipuram area) in Hyderabad, they had raised a compliant... no 104398. 2 days back through mail i got response on september 18th stating that compliant is resolved (my Number [protected] & alternate num:[protected]).

        tatadocomo is not providing a good signals...................its a bad service

          This is Director of Totelec India Pvt Ltd.

          I have opted to take 2 silver landline numbers for my office on urgent
          basis.
          My only need was urgent.

          Docomo promised me numbers will be active within 3 hours.
          I provided all the docs and took 2 numbers on 18 October.

          Numbers as:

          [protected]

          These numbers were reserved and blocked for me under reserve-Id
          [protected] &[protected] respectively.
          I have sms forwarded by concerned person regarding these numbers
          reservations and charges of Rs 1100 each.

          Based on this, I have printed all our company brouchers, business
          cards, website, letterhead, etc..

          Now even after 2 weeks these numbers are not active. I am loosing
          my business due to this. Nobody in Docomo customer care is ready to
          accept this and no clarification is given to me on this.

          Neither the Appellate officer replies to emails. Csutomer care says- "Sorry we cannot help"
          What is the meaning of this ???

          This is terrible cheating even to corporate connection.

          Very shocking incident and feel, its biggest mistake to go for Docomo connection for business purpose.

          I lost my 1 lakh business and market reputation went down due to this. We have published these numbers on our website and business card, brouchers, etc..

          Filing case of compensation of 5 lakhs on Docomo.
          Please refund all my money and face in court.

            Sir,
            I have given complaint 2 to 3 times regarding my balance deduction of rs.99 recently from my mobil prepaid number [protected]. Regarding this they tat docomo customer service called me and said they wil refund me all my amount/money deducted til now on november 1st 2012. After that call til now they dint had refunded nor given any response from tata docomo.. They offen deducting money from my account. Its being scare to keep balance in mobil nowadays .. Please ask them to refund .. But i dint yet got my refund amount of rs.99.. In this month they have deducted rs.15 and now rs.99.. Please do ask docomo to refund all my deducted amount from my prepaid main balance.. I kindly request you to refund my money .. Thank you..

                i have purchased the tata docomo prepaid plan of Rs 850 in which the company has given free data usage of 5 GB, it was showing correct data balance till few days, after 20- 25 days, the data usage shown in the tata docomo software installed in my PC was about ~2000 MB, ideally about ~ 3 GB of my data should be the balance, but when i checked my balance on tata docomo customer care no. it was suddenly left ~1000 MB that is nearly 1 GB, when i asked customer care representative he said he can not show me the information of where the data is used suddenly, i know that i have not used it, and the software provided by the company shows it 2000 MB, so where has my data gone??, also there is no way you can check your internet usage on net, because it is not working , it shows a blank page always, as the company dont want to show the internet usage to customer, it is clear that tata docomo 3g estic is cheating the customers, they are stealing your data and your money. shame on the company doing this kind of business

                  My name is Ajay Unni. I have been getting alerts daily from the past 3 weeks from TA-NETWAP saying '' Your International Models alert of the day:

I have called the customer care excecutive he says i have no subscriptions. So pls i am making this complaint as i have no other option other than discontinuing your service.                     As per my complaint on deducted amount from my mobile number [protected] of rs.99 still dint yet got the refund for the deducted amount.. Previously i gave a complaint they said they wil go through regarding the complaint but still i dint got my 99.rs.. Always docomo use to take out money from my prepaid main balance.. And even from my number customer care service is not getting connected. I kindly request you to please refund my deducted amount of rs.99 as soon as possible.. Thank you

                    I called customer care, one lady attended and i said my problem of deducted money she kept the call on hold and after few minutes automatically call got disconnected and they costed call cost of 50paisa.. Tata docomo is irritating.. They not even refunding the amount of rs.99 and even no response from them..

                        I have GPRS accessing facility in my mobile and wanted to activate. I saved the settings but I was not able to access anything. Then I lodged a complaint stating this to the customer care on September 26th 2012. There was no action taken and I even activated the data usage plan for rs.250 yesterday. I am shocked to see that the validity of the service expires by 1 month and I was not able to access Internet. I contacted voice customer care, email support and chat support and all I get is they registering a complaint and not doing anything. The chat person whom I spoke with just says we don't know what to do for your problem there is no supervisor on the floor. What do they work for when they have to ask the supervisor for everything? very bad customer support. Now I am not able to use the pack and they will be particular to end the value pack at the right time even though they cant assist the customer in setting it up.

                            Company automatically added Value Added Services on 30.10.2012 and deducted Rs. 30/- from my account and sent messages as below
                            "Hi! You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 28-nov. 2012" from 56660 and
                            "You have subsribed to Call Me Tunes Rs 100.0/- for 150 days on 29- nov 2012. form 543211. without my permission.


                            Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is cheating me and deducted my money.

                              Tata has maintained trust with people and this mobile service is ruining their name, minting money through unfair balance deduction

                              When I opened my browser on my cell phone to check my mail, balance of Rs.99 +50 got deducted for downloading so called Tata_Video_Value_Pack and ImageryZone on 26/10/2012 01:41:00 AM while I was in roaming. I raised a complained next day with complaint number PBR12116991 and I got resolution time 30-OCT-2012 12:20:06. I contacted the customer care on 30-OCT-2012 and they told me that "Amount will not be refunded to you, As you have downloaded the pack from your side.". He told me to contact higher authority [protected]@tatadocomo.com regarding the issue as he can't do anything.
                              This is preposterous, I have not Downloaded/activated/subscribed for any packs/games/any other services, i have just browsed for checking mail. How can they activate some crap service without my consent and charge me for that.
                              I want my money refunded or else I will be forced to port my number to other network.

                              in my number automatically there are some packs that activated resulting in reduction of my balance every time.i have already complained to the customer care regarding this & i have told not to activate any pack without my consent but this is happenning again and again.

                                  Took 2 new numbers on Rs.99 PLAN and later requested to close because of poor signal coverage and they responded saying “We would like to inform you that your request has been registered on 18/June/2012. Your Request number for the same is[protected],[protected]. We request you to make note of this service request number for future communication and correspondence.” and till today they keep on invoicing for the 2 connections and when checked with CUSTOMER CARE they are saying "I would like to inform you that as per our records your numbers [protected] & [protected] are in active status .Please be informed that as per the request[protected] and[protected] has been closed as you agreed to retain in our network.". After that they have barred my INCOMING & OUTGOING for 7 times which is affecting my daily life. NEW TREND AND REQUESTING CONSUMERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF CHEATING.

In this number docomo had took 99.rs previously on 22nd october and they had refunded me that amount on 23rd october but again today on 29th october 2012 at night 11.40pm docomo again took 99.rs from my main account balance.. Always this problem occurs.. Please kindly ask docomo to refund my amount 99.rs.. This is my prepaid number.. Please do kindly refund 99.rs ..!

                                      My TATA DOCOMO number is [protected],i got a message that i have been subscribed to Musstbuy on tata at Rs 30/30 days till some date,i have not subscribed to any such kind of plan,also complained to the customer care he told he will deactivate it and credit the Rs 30 back its been long time they have not credited back my money.why does tata docomo do this without our permission and then when we call them they charge 50 paise per call every time ,why should i pay for their mistakes ,this is a very cheap kind of money making trick,am a tata docomo customer though have had lot of network issues which have not been still solved am fed up with their call center people,if this is the case this will be my last tata docomo number and am not at all going recommend anybody.Please do as needful .

                                        my docomo number is [protected]. Two days before ,after an
                                        advertisement call from docomo, 'CALL ME TUNE' facility was activated
                                        in my number without any intimation or response from my part and
                                        Rs.30+Rs. 15 was deducted from my balance. I called customer care in an hour and reported . His response was very passive and he said even if service is cancelled, I wont get the money back. Today, again after a call
                                        from docomo the call me tune cong changed automatically and Rs.15 was
                                        deducted again. I called the customer service personnel and
                                        complained. She told she will cancel the services and return the whole
                                        amount. Till now i have got only 15 Rs. back and the service is
                                        cancelled. So, i request you to kindly credit the remaining amount to
                                        my balance asap. And also please don't make advertisement calls to my
                                        mobile again. I had registered for DND yesterday. Please take necessary
                                        actions, so that, we, customer wont have fear of losing money from
                                        balance accountunnecessarilyy.
