i have purchased the tata docomo prepaid plan of Rs 850 in which the company has given free data usage of 5 GB, it was showing correct data balance till few days, after 20- 25 days, the data usage shown in the tata docomo software installed in my PC was about ~2000 MB, ideally about ~ 3 GB of my data should be the balance, but when i checked my balance on tata docomo customer care no. it was suddenly left ~1000 MB that is nearly 1 GB, when i asked customer care representative he said he can not show me the information of where the data is used suddenly, i know that i have not used it, and the software provided by the company shows it 2000 MB, so where has my data gone??, also there is no way you can check your internet usage on net, because it is not working , it shows a blank page always, as the company dont want to show the internet usage to customer, it is clear that tata docomo 3g estic is cheating the customers, they are stealing your data and your money. shame on the company doing this kind of business
