Did Not get Balance After Online Recharge On Tatadocomo online recharge website but my bank statement saws Balance is debited from my account.
See below photo I m sharing my statement as a proof
I did 2 times recharge of 300 But still I did not get it.
Its have been 5 hours.

    my name is BHAVARTH BHATT-SURAT,GUJARAT,contact no. is [protected].i complained as on 5-oct.2012. my docket number PSMR12027284.
    i attach photo docs. as proof. i activated pack 1p/2 sec. for 90 days.
    BUT from today, the charges are levied are normal charges,1p/sec.
    why i should pay normal charges eventhough i already subscrided to the pack.

    i called many times to cust.care-121 but everytime its busy.
    i emailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com , but no answer received.

    solve this matter as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,
      I had brought this Tata Docomo Sim Post paid connection from a local Tata docomo Sales Executive I had told him to activate diet 199 plan and 2 GB Data Unlimited internet plan, after 2 days he had called me back and told me that he has activated the Data Plan o[censored]nlimited usage, and I have started using the Internet on my cellphone within 15 days o[censored]sage I get a message stating I need to pay 3000 Rs!!!! because the 2GB data plan had not been activated. then I started getting calls from all the customer care people asking for money finally after a month a person saying he is from LEGAL DEPT called me and said I have to be present at Delhi High court for hearing and I need to pay Rs.25000 Challan!!! and gave me a number of Delhi High court Advocate saying he is handling my case. I called up that advocate and he said I need to pay Rs.4000 to tata docomo then he sahall take back my case or he will prove at court that I am innocent!. I paid Rs.4000 then called him and he said he will close the case. Now the point is they both are fraudsters saying they are Advocates in High court Delhi and Legal Dept!!

      Finally my SIM is still deactivated, they havent activated my SIM yet. I am planning to file a case against Tata Docomo for this Frauding issue.

      But now i submitted my 2 ID proof's 1by1.

      But my sim is not activate.

      What i do.

      Destributer is saying that he submitted my ID but cstmr care is saying that my ID is not submitted.

      My all work is stopped due to deactivate of sim..

      Plz activate my sim again..

          I am totally disturbed with the internet services of tata docomo...had recharged my account with rs 250 on 4 nov afternoon but is unable to get any 3g speed..tried clearing cookies nd everything..whenever i try to contact customer care they say pls clear cookies nd gives such answers dat they are just trying to get rid of customer... I want to know my remaining data balance but unable to do...111*# thing nd 191*# thing not working at all..there's no way to know ur data balance... M not getting any speed at all...just crap When i earlier tried to hav online 3g recharge with rs 250..no option for it is coming on their site..wen i tried to ask customer care about this dey said 250 plan is stil working but maybe due to some site problem its showing..nd dey are saying dis for some 5 days...totally useless customer care representatives who know nothing at all except lying to customers.. I want u pls solve dis problem..

            I had already written through this website as well as the website of Tata Docomo, The attitude of the customer care & their one particular store, which is located at 92_D, Kitchlu Nagar, Civil Lines, Hambran Road, is very casual. No, response, comes & if something is committed it is not fulfilled. I had requested for the waiver of Rs.300/-, which amount became outstanding due to that particular girl, employed at the above store, but instead of listening & getting in touch with me the aggrieved party. They are lingering the whole issue. All the details have been posted to the company, but unfortunately, they are just sitting on it. I prewarn those people who want to buy any Tata Docomo, product, particularly Tata Photon Plus, to get each & every details from the company, before proceeding further. It is only this department, i.e. Tata Photon Plus, where the quality of customer care is so poor. I have a Tata Walky connection, too, but I have never faced any problem, for the just 6 years.

                    I have contacted TATA photon internet customer care[protected], on Friday 26th oct.
                    i placed a request for a new modem based tata photon internet connection.
                    my contact details were taken by customer care executive and i was told that their representative will contact me and visit my place with said modem on said timing, next day..
                    i kept waiting..but no one contacted me or came to me.
                    i contacted the customer care again on Sunday 28th, the representative apologized and told me that their executive will visit me on Monday 29th and my contact details were again confirmed..
                    again on Monday i kept waiting for their representative but to my agony only...

                    now after a week on 04th nov i again contacted the customer care and asked about the status of my request placed on 26th oct... but to my irritating and painful surprise.....representative told me that they dont have any request from my no. or by my name...

                    Tata Photon+ — Pathetic Customer Care

                    Hi,

                    I am very very frustrated with customer care of Photon+, I have never seen such an irresponsible customer care in the world. I would urge the people not to go for Photon+ and create troubles for yourself.

                    I just dont have words to write about them, the customer care agents are so irresponsible that they keep you on hold for 40 - 45 min, and most of the times the call gets disconnected. I had to call 6 times to get through and had to spend 3 hours.

                    Even if you want to talk to their manager, they will never transfer the call and they keep you on hold and test your patiance and ultimately some times after an hour call gets disconnected. God save all the people who use TATA products.

                    They are just adevertising people, good for nothing. In a single statement ... I am really really frustrated with Photon+, the customer care is just a time waste thing.... the agents are not responsible.

                    With lot of hue and cry... one more slave of Photon+!

I have recharged through docomo website www.tatadocomo.com on 4th Nov 2012.l recharge of Rs.110/ and payments is done through SBI netbanking. That recharge has failed..and when I visited SBI bank website, there is debit of Rs.110/-.But I haven't got any recharge amount, Please take this request into consideration and refund my money.

                        I recharged Rs 250 plan which contain Rs250 TT and Unlimited Net for 30 days on 11th October,2012. Its first 1GB Data was 3G but worked as 2G speed. Then on 30th October, Rs 165 cut from my balance for using the Net. I am calling to the costumer-care center of Docomo from that day, but they are ignoring me. Rs 10 extra had been cut in calling costumer care. They denied to return my balance.
                        Please solve my problem as soon possible.

                              This complaint is in regard with 250 rs pack, in which we get 250 rs talk-time + unlimited 3G on [protected]. Last month on 2nd October i recharged this pack, i got the talk time but for activation of 3G services i struggled a lot. i called tata docomo representative everyday, and they told me everyday to wait 24 hrs. Finally one of the representatives asked me to change the plan as this plan will not work and asked to try next month.


                              Now today ie 3 November i recharged again the same plan 250 rs. and today also i m facing same issue, everyone is escaping, giving all weird reason. All of them want to escape from this question. they are giving me settings which is full of errors.

                              I recharged for RC45 plan. I didnt get the benefits as per the plan. I confirmed the existence of above plan from the CC agent, & then only I recharged. I recharged in an outlet as the plan was not available in online recharge. I wanted sms plan & even I am ready to pay 50ps for 1st 3 sms daily. This not the 1st time I am suffering from the docomo service. I am fed up with the service they provide.

                              Each time when I try too connect with CC agent, Each one says one reason. No one is ready to take the complaint. I am really frustrated. Why should I waste my time & money for their faults? Why I want rate cutters when I already have 197 plan.? I want the plan as they told me or I want my money back. I will port my number.
                              I want justice.

                              The Tata Docomo customer care has provided me the wrong information about the message voucher. According to the info provided, on the recharge of Rs 11 i will get 100 free messages local and national daily for 30 days after charging the first SMS at their normal rate. But when i subscribe the same recharge pack, now it started costing me 10paise per SMS . Due to this my total expenses over monthly SMS cost reaches to around 300. But according to the actual recharge voucher subscribing details, the estimated cost would have been 30-40 rupees .The details of this extra cost is not provided to me by the service provider.Also they are not cooperating with me regarding the issue.So kindly please look into this matter as the subscribing details are provided to me by a recorded machine.Other people could also fall for the same issue so i have recorded the message as an evidence against the company.

                                HI, THIS IS DHANANJAY. TODAY I HAVE CALLED TATATELE SERVICES TO HELP ME WITH 3G CONNECTIONS IN TURN THEY SAID THAT THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND INTURN GOT SOME BALANCE DEDUCTED FROM MY MOBILE BALANCE.

                                SO I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD REMOVE THE WORD OF SIMPLICITY FROM THEIR TAG LINE.
                                TATA TELE SERVICES NEED TO WORK ON THEIR NETWORK, PLEASE SOLVE 3G PROBLEMS ELSE DON'T DO 3G CAMPAIGNING ON MEDIA
                                dear Pratap ., i think u shud go 2 nokia first. go to c.care store or priority shop or write 2 nokia.care . settings in ur phone needs to be activated. Nokia is not so advanced like normal Samsung 2 update setting-3g automatically...

                                    Unwanted Photoshoot alert service
                                    Photoshoot alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day. When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS it says that I donot have any service activated. Further more there is option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care personal.
                                    I would like to deactivate the service.

                                        i have a mobile no of reliance prepaid services since last 5 yrs and i don't own any postpaid connection of tata docomo but your co's representatives mobille calls and msg are continuosly disturbing me saying that i own a postpaid mobile no.[protected] since last 3 months, i am not aware how this person has given my no as reference,your co. should have verified this at the time of giving connection,whenever i told this to your co's rep they are isbehaving,i am very much disturbed about this attitude of your co.and will never think of taking a connection from your co. nor i will advice anyone to do so.At present i own a prepaid connection of tatadocomo no.[protected] in my name and now i am thinking of shifting the co.I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously or i am now thinking of lodging a complain of mental harresment in TRAI.
