No response from docomo for the issue of deducted amount

Deducted amount still dont refund from past 3 days

I have given complaint 2 to 3 times regarding my balance deduction of rs.99 recently from my mobil prepaid number [protected]. Regarding this they tat docomo customer service called me and said they wil refund me all my amount/money deducted til now on november 1st 2012. After that call til now they dint had refunded nor given any response from tata docomo.. They offen deducting money from my account. Its being scare to keep balance...

Stealing my internet data usage

GPRS not working & waste of Rs.250

Unwanted Photoshoot alert service

Photoshoot alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day. When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS it says that I donot have any service activated. Further more there is option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care personal.
